Im from ChiTown and Ive been to a lot of upscale nail shop my time.. Today I had the best pedicure and I will be returning. Thank you Kenny for my excellent pedicure.

One of my favorite places to go for nail care. Very clean. Very friendly. Even without an appointment, I have had no issues. This is my go-to place for a pedicure. Proper cutting techniques ensure I will never suffer ingrown nails, etc. My manicure has always been applied with care.

I’ve been looking for a nail spa for a while! This was my first time here and Kenny was my nail tech. He did a phenomenal job on my nails! He got the shape just right and painted my nails with amazing precision. I will definitely be back! 🤎🤎🤎🤎

Yall please save your time!! Its just not worth it. My nails were cricut and the design was completely of. They didnt even try to fix it

This place is now completely different!! It’s under new management and I just had the best pedicure experience. I had a friend go last week and tell me to give it another chance so I tried it today and man! What a change! JoJo was amazing, she gave the best foot massage - much longer than other places and really had keen attention to detail! I won’t go anywhere but here from now on! Super friendly and super talented!

I’ve been coming here for a new set, fills, and pedicures since it’s been under new management, and they’ve always done a good job! They also have great customer service and they guarantee their work for seven days. My last visit, they gave me a discount card good for $3 off. Awesomeness!

The gentleman that did my feet did a amazing job, the pedicure made me feel like I was in heaven.

Hands down the best service and pamperingI’ve had in a long time. There is new management at Nail Studio and you are missing out if you haven’t checked it out recently. On a side note, I have always had trouble with acrylic on my thin/flat nail beds, the acrylic would always lift and chip and the drill would feel like my nail was so hot and it actually burned. I gave up after over a dozen experiences with different nail techs. I am here to tell you that I have had my acrylic nails for two months now without a single issue, thanks to my nail tech Jojo for her excellence in what she does, her attention to detail, as well as her sensitivity to my needs. You are ALL fantastic. Rant over. Now go to Nail Studio and get what you need. They got you girl! (and boys!) #takecareofyourself ❤️

Not very happy with my experience at nail studio. As soon as I walked in everyone had an attitude, especially the woman who did my gel manicure. She cut my cuticles too low to the point where they were bleeding. The polish is all over my skin and it looks like a 5 year old painted them. The woman who did my nails (not sure of her name) did not even crack a smile at me until I gave her her tip. I shouldn’t have tipped at all because the work is terrible but I tipped 20% anyways because that’s just my character. I will not be going back!

Was not friendly except for when I paid. Nails have air bubbles and the man who did my nails seemed like he had an attitude bc I told him my thumb hurt and to be gentle, also he did not do a very good job on painting my nails.

I used to love this place but today the man who did my nails was obviously annoyed and uninterested. He was rough and somewhat demanding with me, I have no problem with a language barrier if the other side isnt being rude. 50$ later and my nails are bubbly and uneven. never again.

Very clean,beautiful place and people. I had a broken nail and they fixed it right there aND didnt charge me at all. I enjoyed my time there even. I recommend this salon and will be going back.

I would give a half star as this was the worst experience I ever had at a nail salon. Took my daughter and niece to get their nails painted but neither person there understood what was wanted so they decided that two 6 year old girls needed a pedicure instead. Needless to say that they rushed once the techs appointed walked in. She also decided that my niece needed 2 different color nail polish in her hands and feet. Was charged a different price from what I was told just because they did whatever they wanted. Will not be going back to this place ever as is clear that customer satisfaction is not their main priority. Would not recommend at all!!!! 😡 very upsetting!!!

This is a response back to Ali Taylor, so what is the complaint that you are trying to make cause you received a service and you paid $40 so you said that they took out $40 so then the bank that you used charged you an overdraft, how is that the salons responsibility? Please enlighten me.

The customer service I received today was HORRIBLE!!! This is my normal go to but after today I’ll be going elsewhere. The service was not worth the money I paid.

Rude. Passed me off to another tech to finish my nails when I SPECIFICALLY asked for the tech I was with the whole time to polish/paint my nails...the woman who applied the polish doesnt feel comfortable/is not adequate to apply polish...the lady who runs the place was asking customers of they wanted a beverage and when I requested a coke-(my blood sugar was getting low)- she looked at me as if I were the most deplorable thing she ever saw...mind you I was a regular customer and tipped VERY well...needless to say no tip was given that day and I will never return.

I went to get my nails and my daughters nails done. I came home took a shower did laundry and 4 of my gel polish nails are peeling off. There was more polish on my skin than on my nail. My daughter nails still has polish from her last manicure under the new polish and hers have chipped. This place lacks customer service, cleanliness, and quality. Please avoid.

I cannot describe how much I wanted to love this place, and then was totally let down. I recently moved from Charlotte where I payed the exact same price for perfect nails (consistently). I did not catch the name of my nail tech, but I can say she was horrible. During the course of my full set, she dialed her phone at least 15 times (no one was answering her calls so she just kept dialing). She worked quickly, and I brought in a flesh tones polish, so it was hard to see mistakes as they were happening...but when I got home I was very upset that I had paid for a set that looked this bad! There is polish and acrylic all over my cuticles, the nails are uneven from side to side, and comparing a nail on one hand to the same nail on the other hand shows how little she really paid attention to the length. Also, she flared the acrylic at the tip so that my fingernails look bubbly and oversized. Though I like my nails long, I personally prefer a slender nail that looks natural. Like I said, I really wanted to live this place...it is absolutely beautiful and really does feel like a spa, but its just not worth the outcome.

Very rude tech, would only offer certain customers water. I was told to wait when I asked for water. She rushed my service. I had given them 4 tries. When I expressed my unhappiness and told her I would not be coming back, she said yeah, like you have so much money. Never again.

Just left this horrible salon. My daughter and I went for a mani pedi day. The pedicure technician cut my cuticles on my toes enough to bleed on 3 toes. The nail technician painted gel polish over the top of my cuticles. My daughters gel polish had a weird bump at the tip and the same nail technician accused my daughter of bumping the nail against the towel and made a half-a** attempt at fixing. The pedicure technician hurried through my daughters pedi because one of her regulars had arrived. Poor excuse of a shop. Do not go there if you want your nails to last. Definite waste of money.

The WORST full set ive ever had!!! The place wasnt very clean at all!!! The polish is extremely cheap!!! The nail tech was rude!!! All around terrible place!! The owners let their kid run all over the place barefoot and loud!! I cannot stand this place and wont be coming back!!!

Came here for a acrylic set and ended up paying 40 dollars for it and i told the guy just take 5 dollars out with it for a tip well he ended up taking out only 40 and i’m a teenager so i only had 48 dollars in my bank account and this morning when i woke up i sall that a email from my bank saying i overdrew!!!
