Definitely do not go. went with three friends and they all did awful jobs. my nail lady was very rude and didn’t even look or talk to me, didnt clean up the nail shape or apply base or alcohol coats. also didn’t ask if the glitter i wanted was good and just put it on. very rushed and color started chipping next day. my other friend asked for the first image and showed the person doing hers. also clarified and asked for MATTE nails and person said “no shine” and made them gel. second photo is what my friend left with. looks nothing like spiderwebs and is clearly don’t terribly and didn’t even try. also ended up costing $75 even though the artist didn’t try and wasn’t matte. definitely not going again and staff was very rude
My sister and I were in Concord overnight Saturday and we wanted a pedicure. (Well, I wanted one—she went along with it.) ;-) I called to see if the salon required an appointment, and the receptionist politely informed me they took walk-ins.An hour later, we were led directly to a pedicure chair without a wait. We both decided to treat ourselves to the most expensive pedicure and massage. It was fabulous! We were treated like queens and enjoyed every moment. Lulu and Vu were personable and expert in their care of us. We left with invigorated, soft feet and calves and beautiful new polished toes.Finally, the salon itself was beautiful and clean, and I would highly recommend Valentino if you are visiting Concord or live there.
This was my first time in! They are a very busy salon! Very nice nail tech worked on my nails. I asked for almond shape! And I told him where I had issues! He did his best to fix it, and I tried to be okay with his efforts to fix. But the more he filled the worst it got! So I just left it be! I went home and looked more closely and was not satisfied with several fingers! It is uneven and from where he filed on the side there is now no polish. The powder on my middle finger is not cleaned up! I attempted to communicate my concerns the following day. The front end manager told me a refund was not an option. I communicated that I didn’t want a full refund a partial one would suffice! She said it’s hanging up and that is their policy. I explained to be a first time guest at a busy salon that should have been communicated at check out! Not to mention, you do not know everyone’s ability to read! So accessibility should be considered! Being your serving the public! My concern trying correct the ad shape would mean more filing! And these are my real nails! If he couldn’t get it right yesterday, what is today going to do?! Sometimes, we need to consider that not everyone is out here trying to get over, but because we paid $50 for a service it should be done well! Customer service will go further than rejecting a partial refund! Especially when you prefer cash payments!
My first time, HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE i left crying! Dante was completely rude after I informed him my nail polish did not look like the color on the swatch i chose. When I asked him if I could look at the color swatch again He started yelling, while I continued to speak to him with a calm tone. He had an associate come over and she told me that the reason it doesn’t look the same is because it was not acrylic, I then said I wouldn’t have chosen that color if I knew it would not look the same as the swatch. He then proceeded to take the color off of my nails very aggressively. Then why I asked if someone else could do my nails or maybe I could choose another color SINCE HE WAS SO UPSET, he told me that no one could do my nails and to move from him chair. I’ve never had bad customer service like this at a nail salon. I only wanted the color I chose on the swatch, on my nails yet that was too much to ask for. I WONT BE RETURNING!
Very busy, and I can see why. The nail techs seem to know what they are doing especially if you have a picture on hand that can visually show them exactly what you want. The staff is very friendly and they also serve WINE :)However, the prices are a bit high. But if you weigh that with the chances of getting an awesome nail tech that knows what he or she is doing, against the nail salons that have nail techs that need to find a new profession, then I say its worth the extra coins. Plus, their music was hype :) Have fun!
I have been going to this nail bar for about two months. At first it was great! Great quality. Professional. No issues. The last TWO times I have had issues and THIS time topped it all! Making appointments online is a no no, that’s sums up the first issue. Call in, make sure you make an appointment with who you want and MAKE SURE they’re going to be there. My second issue which almost caused me to walk out was PAUL… HORRIFIC! Made an appointment 5 days ago… walked in… he absolutely refused to take me! He had an attitude with someone previous and was ready to go home and refused to take me! The boss came in and had to help out due to him walking out. Extremely unprofessional. I recommend everyone BUT him! His attitude will ruin your whole day. The franchise CAN thrive WITHOUT him! Such poor character. I recommend everyone in the salon BUT him!
I have been going to this establishment for about three months because I received a good reference on the quality of work. Most recently the work and professionalism has been poor. On Friday 9/3 I received a gel polish manicure from Rosie. She put on so many coats that the polish starting peeling off the same day. I came back and she did the same thing. The next day I went in for a repair I was given the run around and then finally someone came to assist. He took the polish off but never came back. This business is all about money instead of customer service and quality. I would not recommend.
I DID A GEL MANICURE, the worse job I have ever received … I had this done for a wedding and this place basically STOLE MY MONEY, The gel started coming off the same day. I had to travel and couldnt go back for my money. Something need to be done to provide better service that you are charging for . Am not even sure if people that work there are TRULY TRAINED ..
Beyond great service . They kept the area cleaned . They practice social distancing. My nail tech had great customer service my nails were perfect . The interior of the salon is just bomb. I have refereed many people to this establishment. Its great to know youll get the same great service at both locations 🥰
My manager mentioned this specific store a while ago. I thought to myself “Im going to try them out and see how they do.” They do an amazing job and I will keepcoming here. They offer drinks of your choice and make sure your well taken care of. I highly recommend. They also have great communication skills towards you.
I waited for 37 minutes AFTER I waited 15 minutes AFTER I received my pedicure just to get scammed by an unlicensed technician charging for “professional services” and including his own tip price for a quote on basic acrylic nails. I asked him to break down the charges and he refused by telling me that if I didn’t have enough money I should’ve went to a different salon. “Great customer service” is a joke here. When I asked for him to compromise and just remove the color and I would pay for the removal and basic acrylic nails he also refused stating he spent an hour and a half on my nails (including his lunch break and the time I spent waiting on him) so basically they tried to make me pay $100 for nails that can be quoted by their own prices at $66. When he started to act belligerent with me telling me “everyone in the store is laughing at you, cause you sound crazy” “if you can’t afford it then you shouldn’t have come here” I simply told him you can take the $95 or nothing he gets up and goes “oh okay then you can talk to the police” They asked them for their story and mines and when they heard my story they asked him if he told me about any prices that’s when he got really quiet. He knew he was wrong and never broke down the price to the cops. When I finally walked out the police then informs me that they are at this establishment at least once a week for the same issue!!!! They are scamming and collecting and the Concord Police is helping these scammers continue to scam
It was my first time visiting the salon today and I must say that I have thoroughly enjoyed the experience. I was greeted by two lovely receptionists, Hannah and Kiana, who helped me pick out colors and informed me who the best technicians were. Hannah was particularly helpful as she informed me how the appointments go and gave me a list of the best technicians to go to. I did not have a long way even though I was a walk-in and would highly recommend coming during the weekday because they also informed me that the weekends were a bit busier. The salon is beautifully decorated and looks very high class. Upon sitting with my technician for my pedicure, I was offered a beverage. They do have wine, ladies. My technician was Siu And she was absolutely amazing. After my pedicure, I wanted to get my nails done and they showed out on my nails. I was sat with a nail tech and she did a design on my nails that is really beautiful. All of the technicians and the customer service people were so kind and so helpful during my visit. 10 out of 10 highly recommend to anyone looking for a salon who does designs and has the best pedicures in town. Thank you so much to all the ladies that serviced me today. You have one a customer for life!!
Terrible experience. The woman who did my toes/pedi did a great job. However I believe Tim did my nails. He rushed, wasn’t personable at all, and didn’t really take the time to listen to my requests. He also ended up nicking my cuticle and made me bleed. When I tried to voice my complaints to them, they were very rude about the situation. I wanted him to fix what was wrong with my nails and he ended up making them look worse and rushed me out of the store. I ended up hating my nails and paid almost $100 for it. Won’t be coming back.
This salon is the absolute best in nail design, atmosphere, and all the rest of the things you dream of when looking for the perfect salon. Not only do they serve free cocktails on the weekends, they also work hard to ensure you have a top notch experience every time. If you value your time don’t come here. The first time I ever came WITH AN APPOINTMENT I waited almost 2 hours before being sat. And the same thing happened again today. I came in after two of my nails randomly snapped off - I was a walk in so I understood waiting. After about an hour and a half I was sat, asked if I’d been there before, then they made me move into a chair and soak my nails in acetone. Instead of fixing my TWO NIKS I get pushed to the side and he started doing a FULL SET. now I am just sitting here over 2 hours since arriving waiting to have two nails left and being charged (:
Very rushed they want to get as many people in and out as they can. They don’t care about how it looks. She ripped my previous nails off with another fake nail. Cut my real nails after I asked her not to. Over priced. I paid $55 for plain pink SNS. They also charge to use a card. She did not drill under my nails either. Shape was horrible. I could tell she did not want to do the design I asked for so she kept raising the price. I told her never mind. I want it done right not rushed and overpriced. My nails are sloppy. I will not be returning. There are other nail places with better prices who take their time and nails look a lot better.
I would give the pedicure Leo gave me 5 stars ⭐️ he was awesome and it was honestly the best pedicure ever! However to get my fill in for a full set was $50 and my nails look NOTHING like the photo I showed. My natural nails were drilled (like underneath the nails) and the top is not smooth at all. The flower design I asked for was free handed but they put a sticker that wasn’t positioned the same at all. The lengths are not the same because the technician seemed distracted looking around while she filed my nails. I literally left with paint all over my hand. I’ll come back for the pedi but for my acrylics I’ll find somewhere else.
I’ve been coming here for at least two years now. I have never had a problem until the other day I was there 9/16. I believe it was Dante who did my nails but I am not 100% sure. I showed him a picture that I got on Instagram from a nail tech who works there as well. I usually book her but I didn’t plan on getting my nails done. While filling down my nails he cut open my skin like 4 times. He noticed that he had cut into my skin and just stopped filling those areas leaving them all a different shape. He filled off so much acrylic between my cuticles and nail that it looked like I was needing of a refill. The white nail polish he was using was making the nail look so clumpy and bumpy. I asked for an outline that wasn’t even coming out straight. I never speak up when I don’t like anything but yesterday was the day I spoke up and said no this is not what I’m walking out with. As soon as I told him that his whole attitude changed! When he asked me what was it that I didn’t like I started to explain and he wasn’t even listening and just saying “okay okay okay so you don’t know what you want”. Of course this made me really upset but even then I never raised my voice nor was disrespectful at anytime. I told him to scrap off the nail polish and I didn’t want his service anymore. I don’t understand why y’all would let unprofessional people work in your business and perform such bad work. If you want to come here book Amanda and avoid techs like this man. Amanda did the white and green nails.
Amanda at the concord location is the best ! I always go to her since 2019 before they open this location!I can show her any design & she will do it.They are amazing! Very upfront. -great parking too!
So I had an appointment at 12:30, I was on time for my appointment. I booked with a lady and was told 30 minutes after I had already been waiting that shouldn’t wouldn’t be doing my nails because she was only doing lashes. Okay cool. So I waited an hour! Before anyone touched my nails and when they did he only took my gel polish of and they moved me to another station where I waited another hour. During this time people were coming in after me and being serviced. The only reason I gave 3 stars is because the lady did an amazing job on my nails. One of the receptionist was very rude when I asked if I could be serviced after being there 2 hours. Honestly don’t even have people make appointments if this is going to be case. I shouldn’t be coming in at 12:30 and leaving at 3:15 for a fill and gel polish.
The cleanest nail salon that I have visited yet. The staff is called as soon as a client enters. I noticed that staff is called several times before they greet clients. I recommend another system for staff. You will pay more here for service. The service is worth it but no more than many smaller salons. You are offered something to drink! Depending on the number of clients in the salon there is no six or three foot distance rule here so please wear a mask.
This business served alcohol to my 14 year old daughter! My daughter asked for fruit punch and the employee brought her a red drink in a cup which turned out to be a margarita with alcohol. After my daughter took one drink she immediately gave me the cup and I tasted it to confirm it was indeed alcohol. I confronted the employee and asked for a manager. The manager gave no gratitude or cared to rectify this. I called police to the shop and completed a police report. I will also be making a complaint with the state of NC about this shop!MY RESPONSE TO OWNERS RESPONSE:You’re response is complete BS! Your staff did not care at all about resolving my issue which is why I moved forward and called the police to the shop. Police were not called until after I spoke to the manager of the shop who offered no help or empathy! Even after police arrived and left there was NO EFFORT to talk to me the parent of the 14 year old you served alcohol to after your staff told her they were getting her a fruit punch! Your manager or receptionist at this location was a complete A-hole and did not care that this had occurred. As a matter of fact she admitted she was the one who prepared the drink for the worker who brought it to my daughter! She tried to offer me $5 off and was hesitant to do that! I will continue to follow up with the authorities about this incident to make sure it is properly documented. Your response is only to save face for others who may read this review but your staff did NOT care and did NOT try to resolve anything!
The nail bar it self is very nice! Very Very great Pedicure one the best I’ve had! But I didn’t feel welcomed I felted very rushed with my nail colors and choosing my design maybe because it was close to closing or the fact that I’m not a regular because they didn’t offer me a beverage or anything but the regulars receives drinks i asked the nails tech to freestyle with colors he gave me black. I will be returning in the morning to have these 2012 nails designs removed. I spent very good money and should receive what I like and want
I visited this location out of convenience and they showed me why I should have waited.I received a gel manicure, which really should have been charged for just polish. The gel started lifting two days later and I dont do hard labor work or run my hands in water all day as they would say.I contacted them and they promised to fix it however they did not. The young lady basically painted over all my fingers which made it lumpy and not appealing.By this time, Im to tired and over it to care. I settled and will never return.The pedicure was, Meh 😔 it could have been better nothing special.They were packed and do not take their time with paying customers which is sad.Go at your own risk.Im giving it a 3 solely based on them attempting to make it right.
The saying you pay for what you get is NOT always true!!! Everything that looks good is not always good! I sold my house in Kannapolis and wanted to find services to where i currently live. I noticed this place and thought Ill give it a try. The first visit was ok. The 2nd and 3rd (same person) was better BUT this last one was horrific!! The server was on his phone the whole time and didnt hear what i specifically requested. In turn, i was there longer than expected. He was truly a happy sawer😡 as a result, my pointer finger thumped for 3 days, my middle nail came off less than 24 hours of service, my previous color(purple) bleed through my nails and my bill was more than expected. Lesson Ive learned, stick with what you know. Im going back!!
I discovered this nail salon through Facebook and the pictures of their work is always beautiful. I finally got to experience their relaxing environment and beautiful work for myself and I will continue to come back. I can show any mail tech a picture on Pinterest of what I want and they will get it spot on or give me something better. My first time visiting was this past Mother’s Day and Pau( I’m sorry if I spelled his name wrong) did a wonderful job, I came back for a fill in and Chris also made sure my nails where beautiful giving me my confidence back as a first time mom!
Planned a very special day with my daughter as we prepare to send her off to college. Our first stop was Valentino Nail Bar for pedicures and nails. We had such an amazing experience from start to finish!! The receptionist was welcoming. We were seen right away. The Techs and services were impeccable!! Shout out to my Tech, VU!! That pedicure was INCREDIBLE, thank you & thank you Valentinos for your part in making this day special for my daughter:)
I have spent money at you all shop...have had to get my nails fixed twice already...this is the 4th time my nails have broke. These 2 broke merely from nothing but ruffln around in clothes & the other I looked up and it was just broke...yes they are long but ppl have longer nails...Ive had longer & never experienced this many nails breaking like this...Im disappointed in the quality of product or structure b/c my nails are not lasting
We went here for a couples pedicure day & had a wonderful experience. Pleasant environment & the staff is very friendly. We were even served wine which just added to the overall experience. Definitely try the Ultimate Herbal Detox pedis. Worth it!! We will be back❤️
The man who did my nails clearly did not know what he was doing. He would ask me if the shape looked good (they were crooked) & I would say no, he would get an attitude with me. I asked for brown french tips, he left to go get the color & took about 20 minutes just to come back & say they don’t have the brown I asked for ?? He cut me multiple times, filing the same place over and over again. They’re crooked and the french tip looks weird. I’m usually not ever picky but he really did not do a good job, I was polite and still paid the $50 for medium length frenchies.
I went into the nail bar to get a refill and was immediately greeted and sat at a station to wait for a nail tech. Unfortunately, that was the end of my hospitable service. I was never given the color swatches to decide on my color while I waited for the tech to arrive. Once the tech arrived he asked what color I wanted but of course I didn’t know. He gave me the color swatches but I felt rushed to decide because he was sitting there waiting. He didn’t ask if I wanted my nails trimmed and did a rush job on my nails. After telling me to was my hands, when I returned he immediately left, stating if he didn’t return in time the tech next to me would finish my nails once he was done with his client. My tech returned after about 5 minutes to polish my nails, I wanted a colored tip but he left again and told me someone else would finish my nails. I waited again for another tech to arrive but I didn’t get the colored tips on my nails. I was instead rushed out of the door. I didn’t even get cuticle oil. The whole experience was very unprofessional. I would never return here again nor would I recommend this location.
I am completely dissatisfied with the value of the services received from this salon and the fact that prices are not fully disclosed until after the nails are completed. I got what I believed to be a basic set of acrylic nails with squiggly lines. The price I paid was through the roof. For the salon to say on the website $30 and up with no indicator of what constitutes up is deceptive. What is not disclosed is the fact that the patron is charged for the type of polish, the length of the nail - even when standard, and a design PER nail. I chose the style that I did to stay within a set budget. Unbeknownst to me the price was hiked anyway. This is a classic bait and switch approach where a relatively low price is promoted to initially lure patrons in only to learn the true price after the service is completed. In my opinion, this salon charges exorbitant pricing for mediocre quality at best. I will not be returning here and do suggest -- Buyer Beware to anyone considering this salon.
My girlfriend and I went here for pedicures. The receptionist, Hannah, was very welcoming, got us sat, and asked us if we wanted drinks. Our Pedicures were amazing. Luna and Siu did a great job and talked to us. Definitely recommend to any guy looking to surprise his girl with a pamper day lol I got bonus points for getting the Pedicure with her. Thanks yall
This is the best pedicure Ive ever had...and I get them every month. I loved this place so much, I am sad I am just passing through because I would make this my nail salon.They are busy as soon as they open but have plenty of nail techs and chairs. They have a lot of colors (not the most Ive ever seen but a good selection) to choose from and they have a talented staff that can do nail art (Im not that bold). They have a bar and offer a wide range of services.The establishment is clean, well lit, and decorated impeccably. The manager (or owner?) walked around to make sure the operation was smooth. They take cash, card and cashapp.The massage chairs are nice and the value for the service is more than fair. I have paid more for less attention. Overall, this place is a winner for me.
I had an amazing Manicure & pedicure with Sui. She provided such a wonderful experience with an incredible leg & hand massage. She is so sweet & wanted to make sure my experience was a complete joy & it was! All the staff was warm & friendly. This was my first visit to the salon & I will certainly return again.
Five starts to Julie at Valentino Nail Bar. She was ready to work at 9:30am, right when the salon opens. She was professionally dressed and was very personable. The Valentino Signature Manicure and Pedi in a Box were right on point, done with patience (2 hours) Thank you Julie!

We came here for the first time for a pedicure today right when they opened and sat down immediately, which was great because the crowd picked up quickly. We enjoyed a very clean and professional environment. Everyone was super nice and friendly. We both got the pedicure in a box and loved it, especially the leg massage by Vu. Will definitely come back in the future!

I set an appointment for my 10 year old daughter for the princess set. The lady stated that 10 and above does not qualify. On their website it says 10 and under. To top it up the service for my 10 year old was 80 dollars for her nails and toes. Never again
Came There twice all the way from Gastonia to get my nails done. Both times was a dub. When I asked for them to fix it they gave me a run around about how they couldn’t. Definitely wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.
Wife and I came in to get pedicures. My wife loved every bit of the experience. Mine was great except they did not file buff my nails. Just cut my toe nails.
I made an appointment online via their website. They called and ended up changing my time from 5:30 to 5:00 and changed the technician to Amanda which was no problem. I come to my appointment at 5 tell them I’m here for Amanda and I get seated with a man technician so I assumed Amanda was not there, no big deal. The male tech I have wasn’t very welcoming when I sat down, didn’t really greet me or ask if I wanted anything to drink as I see others getting offered drinks. I show him the photo of what I want which included a nude colored acrylic. He says they don’t have nude and all the have is pretty much a pink. After trying to find an alternative I just settled with the pink but it just didn’t look good once on. After he does one hand I get a good look at the color and tell him I don’t like the color and ask if he can take it off. He gets visible annoyed and is shaking his head while removing the color but I refused to pay $75 for something I didn’t like. I decide to talk to the manager to discuss the scheduling mishap as well as the techs very unwelcoming demeanor. She in turn says that he was probably rude because I asked him to remove my color and that IM being rude by asking him to take it off, completely attacking me as the customer. She even says “I don’t have time for this” and walks off. Extremely unprofessional and rude I’ve never been spoken to in that manner. Didn’t offer to help in any way just completely rude. Grace at the front desk saved the day and was very very nice, listened to my concerns and finally offered me something to drink and Got me another tech who was also very nice. I’d heard great things about this place but was met with the worst management experience ever, they definitely do not value their customers at all.
So wanted to try something new. Used the book an online appointment hours ago. Time slot showed available. Called to make sure the appointment was seen upon opening.Was told 1)The person I booked wasnt working and 2) It would be best efforts if I came in.So why bother having a service to book online when you won’t honor.No Thank You not worthy of my business.Bad first impression!
I’ve been coming here for a while and I made a appointment with a girl who is supposed to be really good. When she first started I showed a picture and asked if she could do it, she said yes. I asked her to cut them more when she was gluing them and she said no she couldn’t… no explanation. The shape was nothing like the picture she decided to do coffin without asking. She did one nail with the design and I said I don’t like it could you take it off ? & then she told me well I can’t do anything else they’re going to have to stay white. I have a lot of friends in beauty and I heard they have FUNGUS. Horrible experience I will never be back. I paid 60 dollars for something I didn’t ask for. I didn’t ask for a refund because I didn’t want them to take them off because she ripped my nail in the middle the first time by forcefully taking them off it hurt so bad.
I don’t do reviews at all but I just had to review this establishment. The customer service is horrible. Me and my sister come in and sign in as usual. Then the “manager “ ask my sister where she gets her nails done at and my sister replies that she did them herself and the manager laughs. Not knowing she is a beginner nail tech. That’s very unprofessional. During my service of my nails no one spoke to me except to see what shape I’m getting. My pedicure was wonderful and was done by another young man. I will not be spending money at this location again I believe the reviews now.
I just moved to Concord NC end needed to find a regular nail salon. This was my first visit and I was pleasantly surprised my fiancé and I were offered a beverage the ladies at the front desk were nice! I only waited about 15-20 minutes and I got exactly what I asked for which was a pink and white full set! I’ll definitely be coming back!
Had to change my rating due to my last visit. I have my own natural nails but got what I was told better than gel polish for them which was the powder dip. My nails were not filed correctly, the dip to thick and had had very uneven places in it.They started chipping off along the bottom.This was supposedly the best tech for doing the powder dip. For what it cost I expected it to last 3 weeks at the least. Oh I was charged for a manicure the second time there that I told them I didnt want never offered to refund my money or anything.I wont be going back.

First time at this place for manicure (previously had only visited once for pedicure, which wasn’t bad.) Ended up with terrible nails, unprofessional staff, and waste of time/money. Went to get a SNS manicure with false tips (as I’m a chronic nail biter). I called ahead of time to ask if they had any appts available, to which I was told yes, multiple technicians were available for walk-in’s this evening. Got there, was seated with someone who didn’t do tips; got moved to another station (which was directly in between two other customers, despite there being other stations open; so much for the 6ft rule going on right now!) Technician sits down and asks for my color choice (I was surprised to find the options they gave me very limited). I chose a color, but when she brought it over in the jar, it was much too purple for my taste. I apologized and asked if I could choose another color before we began (which she then brought over a different color wheel, with completely different options). I picked a dark burgundy - like, almost black. She began grinding my nails and DRY cuticles forcefully, to the point that my nail beds now ache and hurt. She then asked what shape I wanted, to which I replied “squoval”, which according to the internet and my 12 years of manicures, is a popular shape. She acted like she didn’t understand, so I politely explained, “Like square but with round corners.” She nodded in acknowledgement and began to file ... all in different, oval-esque shapes. At that point, she kept looking around and was not paying attention to me or what she was doing to my fingers. During polish, she slopped the dip on there in uneven patches and didn’t even try to fix them (I guess she thought it would buff out at the end?) Afterwards, she put two tiny drops of cuticle oil on my hands and proceeded with the most brutal, dry hand massage of my life! The color was also not correct, and I would’ve said something about it, but while I was getting serviced, the woman next to me complained about her nails not being the correct color, shape, or length (all issues I now have) and the technician literally tried to argue with her in front of other customers! And they charged her full price!! It was mortifying to say the least. I decided to just pay and leave (which was uncomfortable in itself because my technician huddled around the computer as I was checking out with the receptionist and kept checking to see how much I tipped her.) As I was leaving, I overheard ANOTHER customer saying the color wasn’t right on her nails (they had only done one at that point) and asked to change it. They literally ganged up on her and told her she would have to come back, that they didn’t have time to change it then (an hour until close ...) I am now at home, soaking off my brand new $52 dip powder and trying to salvage what’s left of the shape of my nails. Needless to say - I will NOT be back.
This place is absolutely horrible!! I paid $30 for eyelash extensions($100 total for the total “experience “ ha!) and my eyelashes started falling off in one day! I told the tech when she put the lashes on she was doing it incorrectly, but she disregarded my comments totally. I called to let management know what was happening. The so called manager was very nonchalant and nasty about it. She wasn’t empathetic at all. Just very poor customer service all the way around. Even implied that I wanted something for free after I paid full price for the service. I wear lashes on a consistent basis. I am a regular customer who spends 100 or more on a frequent basis and this is the treatment I get? I think I’ll take my business elsewhere. You guys really need to have your so called management team take some customer service classes.
They have a handful of really talented artists, who can install and design to your request, but not enough of them are that level. Ive had great work by Paul but bad enough work from others that I may not go back. Reception staff is not professional or courteous.

I will start by saying the work I got was nice. The staff was very unprofessional I was in the salon for 3 hours watching everyone who came in after me leave. My nail tech ran off for an emergency which is understandable but I got no updates the entire time on who would finish my nails nor an apology for the inconvenience it caused. They couldn’t give me a break down of how much my nails cost and offered no discount or reason to come back. They barely spoke to me the entire time I was there and I had to ask for updates myself.
My niece went to this place today to get her nails done - so happy she did not go alone or with her friends because she was served alcohol- they did not ask the parent that was with her just served it in a red cup. Do not patronize this place - police are currently investigating this as this situation could of went left if no parents were there to watch over her safety.
WARNING: Do not come here unless you want to be taken advantage of. They don’t explain to you what the services are thoroughly and then they double charge you saying it’s something totally different. I got the basic of services and they claim it’s something different. Its a gel French manicure my previous nails needed to be soaked off and a French pedicure $120.00 My husband got a pedicure and a manicure. $45. They are so used to unsatisfied customers they are already on the defensive when you question them about it. Please take your money somewhere it’s being valued, Valentino’s in Concord is not it.
I was very satisfied with the customer service! She did a great job and was very precise with my nail design. I totally recommend.
This business is horrible. I have never been so disgusted with the way they treat people. They all appear to be irritated and inconvenienced to do your nails. They rush and do not listen. They walk away as you are answering questions. You wait forever for them to not do your nails. The last time I was there was the third time I was there to get my nails fixed. The tech left me sitting there in the gel dryer and left and never told me I was done. She left for the day. One of the other workers had to walk around to figure out what I needed to do. They were so rude and my nails are still breaking and look horrible. I will never go to this place again.
First time there ... just know this I got my feet, lashes, and nails done and I am so very well pleased.
Horrible nail service, I didn’t get the nails I asked for. I asked the nail tech could he do my nails like the picture I showed. He said yes but couldn’t do it, he got assistance and she did way worse. I have bubbles and humps in my nails, wrong nail color. Also it took 3 hours to do a simple coffin set. Dried up acrylic all over my hands and fingers. When it was time to check out, the front desk wanted me to use cash app instead of my card.Only pros I have is it does look nice instead with a bar. But needs better service and nail techs!! Very disappointed!

New to this town, came here for mostly pedicures. The service was great but on one visit they charged me for my own gel polish. The color I brought is never available there so I purchased it offline and they still charged me for the full service. The recent visit they turned me away for a pedicure and told me they stop taking appointments at 6:30 but they close at 7:30. This should be disclosed where potential customers can see to avoid a trip. They just lost a customer.
This salon has wonderful technicians for any designs & the customer service is excellent!! Highly recommend ❤️
Their prices charged somehow end up higher than anything quoted or posted and they call the police on customers disagreeing with being overcharged WEEKLY (per police!). I have been just a couple times and it happened both times. My pedi came out nice though, dip nails were mediocre.

The staff at the front desk was extremely rude, especially the lady with the curly hair. I walked in and was not greeted. I was finally asked what I wanted and once I responded she just turned around. 5 minutes passed and I asked what am I suppose to do next, if I needed to sign in or take a seat. Her response just have a seat.She’s rude for no apparent reason and as a new customer who did no understand the establishment procedures, she was no help.
This place is beautiful, great service and nice people. I got my nails done here twice. Both times my acrylic was really thick and I had bubbles, flaws, or scraping on my gel top coat. The second I went there I got a pedicure and about a week later I noticed they burned me really bad with the wax. It was not unbearably hot when I received the service but it burned me pretty bad. Just be careful who you go to. Most of them are really talented and do good designs. The attention to detail just wasn’t there for me. Sad because I thought I found my new nail bar.
So you all feel as though it’s no big deal to serve ALCOHOL to a 14yr old???? No apology or anything. SMH

Absolutely the WORST nail salon in the Concord/Harrisburg area!! BEWARE because they try to up-sale you on everything and get mad when you only want the organic pedicure and SNS nails! They tacked an additional $20.00 of extra charges on my bill and said it was for removal of the previous SNS, which I didn’t have. It was straight up my natural nail! Every toenail was messed up and when I called and asked for the owner, I was told they couldn’t find him but said to come back and they would fix them. I went back and they refused to fix them or refund my money. Unfortunately, the 4.3 stars they show on their reviews are far from accurate, so go anywhere but this place! Gotta love the blob of white polish my tech left on my toe (I didn’t say anything about it because I wanted to see how long it took them to figure it out). Needless to say I had to say something.
Nice placeThe nail tech I had she nearly sanitize her work area. I had to pull away several times because she was just too rough. The fact she never apologize and rushed my nails was mind-blowing. I am a great tipper but little thing like this is just bad for first-time customers. When I ask to add another design, I was told what she suggested was fine (I thought she was paying for my nails - last time I check I was the customers paying). Due to being poke and cut Leaving with my nails sore, I will not be returning including sanitation of the work area.. My nails did come our nice but things make you 2nd guess
I am BEYOND Satisfied with the services that I receive from this particular and nail bar. They have raise the bar very high when it comes to cleanliness, quality, reasonable prices and great customer service! I highly recommend I do not go anywhere else to get my nails done I drive 30 minutes out just to receive service! Chris did my set today Dec 23rd, 2020 and my previous set and he did phenomenal!

I guess I came in at their worse day but less busy day. Customer service was horrible (it’s like pulling hairs for any updates on wait time) and after “checking in” someone came in 10 min after me and did the same process and was seen before me. Which can only mean their “checking in” machine has no order nor recognition of service order, and is worthless. Now I wish I didn’t touch the thing! I was convinced from prior visits that this was a great location, but these last two visits have proved that Valentino’s is another money hungry nail spot that covers themselves in chandeliers and fake marble floors. This experience wasn’t worth it and I have no problem of not seeing this business again, nor recommending it to friends and family.
Today was my birthday and I have never in my 41 years on earth for such a horrible job on my nails! They were uneven, raged and ugly!!! I made complaints and they were ignored. Any other time I would have made them take them off but I was in a time limit! I’m so dissatisfied!!!
For a SNS manicure with no tips it was $40 which I was very unaware of. I was moved twice and then just looked at while workers walked around for the next 5 minutes or so. Eventually someone came over and gave me the samples. Emery boards were shared and used on multiple people and looked gross. There was no evidence of cleaning any of the tools. For the price it should have been much cleaner. I have been to a place where a new Emery board and buffing sponge was used on each person and it was cheaper. Unfortunately I do not live near that place anymore. I definitely will not be back.
