These folks are great. Even though their office is in Conroe, theyre there asap in my neighborhood (Rice Military) when you need them. John is a pleasure to work with, always shows up with a smile on his face and obviously loves his job. Great service at fair prices, and if theres a warranty issue, theyll go to bat for you with the manufacturer. What else could you want?

This was the most straight forward and honest a/c call I have ever experienced. Another company dishonestly told me I needed a new coil and maybe full system - $4k-$10k. Cody let me know that was not the case, and was able to clean out our very clogged drain and install access for us to maintain the drain going forward. I will never call another a/c company again! HIGHLY recommend Cody, Paul, and the great folks at Diamond.

Today, John came out to check my AC which was not working properly. He was so kind and knowledgeable. He walked me through everything he was doing, answering all of my questions along the way. He also checked my furnace to make sure all of the safety features were in good working order, and again shared a wealth of information about what he was doing and why he was doing it. In 2019 we shopped long & hard to identify a reputable company to replace an air conditioning unit at a believable and fair cost. Diamond rose to the top on all counts including post installation satisfaction and service follow-up. Who gets same day follow-up service in the middle of July in Houston? Diamond rose to the occasion to demonstrate they stand behind their work and value their customers. Thankfully, our issue turned out to be operator error! As for the original problem, another company informed us two of three units were malfunctioning and needed to be replaced. Diamond replaced only one and a year later all are fine.... including the fake unit! Cody was our service rep. & technician.... top notch. Everything good begins with good people. Thank you!

I had a problem with my AC system installed five years ago by Diamond. The tech was at my house immediately with honest assessment that my problem was electrical and easily solved. These guys are professional and reputable. I recommend their service!

Diamond A/C has been great to work with. They bent over backwards to try to get my original builder grade A/C to stop periodically freezing up. It was basically too small for the size of the home and was a single stage condenser trying to cool two zones. I eventually decided to have them replace the system entirely with a two stage condenser that was actually appropriate for the size of the home. The system has worked great for about a year and a half. I did call them out one time recently for what ended up being a temperature sensor that failed from a recent power surge. They resolved that free of charge even though they didn’t have to.

We went to bed Sun night knowing we had an AC problem. I have used Diamond before for service and gave them a call shortly after they opened. Laurie quickly got me on the schedule and within a couple of hours, we had a representative assessing the situation. John was thorough and knowledgeable. His hope was that he could repair the leak and give us a little more life out of the unit. Unfortunately, our 20 year old system was unrepairable and we needed to replace the condenser and coils. The Diamond team worked with us to get a new unit delivered and installed the same day. The installers worked efficiently. The new system is working wonderfully and we had nice cool temperatures when we went to bed Mon night. Thank you to the whole team for your great service!!!

Diamond heating and air conditioning did a great job on my house, I live in Spring. Im a home inspector so I see my share of good and bad work all the time. We had our duct work replaced and are quite happy with their service.

Horrible customer service. Called diamond heating and air a week ago to schedule an appointment on Thursday they called Thursday to say they will be late never showed up. Never showed up on Friday I finally called them at 430 and the lady on the phone was rude. Said they would be here sat morning. I called again sat morning and they said by 12 a tech would be here. @ 12 10 I called and asked when the tech would be here and they man was very rude all he said was your next. I’d like to believe them but it’s getting kinda hard. This is also the same experience I had when dealing with them last year in aug 2018. It’s currently 82 degrees in the house
