Joshua is an excellent technician. We pay the monthly maintenance plan and had called for our seasonal cleaning and AC check. Joshua noticed a few things that he suggested for us while he was cleaning the unit. The items were affordable and very reasonable and helpful. We waited a few days, called back and had the AC hard start kit installed to assist the compressor. Install went very smooth and everything was reviewed with us during and after the install. As a first time homeowner, you’re always anxious about any repairs and maintenance to your home that you have no prior experience with, so needless to say when the house AC went out in June, I was panicking and concerned about finding quality service last minute. The service tech was able to come 2 hours earlier than the appointment was scheduled for, which I really appreciated and never experienced from any service before (unfortunately). I wish I would of called Integrity Comfort Solutions first!!! Ac went out a few days ago and of course right at the start of summer heat. I called some place i found on google that looked to have good reviews. I am a first home owner so this is all so new to me. This tech comes out and goes straight to my condenser does a couple of things and tells me it’s bad. We then start the process of pricing out a new system which was about $7000 without help from insurance. Another tech from this unnamed company comes back to my house two days before install was setup up and making me start to second guess them of what kinda work quality would be done. So my farther in-law tells me to call Integrity comfort. Man... best decision i ever made. Super nice people over the phone. Got me a appointment same day! I noticed my AC overflow had fluids going out the emergency drain. The problem was caused by a previous service that had the drain going “up” from the condensing unit on the AC. Recently had Ace Wright show up to my home and do an AWESOME job! He helped me figure out the issue with my AC not fully powering on, as well as replacing the capacitor to the unit which is about $189. He also cleaned my outside unit, and patched up a hole in one of the air ducts in the attic. The whole process was speedy (took about an hour to do all that he did) and I feel great now that my home is properly cooling again. Im glad he did such a great job. I called and set up an appointment to talk about replacing my AC unit inside and out. Mr. Ace arrived on time and spent 2 1/2 hours with myself and my husband. He went over every part of Integrity’s policy’s and guarantees. Ace knows the products inside and out there was not one question he could not thoroughly answer. He was a joy to do business with. If anyone were to ask who I recommend from integrity it would definitely be Ace, hands down! Called and got a call in less than 30 minutes from Ace that he would be out here between 8-10 pm and was here at 8pm working to get our heat back up and running. Service call to install new thermostat:Simple install less than 30 minutes $278 charge even though we supplied the new thermostat. No other parts replaced, repaired or serviced. We have some old systems, and of course the recommendation is always to start thinking about replacing them; however, during these challenging times, that is not an option. The folks from Integrity Solutions are Awesome. In May, 2019 our community was flooded, just 4 months after installing a new HVAC system.After the water receded, we discovered the flood ripped the air conditioner off the platform and away from the house, it was still running, just hanging there in a puddle of water, not good.Two hours later Integrity was on the spot, reset the unit on new level foundations (old had floated away with the flood waters), flushed the system, leveled it on new foundation pads and we were safe and secure.Four months later, on Sept 19th our community was flooded again! Integrity to the rescue. This time the tech went above and beyond by replacing the foam foundation platforms with concrete ones and doing the full flush and reset.Today, Feb 14th 2020, I get a call to remind me that my unit is 1 year old and its time for my FREE Yearly HVAC Health inspection. This HVAC has had more and better attention than I get from my doctors.Seriously folks, Integrity Comfort Solutions is the only Houston Area HVAC company I would recommend to my friends. Fair prices, excellent service and a guarantee you can bank on. FIVE STARS!

Service technician Jon arrived on time to perform a routine checkup and weather proofing. Integrity does a good job scheduling, giving you a reminder, and the tech calls when hes on his way. He checked the AC inside and out. It didnt need any servicing, but he diagnosed that the outside fan motor was using more amps than it should, a sign the fan motor might fail in the future. Jon was friendly and I feel a good maintenance job was done.
