I wanted to love this place so bad! The atmosphere is amazing and super inviting! I got a spa pedicure and honestly it was one of the worst. The woman doing my pedicure was really sweet but seemed stressed and tired and didn’t put effort into making my experience great. She rushed through my pedicure and my feet looked and felt the same as it did before going...after not having a pedicure for months due to COVID I was really hoping to enjoy myself and feel amazing after, which didn’t happen :( I emailed the owners and asked for them to reach out to me about my experience and didn’t hear back..I will not be returning!

A warm, relaxing environment! Gorgeous establishment with super nice, professional staff. All around great experience and felt amazing after my massage and paraffin hand treatment. You wont be disappointed!

Update: Soak reached out to me and scheduled another appointment to fix the polish. What wonderful customer service! Highly recommend.Had a really nice pedicure and reflexology treatment here. The atmosphere is very relaxing. Unfortunately the nail polish may be outdated or was applied incorrectly. It was supposed to get me through until Thanksgiving but began to chip 3 days later, and now one week later the polish has chipped on both of my big toes.

Extremely friendly, personal and professional. I had a massage, a facial and hand paraffin done today . This was my first time visit with Soak Spa & Foot Haven, and it was definitely the best remarkable services ever!

Amazing spa they all make you feel right at home from the moment you check in. I wanted to surprise my husband with his first pedicure and they set it all up so we were able to have our pedicures side-by-side and he said he will definitely be back one of the best spas in the CONCORD area

Got a pedicure; but there was no filing or scrubbing of my feet. This was the more expensive pedicure too, so I feel as if I was sort of rushed on that. Everyone was friendly though. I would probably try somewhere else before returning.

Absolutely superb day spa. I have had several services at the location and am truly satisfied each and every time. From sugaring to facials to manicures and the like, I have enjoyed each technician and have always felt in the best hands. A inviting, calm, peasant and CLEAN place always!

The best place in the Concord area for spa treatment! Everyone is so warm and friendly, that atmosphere is calm and soothing, and there is such a variety of spa services. I would recommend this wonderful place for anyone who is looking to BREATHE and enjoy!

This a lovely place for all kinds of delightful spa services, at reasonable prices. The people are wonderful and really good at what they do. Id been going for years when it occurred to me I should take my mother, too. At age eighty, she had her first pedicure, and now shes hooked.

I like this new place. Its relaxing and they have some of the ladies from Breathe. Mahrheanha (I know I spelled it wrong- sorry) is the best ever.

I felt instantly at ease, when I walked in. I was greeted by a friendly receptionist, relaxed with a cup of hot tea, then had the best facial Ive ever had. I cant wait for my next appt. And I found out that I can schedule on line, at my convenience. Thank you Breathe Esthetics for a wonderful day.
