I got my nails done at a different salon earlier this week, and I was very unhappy with the final result. No matter how many time I explained what I wanted, they couldnt do it. It was a standard shape, with a very simple design over a single base color. I looked around for a salon to help me fix them and found Paulls. Not only was Ari (Im not sure of the spelling) sweet and kind, she absolutely knocked it out of the park with my nails. She was wonderful about checking with me every step of the way as to my satisfaction, was very receptive to fixing a small mistake, and the nails came out amazing! She removed my old set and applied an entirely new set of acrylics to give me the correct shape and color. Her and the other ladies there were all very nice, and I can say Ive absolutely found my new salon. Thank you again Ari, I love them!

After having been a few times I think this will be my go-to place for mani pedis from now on. Service is great. Paull Nails is also super clean and nice. Absolutely recommend.

Lets face it - its difficult to find a good nail salon in the Concord area. I had been to this salon a couple times for pedicures, and I always felt they did a great job. This time, I went in for a full set of acrylics after a horrible experience at Princess Nails. I had a set of liquid gel nails that needed to be removed first. The man who did my nails was patient and listened to exactly what I wanted. My nails came out great! I am NOT easy to please and Im very happy with them! Also, the salon is very clean, they take their time, the prices are the most reasonable of all the nail salons in the area, AND there is the option to leave a tip on your credit card! This is a huge bonus for me because most salons in the area require tips in cash - and I rarely have cash with me! Thank you, Paull Nails - I will be back!

I was looking for a simple, clean, friendly salon that could do French nails with gel. Staff is very knowledgeable and super friendly. Great place to get pampered.......get what you pay for.

They did a great job! I checked a few other places that day and everyone was too busy and Paul Nails, LLC took my sister and I right away! They had plenty of staff to take care of their customers. I would recommend them!

This place wasnt my cup of tea. For a short set of nails and a basic color (matt black), I think I could go elsewhere and receive something more up my alley. The costumer service was a bit off putting as well. Besides that, the place was clean, no over whelming nail smell, great for longish/er nails, and good color selection. Over all thoughts = Meh experience, probably wont go back.Edit: So I know I dont have the most flattering/best nails in the world. But its been about 5 hrs and a cut that occurred during the visit is still bleeding... Ive gotten my nails done at other places in other states, and Ive been nicked a few times and it usually clears up with in an HR at most. They must of nicked me pretty good.. Pics included.

Best nail salon in concord. Very clean and organized. The staff is knowledgeable and will provide the exact services requested with attention to details. Relaxing atmosphere located in a historical building with exposed brick, so chic! Also good prices ! Massage chairs are nice for pedicures!

So.. I work in the beauty industry and I really do appreciate hustle, but I am giving only 3 stars because my manicure (and the manicures of my friends that were with me) were sub-par. They were understaffed, and pushing the workers they do have pretty hard, and our manicures paid for it. They were sloppy and very rushed. I dint recommend if youre looking for a really relaxing experience, they run it like a breakfast restaurant, turn and burn. It pains me to leave a review like this, but I dont feel it was worth the money.

I have always gone from salon to salon, never quite happy! I started to go to this place and will never go anywhere else again!! Cant wait to go back. Felt very safe with their covid precautions as well.

We made an appointment to get two manicures at the same time. We asked if they could do that because Roy nails told us they couldn’t due to staffing. We were told no problem and made a 5:30 appointment. My daughter was getting ready for prom and it was something we wanted to do together. We were there on time but they couldn’t take us for almost a half an hour. And then they began working on my daughter. Twenty minutes later I still had nobody. I said something to the woman that I think runs the place - explaining that we wanted to have our manicures at the same. She said she’d do mine right now. And got some water in a bowl, set it in front of me and then went back to her manicure. Needless to say, I didn’t have my nails done. I also questioned why the manicurist filed the ends of this my daughters nails AFTER they were completed?! Guess what, that’s where the polish came off first! I will not consider this as an option again. They should have been honest with us if they couldn’t do it.

Love this place they do a wonderful job! All of their nail technicians are excellent! My nails buffed and trimmed, and the paint job was perfect. Im so SO happy she did!

First time in today and I will definitely be back! The nail salon is super clean and they were able to get me right in. They have a huge selection of colors- which I love. My nails look perfect and exactly what I asked for!

I got my full set done here yesterday and I could not be more pleased with the results! I typically don’t write reviews because I usually forget, but my experience here was too good not to. The staff is super friendly and helpful, which is always a plus. I’m kicking myself for not getting my nail tech’s name, but I heard at least two other customers praising the employees because they also loved their nails. Therefore, I don’t think you can go wrong with who you go with. Super affordable and the process was very fast, but not at all rushed. Best experience and results I’ve gotten from any nail salon. If you couldn’t tell by now, I’ll totally be going back and I recommend you stop by too!

I myself am in the beauty industry as a licensed cosmetologist and have never had the experience that I had recently. I have given this place a chance twice and have left incredibly disappointed both times.

We had to wait a bit as they were extremely busy but the short wait was worth the service, my mother and I both got basic pedicures. They do everything the right way, making sure they do good work and making sure the service feels good and you are comfortable the whole time. I highly recommend this nail salon!

I came in for an overdue gel pedicure, it had been 3 months since I had one. I decided to check this place out because of the reviews and they did not disappoint! Finally, a salon that knows how to do a beautiful french tip!!

Initially I was a huge fan of Paull Nails, however my most recent three visits there have been a huge disappointment. Appointments made in advance are not honored nor are requests for specific nail technicians. Don’t be fooled by the glossy photos of the salon on their Facebook page- the salon has cobwebs in every window, and doesn’t look or feel clean.

I would not suggest this salon. There are a lot better places in the Concord area. My friend and I had an appointment and had to wait an additional 30 minutes to be seen. We got pedicures and my friend got tin foil put on her finger nails to remove old powder and ended up keeping them on for 45 minutes. While that was happening, I asked for an acrylic fill and after cutting the acrylics near the cuticle (a technique I have never seen before?) And adding glue to the acrylic again near my cuticle (also never seen that before...) I was told that I couldnt get a fill because my other set was too old. So I sat with my fingers dipped in acetone for 40 minutes and received a new set. It seemed like I was forgotten (and annoyed considering the inconvenience, prying my nails, and the long wait). Finally, the woman who I assume is the owner started giving me my new set. She then told me I have fungus based on the way my nails were growing under the old acrylics...thanks I guess? The gel doesnt go all the way to each side of my nails in many places and they are too short. A terrible experience considering my friend and I spent nearly 3 hours there!

My tech and she was so awesome. They have all of the necessary Covid precautions in place. I went on a Monday morning. I called because I didnt want to wait, and it was the perfect time to go. Great!!!

I called this morning and got an appointment. I requested and they did not disappoint! My tech is Amazing!! I had a regular mani and pedi and my hands and feet have not been this happy in a long time!

I have never gotten a manicure before, let alone been in a beauty salon. But I thought Id give it a shot since my hands get pretty dry in the winter and I have a bad habit of picking my cuticles. Was kind of uncomfortable at first, not knowing what to do - didnt realize I was supposed to put my finger tips in the little water dish with marbles, I just sat there waiting for someone to start. But things got better as I became more comfortable in the setting. There was a TV on with the news and made friendly chit chat with the folks around me. The workers are really nice and in my opinion did a great job. Hands never felt softer! Might even come back for a pedicure with the fiancé.

Ive been to a couple salons around town and this is the best by far. I don’t get acrylics often because i use my nails for work, and Im a nail biter so my cuticles are gross. Kee did an amazing job and Im so in love with this set. I’ll definitely be going back and i fully recommend this place to anyone nail salon shopping around town!

Great job, they got the exact shape and size i wanted! It’s hard to find someone who does great nail work and for a decent price. On top of it all, they last long!! My old nail salon would use terrible products and they would last one week, if that. $45 for barely week! No. I recommend Paull Nails

Went to get two acrylic French tips redone and they came out awful. And charged $40 for only doing two nails. They look worst than what I had come in with and there is dust inside the nails.

I wanted to try someplace new as my previous salon changed ownership/raised their prices. I was in a bit of a time crunch and their team got me in quickly and did an absolutely fantastic job on my nails. Ive gotten a lot of compliments. Highly recommend. Clean, professional, and they give you a free drink. Ill be back. Thanks so much!

Had an appointment scheduled for 4 PM and when I arrived, the entire place was full. At 4:45 PM, I was still sitting and waiting. By the time someone came up to me to tell me they would see me “soon” it was 5 PM and I let her know I was no longer interested in getting my nails done. What’s the point of booking an appointment when they don’t honor it and take anyone who walks in prior? Waste of time - don’t recommend.

The wait time wasn’t long at all, but the amount i paid for how the nails turned out made me very upset. the person who did them seemed almost rushed. my nails didn’t come out even at all, and he cut my nails way to short.

Honestly, I am so upset with the experience I had on Mother’s Day. Well first, my mother in law actually made a reservation for 12:30pm on Mother’s Day and they DID NOT write it down apparently. This was done days before because we wanted to make sure we could have our nails done! They were NOT ready for us to show up either. Well my nails were the first to get started on and the woman put glue on my pinky finger nail and realized she didn’t shave it down, and then proceeded to shave my nail WITH THE NAIL GLUE ON! When I say it burnt, it BURNT my finger nail. Next I asked for a LIGHT BLUE OMBRÉ. I did not get that at all. They are a dark, messy ombré nail and I’m so unsatisfied. I did comment that my thumb nail was crooked and she didn’t answer me. On top of that, she wasn’t going to put clear coat on my nails. The guy next to her had to tell her too. She kept walking away to other customers and not coming back for 5 minutes at a time. Next, another worker was arguing with a customer next to me, so that was very unprofessional and rude. They were requesting a service and DENIED SAID SERVICE. My mother in law asked for a certain color that was there and they told her it wasnt there. Why keep the color out then? Then he told her she should use the shellac nail polish, which she agreed to because it wears longer but he put A LOT on each of her nails. Also way too rough putting lotion on too.My mother in law called today for a refund. Instead of a refund they want me to come back in but I am refusing that. My experience with them is a zero star rating.

I dont even mind the 30 minute drive from my house. Everyone who works here is super kind and you can tell that they put forth their best effort every time, Ive yet to be disappointed.

This was my first time there and it was busy- which is good. However they seemed very disorganized. They had you sign-in but never referenced it. My pedicure was ok, the tips of my toes were not painted and my feet were never massaged but the person next to me had theirs massaged. My dip manicure was extremely rushed. Most of my nails were stuck to my skin when i left and after two washes, there still is stiff on my skin and under my nails. Again, my hands were never massaged or rubbed with any type of lotion. First and last time for me.

The people there are very friendly, amazing color options, quality work, and cheaper than any other place around. This was my 1st time there after a horrific experience at Princess Nails and they won me over for life!

They were very sweet on the phone with her and even squeezed in a pedicure for me while I waited. Very attentive and our nails look great!!! Will definitely be going back!!

Walked down the road to go to the bank to pull cash from the ATM, after I left, the lady let the two girls behind me pay with card. I paid a 100 cash for 89 dollar service. I love this place!!! I’m not into getting my nails done all the time, but a girl likes to be pampered sometimes and this place does not let me down. I have been here a handful of times and have NEVER had a bad experience. The wait time is minimal, I have never waited more then 15-20 mins to get into a chair. The staff are super friendly and polite and want to make sure you are happy with the work they have done. The salon is clean and has a well lite and open floor plan that makes the space feel larger then it is. I got a French pedicure and I love it!!! It’s very well done and is beautiful. ❤️❤️❤️❤️ Thank you so much for the great experience I will be coming back.

My favorite nail salon by far in the Concord, NH area!

I’ve been on the fence about posting this but after my last visit I’m just disappointed. This is the third time I’ve visited and I had the same tech every time purely by chance and the work has been sub par at best. I came in with a picture of what I thought were fairly straight forward nails and left with something completely different than what I had asked for. I don’t feel like the stickers should be peeling up less than 24 hours from my service, my nails are very clearly different sizes from each other and honestly not worth 62$.

I could tell she was taking her time and I couldnt have appreciated that more, especially since no one had ever really taken the time to really shape my nails according to the shape of my finger.

Very clean.The nail technicians took their time and did a beautiful job.I left feeling relaxed. A little pricey but worth it.

Ive been to Paull nails several times and always walked away satisfied. Today on the other hand was awful. My nails look like a little kid did them. Theyre wavy, missing spots, wrong color, and glue up under my nail bed. The sides of several of my nails dont even have dip. The nails are crooked and the tip color isnt even at all. And its not even the color I asked for.I will be going to another salon to get them fixed.

They completely messed up my nails I asked for black and got like dark green the nails came off less then a week later and I didn’t even get what I asked for the shaping was TERRIBLE I also got my eyebrows done and they shaved one side off almost COMPLETELY. My nails are bumpy and uneven, i asked for the bumps to filed out & they were not. my nails were also rushed & i was told that i should choose a different color then what i wanted. also my nails are not all the same length either. I got an ombré and the colors are uneven. One hand is a completely different color then the other, let alone how uneven each nail is, most pointing upwards and very very thick. She also got a hair in my nail and continued and I didn’t notice until I was getting my toes done ( Which was a SUPER SLOPPY JOB and very unsanitary ) And she just buffered the hair and threw another layer on top. Do not get your nails done here. They are rushed and your nails will last 2 days for paying 50

I finally have decided to write a review on this amazing place after being a regular customer there for over a year.I absolutely love this place, before this place i tried so many other nail salons and none of them beat this place ever. The service is amazing here, staff is nice, they take the time to do your nails the way you want them. Every time i’ve walked out of this place with a new set i get so many amazing complements on them and everyone asks me where i get them done.a few things people have complained about is the wait. now yes, the wait is long. but it’s because they’re so busy. it hurts to see people be mean to the staff there when it’s a long wait, just be patient they’re trying their best. i promise.but all in all i’ve never had a bad experience with this place and i will keep coming back!!!

Be is extraordinarily welcoming and will do anything to make sure you are completely pampered and satisfied will your treatments. Kim has done my nails the last two times and they have been perfect. Terrible experience. Website said we could make an online appointment. Sent a confirmation text with appointment time. We showed up on time only to have to put our name in anyway. Waited 20 minutes before walking out. Was chased out by female staff asking us to stay saying it would be only 5 more minutes. I dropped my girls off and said I’d be back. ( 2 teens there for fills). Got a text 15 minutes later that one of them finally was seated. 45 minutes later the other one was seated. Their nails should of looked fabulous after that wait. Nope. Awful. Will never stray from our regular place again.

Went there this past Friday and wont be going back. Had 2 nail techs- one for gel mani and other for pedicure. Gel mani tech was rough and hurt one of my fingers by excessive pressure and scraping. Pedi tech cut my toes twice with bleeding and again excessive pressure. Since appointment two toes with cuts are soreand red. Now treating them with antibiotic ointment.

Spent 3 hours here getting a pedicure and a manicure and wont be going back - the pedicure was very nice. For the manicure, I had tips with pink and white dip and my nails came out slanted, varied lengths, and rough around the edges. I realized later that my cuticles were also not cleaned up. I didnt ask to have it fixed, as I had been there 3 hours already and was very frustrated. The biggest challenge was that the wait was not communicated well - especially for between services. Everyone was very kind, but when a wait is communicated as 10 minutes and that turns into 50 - its a tremendous waste of time.

DO NOT go here to get your eyebrows waxed! They do not know what they are doing!!! They do great nails but horrible horrible eyebrows!

I just had the best foot and leg masssge at Paul Nails. My daughter and I came in for the first time and love the look/style of the place. Clean with an upscale look. My daughter said that, “This place should be our regular nail place now.” I agree with her. The cleanliness and attention to detail are top-notch. The pedicure chairs are massage and cushy. We both felt very pampered during our visit. And seriously, that leg and foot massage!

My first experience with Paull nails was so great! I had a great pedicure and manicure. The staff was very friendly and helpful.I went back a few weeks later and got another Mani-Pedi and the technician was not nearly as friendly as the first time. I understand people have off days but shoving my hands out of the way when you need to switch hands, it may just be me but honestly I find it rude. Im going to go back again, but Im getting really discouraged with local options and nail technicians that have poor interpersonal skills.

The new management at the downtown Concord salon is NOT GOOD. There are other and better options in the area. The quality here is terrible and I was hurt badly by the manicurist and pedicurist on the Main St location. It was PAINFUL and took forever to heal. Its hard to find parking. They dont have any experience and the prices are way too high for bad quality. Not worth it and would go elsewhere! I give this place a ZERO if I could.

I came here for a pedicure and a gel fill. They had barriers between the customer and the nail tech which is why they got 3 stars instead of 2. The pedicure was alright, they cut my toenails uneven and there wasnt much of a massage. My fill was not great. I wasnt asked how long or what shape I wanted my nails to be. He also kept nicking my cuticle and used the drill aggressively. The edges of my nail also werent painted and I wasnt asked if I even liked my nails. Ive gotten my nails done MANY times so Ive become accustomed to the questions theyre supposed to ask and I just felt my service was very rushed.

THIS WAS THE WORST NAIL PLACE IVE EVER BEEN TOO. They messed up my cuticles and the acrylics came off within 2 days of having them. My nail bed a severely damaged. Please don’t go here. If I could rate them a 0 I would.

The prices are decent here, although I got a gel acrylic set and they came out super thick and uneven I removed them the same night I wasn’t happy with them.

I have had so much trouble with almost all of the local nail salons. So I decided to try Pauls and I am so happy I did. I went as a walk in and they were very friendly and attentive. The salon is clean and comfortable. I went for a fill and pedicure. My pedicure was amazing, she did such a great job and the message part was amazing 😊 They have very comfy seats and they offered me a water. My fill was even better. I told her what I like and what I was looking for, and she actually liatened to me and did exactly what I was wanting. My nails looked amazing! I am so happy I finally found a salon i can count on. I highly recommend them! I was advised to call ahead for an appointment and def will next time I go. Not only so that I dont have to wait but they give priority to their scheduled appointments. Which is how it should be. Thank you guys for doing such an amazing job, and being very sweet!
