These are my nails after they “fixed” them. granted, they do look better from the first time but still the quality is not good. I paid $60 for this service and i don’t think the price matches the quality at all. They jerked my hand around the whole time and was very snippy for the service or if i wanted something corrected. I definitely don’t recommend getting your nails done here.

I was leary at 1st because I have a Tech but my Girl is booked for the weekend and I have a broken nail so I did a walk in and WOW, look at my nails! The color selection was exquisite and after minimal education I was pleased with the work! Perfection!

I waited for over 30 minutes there was a young lady that came up behind me she an I both waited it and her and I talked for a good while and another woman and her husband came and she wanted a pedicure and they took her before me and the young lady that was standing they have been waiting a long time so I approached one of the workers and I asked how is it that she’s getting a pedicure before we’re both getting a manicure and because the person behind me was of a different ethnicity she took her before she took me so therefore I walked out And I will never return

Came here a few weeks ago to get a pedicure. The pedicure was pretty average. They could have done more to make the experience more relaxing, but they did a good job cleaning up my feet. My heels are still in decent shape 3 weeks out. I was also pleasantly surprised to see how seriously they were taking COVID. They checked my temperature and got my contact information should their be an outbreak. Employees were wearing their masks correctly. I will probably come here again.

Absolutely TERRIBLE. I went to get acrylics here. All I wanted was black coffin nails. The woman starts doing my nails and they’re popping off as soon as she glues them. She even puts one on completely crooked. I proceed to take it off and ask her to redo it and she tells me to get up and go to a different person in the salon. As soon as I get up, her and several other employees start talking about me. I ask the guy doing my nails now to just start over because they aren’t the correct length or shape. He tries to just fix what she’s already messed up, and I left with short square nails and black nail polish that is already chipping.

I walked out of there with cuts on all of my fingers

I’ve had 5 star experience with pedicures. 1 star experience with manicures. So averaging out to a 2.5. Taking away .5 a star because last time I paid, in cash, I was short changed. So, enjoy that bigger tip. It’s the last of my money you’ll see.

Made an appointment here disnt realize it was in the mall. The guy did a terrible job on my nails the shape is bulky and they are uneven. The have acrilic under the nail and he cut my finger with a nail file edge, very rough. I choose a pink color changing polish he came back with purple with never a word. The polish is sloppy. Id suggest you go somewhere else.

I see that they are busy all the time, so I decided to try them. I am very Particular about where I go to get my feet done. They were friendly, clean and sanitary. She cleaned the bowl out right after I got up. After I saw that and she did that for others as they got up. I knew then they can continue to get my business. She did a great job on my feet. They looked nice and soft and the paint was on point. I definitely recommend this place.

I think the guy I had was new, but he was so meticulous and took his time. I loved it! I dont think my toes have ever looked this good. My friend got his first pedicure, the woman was nice and got him done and he loved it!

If you all stop taking customers at 8 then you all need to clearly update the website or let customers know! Very Unprofessional ! I will not be back considering I drove a hr twice with you all closing early (at different times) not on holidays (which I understand) I do not want to pull the racist card but I’ve witness while getting my nails done when you all pick and choose who to service. Asked for a deluxe pedicure and acrylicsGreat pedicure and deluxe treatment although with my sensitive skin the products did burn maybe because they are cheap.Now for the bad part. They wanted to get me out faster so while i was trying to relax on the pedicure chair the older lady started working on my nails, and she was not so gentle. I didnt get any work done to my cuticles or anything not even my nails trimmed.While she was fitting the nails i felt them a little to big but I ignored it since I thought she would fix it.Later everything was going fine but she was putting on the acrylic too thick and uneven but i just figured it was fine. It wasn’t. I told her that some were crooked and she filed one down so low that it looks totally uneven. Its been a day since ive been and my nails are sore and full of glue. They look like they need a fill in thanks to the lack of attention they paid my cuticles. Paint was good but the acrylic application was a disaster. I have dried up acrylicPaste all over my fingers. It looks horrible

I don’t recommend this place at all. Did a horrible job on my acrylics. My nails on the right hand were left longer than the nails on my left hand. On one finger, the woman applied the acrylic nail and it was CROOKED.I will literally never go back to this place to get acrylics.If I could give zero stars, I would.

I think Im going to find someone else to do my eyebrows. They do a great job but the wait time isnt worth it! Ive had to leave too many times without receiving service because I had to wait 20+ minutes! Terrible service if youre not spending everything you have.

Do not come here! I barely complain but when i got my eyebrows done here yesterday the lady completely did the opposite of what i wanted! She made my eyebrows completely uneven but there was nothing left to fix them! She angled the beginning of my eyebrows and took off half of it along with rounding off my arch that i told her i wanted to keep. When we were done my eyebrows looked exactly like hers but WORSE!!! To top it off i woke up this morning with A STYE INFECTION IN MY EYE because of it!!!!!!

I got my nails done there today by this older lady she had to be in her 50s however all I wanted was a simple feeling she put so much acrylic on my nails I complain and told her that I didnt like it. I asked her if she was going to file the size of my nails down into the coffin shape that I had them in when I came in the shop and she proceeded to act like she didnt understand me. However I was so pissed off I paid her and I didnt even let her polish my nails. Never again

I went here on 01/ 17/19 to get my nails done (SNS) and my toes ( just regular polish). My toes look good but he left them sore for a couple days from digging so hard underneath and on the sides of my toe nails. But my nails on the other hand, look bad. He didn’t push my cuticles back, so it looks like I need a fill in a week later. Due to him not pushing my cuticles back, I have already lost a nail a week later on 01/24/19. The man also put this clear polish of some kind over my SNS and it messed up twice in the two days I got my nails done. I had to go back the day after the man did them because the clear polish he put on was peeling. When I did go back in for them to fix it. They all had terrible attitudes towards me, especially the man that was fixing them. Also after he dipped my nails and finished with the SNS powder, he didn’t drill them so they are supper chunky and not at all the shape I really asked for. I do not recommend this place, they are rude and do not do a good job.

I came in at 5:10 they had 2 available techs just sitting there doing nothing they refused to take my business because they said they closed at 6:00

I went here 10/12/18 and 10/16/18 checked my account to discover they took $20.00 from my account instead of the $2.00 I tipped them. So my mediocre nails was a total of $50.00. I wasnt going back before they stole my money because I gave them a second chance and they did not deliver great nails. The acrylic was too bulky the first time and this time the gel polish chipped after a day and I had to go back to have them redone. I went to the salon 10/17/18 to confront them about my money and immediately they start speaking their language. They lied and said I did not have the funds in my account so I was charged an extra fee. Lies. I paid with a prepaid card so the transaction would have completely declined. Besides, I demanded to see their receipts and it clearly showed they removed more money than they should have. If the bank charged me it wouldnt show on their end. Bunch of scammers and everyone should stay away from here.

Don’t come here, price is ridiculous. they charge for the length of your nails, they aren’t gentle, they don’t fix their mistakes, and my nails were painted horribly. i asked for coffin shape and got skinny rounded nails, some of my nails aren’t the same size. waste of money.

I went to Lee nails to get my eyebrows done they know what they are doing the lady that did my eyebrows spoke really good English! and the price was very affordable $7.99 for eyebrows i recommend this place for eyebrows

I have been here several times with my sister n law and mother n law, They do a decent job and I love the pedicures with the Foot massage- (Feels great) Im sure Ill go back again!

Terrible place. Staff is rude. I was burned 3 times getting my acrylics done and last time I got a fill in they made a few of my nails crooked. Won’t go back. Lost my business and I found a better place to go.

I got gel nails and they started to chip two days later even the day after I could see it peeling.

A year ago I went here and got a pedi. I noticed that the lady who did my feet was very rough while cleaning the side of my feet but I thought nothing of it. 2 days later I noticed I couldn’t wear any shoes because my big toe had swole. Went to the doctor and I had got an infection on the inside of my big toe due to open meat and unclean tools( when they clean your toes) I was on medication for 10 days! I then tried to give them another try 3 days ago and the lady who did my nails was soooo busy worrying about other things going on so she could leave early that she opened the side of my nail . The nails are cute but here it is Day 3 it is still sore! Wonder if it is another infection! If I was you I would stay FARRRRRR away from this place!!! They don’t care about the customers just rush you out so they can have others in and not use properly procedures ! Deserves NO stars!!! Don’t say I did not warned you!!!

I was a customer here for over 10 yrs. I used to come here all the time to see Van, but shes moved up and the new nail techs they have there now are trash. I arrived at 7 pm and the manager (skinny guy) was turning customers away because the techs wanted to go home early. My tech rushed thru and destroyed my feet! I will go to Viva Nail in Afton Village from now on.

My daughter and i went for a gel manicure, The tech who did my daughters nails took his time and did a beautiful job, however my tech rushed through and when i left i had polish all over my skin, and the gel polish was so thick I knew it would be peeling off in a few days- 4 days later, my $30 manicure peeled off... what a waste of money!

I had made done last week, the acrylic started to come up where I can put a finger nail under it. Also while the lady was doing my nails she was being really rough and cut me on 2 fingers with a nail filer. I will not be going back. Horrible.

I needed a nail replaced bc I chipped it while shopping in the mall and stopped in the salon...the lady asked me if I got my nails done there and when I said no she immediately told me they didnt have my color with an attitude and completely ignored me...Didnt even bother to ask me for a color change or anything...she didnt want to service me until I asked if the other lady could take me...she responded yes with a nasty attitude...Not friendly at all...Who turns down business even if it is a broken nail...Never Again...I hope this place folds!
