By far the best AC company in the area. Stephen is a solid guy with years of experience and cares about his customers. His crew does excellent work and the team is very helpful.
Put a out a call due to my heat going out, they arrived with in a couple hrs even during this busy weekend polar vortex. They then identified that my furnace had not be converted to propane back when we built our over 2yrs ago. So they secured my system and advise that I put in a call to my builder, i did and they sent out another HVAC company whom verified my system had not been converted and they did not have the parts to convert so Luxury Air had told me to follow up with them should I have any problems and yet they followed up with me to check on me and my family as we were nearing these colder temperatures. Within hrs they were back out and got me up and running and to that my and I family are truly thankful for their curtiousness and promptness to follow up. I would most certainly recommend these guys as they went above and beyond.
We have used Luxury Air for almost 19 years, when Steve (the owner of Luxury Air) worked for another AC company. Since the first time we made an emergency AC repair appointment at our first home until now with our bi-annual maintenance at our second home, Luxury Air has never let us down, always on time, professional and reasonable. I completely agree with a prior review that you just cant put a price on honesty, integrity and trustworthiness! And Luxury Air has very reasonable prices, you dont have to worry about being charged for anything else except what needs to be done or repaired. We will never use any one else!!!
Steve Wallace and his team have serviced my a/c & heating for nearly 20 years. I appreciate the professional and courteous service calls, and up front estimates for all work performed. They also respond quickly to emergencies and I have never been sold anything I do not need. For worry free service with integrity, I recommend Luxury Air whenever possible.
If I could give more than 5 stars I would! I called Luxury Air for a second opinion for my business AC. Steve, the owner is honest and down to earth. He came out on a Friday afternoon, diagnosed the problem quickly, and was able to get it fixed Saturday morning so we could be open to see patients on Monday morning. And most importantly, he saved my small business thousands of dollars. A different AC company told me I needed an entirely new AC unit, which was not the case! Luxury air has also done work on my residential property and we have always been very pleased w/ the quality of service. You just cant put a price on honesty, integrity, and follow-through. I wont ever use any one else!!!

Julio came out on Sunday and had our ac back up and running. Unfortunately something else happened with the system and they came back out the next day. Katie was great to speak with as well. She got everything taken care of. Thanks for such prompt and excellent service!
Always an excellent experience with these folks. Knowledgeable, honest, and the new Tranes they installed in 2011 upstairs and 2015 downstairs have cut our KWH consumption by 30%. They also solved an original builder design problem upstairs by installing a larger return air vent. Now, the upstairs stays comfortable without the unit running almost all the time.
Julio, Alex, and Allen just left my house after installing a new AC. They were very professional and even swept my hallway when they were finished. These men were at my house all day and even worked around my three school-aged children. We really appreciate the job they did will be recommending them to anyone needing AC repair in the future.
Our A/C started blowing hot air on a Friday night in July. I called them Saturday morning and they showed up in less than an hour. They were there 5 minutes and had fixed the problem. It was extremely affordable, they were very professional and kind. They also gave us tips on preventing the problem from happening again. This company is awesome!!!
Super disappointed. Zero integrity. They feed you bad info when they check your A/C unit and will tell you repairs are needed and they are not. Two separate occasions two separate buildings same bad news. I tried to call the main office and talk to the supervisor? I was informed my complaint would be taken into consideration. No resolution. As I told the main office we as consumers have choices, however if I had an employee (tech) showing up to repair sights giving bad information to the customer I would want to know. On a lighter note I did find a great company to work with so it all turned out great in the end.
07/26/16 Once again another GREAT experience with Luxury Air! Barrett and his technician in training were professional and answered all my questions. My home is cooling much better. Keep up the GREAT work!

Luxury Air is the contractor my builder used to install the HVAC unit in my home. I was due for an annual checkup and was happy with the performance of my AC system so I decided to use the same folks.After the visit from the tech. my wife told me that she was informed the outside unit was dirty and needed to be cleaned. It would be an additional $60 for the tech to do this. WHAT?!?! My wife declined the additional service cost.I contact the main office to question this and was informed that they have changed the policy this year and charge an additional now for outside coil cleaning.Keep in mind my HVAC system isnt even 2 years old. It would need a simple rinse with a water hose.In my past experience with other HVAC companies this has been part of their annual maintenance.Needless to say $80 dollars later my HVAC system checks out OK and I will be cleaning the outside coils myself this weekend. I am NOT HAPPY!I think I will be using someone else next year to do the annual checkup and make sure the outside coil cleaning is included.
