The guy who came... Alexander (Corporate if you wanna know this was call #12789032 so you can find the right employee) was awesome knew what he was doing and even helped me add my house to the monthly program even though we were at my brothers. The phone call lady was nice too and very understanding about my horrible mood being due to my ac not working. Will definitely use again.

ARS Rescue Rooter promptly dispatched 159 James to repair a leak in our underground water service. James worked diligently in the 90 deg. heat to trace down the cause of the leak. The repair was completed promptly and professionally. James is the best!

Steven England was the technician that came out. He was a stand up guy, provided great service and relevant suggestions. He replaced the capacitor and installed a float safety switch. I would highly recommend him. I will be requesting him for any future maintenance or repairs also.

Great service! I called ARS Rescue Rooter in the evening to clear a clogged sewer line - no toilets, any running water flooded the house. They came that evening and fixed the problem professionally and efficiently. The service technician was friendly and helpful, even at 9:00 PM. Highly recommended.

Steven E came out from ARS. Diagnosed system in methodical manner, found out capacitor was fried and compressor was not starting up due to an overload of power drawn. (And the brown outs from the Texas freeze) Answered any questions I had all while still working. (Had a lot of questions) He explained everything to where you didn’t have to be HVAC savvy to understand what the problem was. Gave me options for resolution, got compressor to fire up and system is working fine now.He was a great Tech. Prompt/ neat wherever work was done, respectful and polite. ARS is lucky to have such good representation of their company in Steven. I will use ARS with future problems based on this quality service and interaction.

Received call asking if Id like to schedule earlier as a technician was available. I accepted earlier as long as tech could arrive & finish by 2:30pm. Call taker confirmed my time line & stated one would be out by 11 am. Then shortly afterwards received message it would be 12 noon. By 12:57 I called back asking how long service would take, an estimate of 1 1/2 hrs for my 2 units. Told call taker he needs to be here in 3 mins then as I had told call taker previously I had an appt at 2:30. I had to ask call taker his location, which was Hwy 105 & FM 3083. A much better job at coordinating between call takers & Techs SHOULD have occurred here.

Had a new Carrier HVAC, UV light and Merv 11 filtration system; installed in October 2020 along with the new purchase which we found out later was double the price than our local A/C company, it may be do to working with HomeDepot. Along with the purchase was a free tuneup in 8mths. The Filter needed changing. The tech quoted 144.00 with a 10% disc. (129.00). I looked on Amazon the same filter is 30.00. It’s hard to trust a company that has what I think poor ethics. So do your homework!
