Very nice, professional, and well priced! A/C stopped working, gave them a call and they sent someone out as soon as they could. Simple fix and our A/C is back up and running. Will definetly be using Jack Gordon & Sons for all of our needs!

I have very old unit they were able to fix heater with no problem. Actually worked better than before it went out. Very reasonably priced. When summer months came my A/C was having problems they repaired it with no additional charge. Very trustworthy and reliable company
The service that I received from Jack Gordon & Sons while having my A/C system replaced was outstanding! The service technicians were very nice and made sure that I fully understood the new operating settings of the new NEST thermostat that I requested to have installed with my new system. The technicians also made sure everything was cleaned up and that i was fully satisfied before they left. I recommended Jack Gordon and Sons to my Aunt today before i wrote this review.

Ive had Jack Gordon and Sons AC & Heating out to my home several times over the last couple of years. I cant say enough about their courtesy, professionalism, knowledge of the industry and most of all their honesty and integrity. Outstanding service, very Professional and courteous
I had a emergency because the A.C. went out in my lease house in The Woodlands where an 6 months infant and Mom live. I called my Home Warranty Company that contacted 10 contractors. Only one responded but could not come out for two days. I was lucky to receive a referral from a friend to Jack Gordon and Sons. I called Roger who works there and a technician was there in less than 30 minutes and fixed the problemI would highly recommend them and will using them on my investment properties and to my clients. I really hoped I had found a good AC company. I bought 2 units ( my home and a rental ). It seems that I was calling them back out every six months for something I thought shouldn’t have been an issue. The first 2 calls were no charge but then started charging me. We reconnected with an old cousin and found out he owned an AC company. This is where I was educated on the lack of quality I had received from Jack Gordans crew. I spent $10K for a new AC in 2011 and this week just paid $2800 to my cousin ( with the family discount) to replace the coil (which I found was a cheap version of the Ruud I thought I bought) plenum, reconnect copper, etc..and there was a two inch gap sucking air from the attic raising my AC by who knows how much. Poor install, subpar parts, and more service calls than necessary has been my experience.Multiple visits to my rental as well until called the cousin.

Few things are as infuriating as watching your widowed mother get ripped off. I would not recommend this company to anyone I cared about. My mother has had this company out four times this past year. (Once for a regular check up on system when she moved into the house, once to have the overflow pipe blowed clear, and these two calls I am about to describe) The last two visits were the straw that broke the camels back. After calling them out to service a unit where the fan was not blowing for the a/c, the serviceman said the circuit board for the furnace was bad. He said the board part was $575 and the service call was $85. From talking to other HVAC contractors, it would appear she was seriously price gouged on the part. Nonetheless, my mother paid them for the work. While the serviceman was working, I had to go pick my kids up from school and could not stay to ensure the serviceman fully tested the a/c and furnace before leaving. My mother is crippled and has many pins and rods in her leg and could not climb the stairs to verify that he did indeed test the a/c and heater before leaving. Neither the a/c or heater was turned on for the next two days as it is winter and temperatures lately have been mild. On the second day after the repair, it was Friday evening and cool weather came through. The children said it was 56 degrees upstairs even though the thermostat heat was set to on. We immediately called Jack Gordon and Sons and they sent out a repairman after hours. It was a different repairman than had done the work in the furnace two days earlier. He discovered the reset button on the furnace had not been pushed on; after pushing it, everything worked okay. He charged $50. My husband called this company to appeal to them about how unfair it is to charge us for a service fee when their first repairman clearly did not test the a/c and furnace after replacing the furnace circuit board. If he had after completing his work, he would have discovered that switch needed to be pressed to reset the furnace. This was the very first time the unit was turned on by us when we discovered that it had been tripped. We didnt run the unit for two days and suddenly it tripped. We should not have to pay for the second visit because the first guy should have caught that by testing the unit after he completed his work. Despite disagreeing with the charge, my mother wrote a check for the $50 and asked my husband to call the company on Monday. It took two full days and repeated calls to the company to finally talk to someone in charge about this fee. When we finally spoke with someone, the person was rude and prideful and refused to absorb the $50 fee that we were charged for in essence, testing the unit like the first guy said he had done, but had not. Despite the fact this was the very first time the unit was turned on after the first guy did work in the furnace, the company insists it is all just coincidence and that it is a different problem and that we must pay for the second service call. That is crooked. We are loyal, fair customers. We expect the same from people we hire. It is our opinion that this is an unscrupulous company that is unfairly taking advantage of people and a company that will not stand by their work. If you want to be treated fairly and with respect and not feel like you have been taken advantage of, you may want to consider hiring a different HVAC company. We have three HVAC units and we like to have all of them serviced every single year. There was definitely the potential for Jack Gordon and Sons to create a lifelong customer if they would have treated us right. But that ship has sailed. We will definitely be looking for a company we can trust to be honest and fair.
