Wonderful place for clients and professional staff. I like how they go above and beyond for the clients and also follow COVID CDC regulations. The space is beautiful and very welcoming!

Soteria has the most professional and knowledgeable providers in the area. I personally have had massages by Tina, facials by Casey, and aqua chi detox with Hanna. Their energy and professionalism is second to none and they are true artists in their area of expertise.

Thank you for a great experience for my mother and I. I get to North Carolina once and thought a Spa day would be a great way to spend the day, so I booked the whole day for services. Everyone was very accommodating and helpful. Poor Dorian took special care to make sure to get everything in for us. Would certainly make sure to come back next time I am in town visiting. Thank you Hanna and staff for making sure my mother had a good time.

Very upset that I had a bad experience today. Normally I receive very pleasant massages with Michelle but I wanted to branch out with my services. I decided to get my face dermaplaned today and I don’t know if it was an error on Julie’s part for using a dull blade or what but the whole experience was a little rushed and honestly painful. But I didn’t know what to expect so I just dealt with the discomfort and figured beauty is pain my skin will look great when this is done. Well wrong, after the redness finally calmed down I have cuts all over my face. Very disappointed in this service and the money I spent on it.

They were very friendly and helpful. The whole place was clean and comfortable.

This was my first time here and let me tell you, it was amazing. I had a two hour massage with Tina and I’m now ready for a nap. I have had massages in the past but nobody compares to Tina, she’s truly got the magic touch. The spa is beautiful, very clean, very inviting. I was weary about visiting because despite what a lot of people seem to think, COVID-19 is still an issue, this establishment has taken some extra measures to keep its staff and patrons feeling more at ease. I personally appreciated this. Thanks again Tina and thanks to the staff for being pleasant each step of the way.

This is hands down the best Salon Spa I’ve been to. They have esthetician’s, massage therapy, excellent hair stylist, microblading, mani pedis and more. Not to mention the staff is so professional and friendly and the atmosphere is so chíc and relaxing!

I am beyond please and amazed with my nails. I got a manicure with “gel” (although she said she actually was using Shellac, which was better than the “gel” polish; same price though) and BOY was she right!! Never have I gotten a set of Gel nails that has lasted as long as these!!! Any other salon I go to, my nails have already chipped by day 2 and beyond. My nails done by Hannah have lasted so far, 1 1/2 weeks with NO chips!!! I am amazed and so glad to have found a trustworthy salon. I feel like you can definitely count on getting 2 weeks out of a gel manicure, especially since my daily job sometimes involves tasks like heavy dish washing and breaking down boxes. Sorry for the long review, just super pleased!!!
