Roys A/C overcharged for a trip. $200 over. A tech cussed out my husband (who worked for another A/C company for years) and left. Refused to give an itemized price breakdown on the invoicing. Caused issues to the unit and refused to cover their mistakes. Owner refused to make it right. They do not follow proper protocol and will sabotage your units in order to get a return call. Overall I would never recommend this company.
