I was scheduled to have my iPhone looked at and I’m more knowledgeable about Apple and their products/warranties then they are. They kept trying to sell me on getting a new phone when all I need is my display cable put back in place to fix a fuzzy green screen. Would not recommend so don’t even waste your time.
Lines can be long so I would recommend making an appointment. They are also Apple certified so they can do warranty work on your iPhones. Great service and friendly staff
Got the runaround from geek squad to whom Ive been a customer of since 2012. They finally told me after two trips down there today that they would not repair my computer since it is too old and that it should never have been checked in. But, they did send me to another person and that person at firefold tech and repair told me all I needed was a battery not the motherboard as geek squad had miles me to believe. My laptop is almost completely charged after about two hours I have dropped geek squad protection.
Booked an online appointment to fix my iPhone6s battery through apple support site. After collecting the device details, I was referred to Geek Squad at the BestBuy Concord mills. After reaching the store (25 mins drive in Sunday traffic) the Geek at the counter mentions that they dont service iPhone6s as they dont have the required inventory. This is a classic example of worst customer service/experience.My 2cents - if you wanna go to the Geek Squad better call them up-front and understand whether they can serve you before you reach the store.
Do not bother wasting your time with these guys. I came in with one problem with my laptop and ended up leaving with about five other problems. When I discovered the problems I received the response of, I just came in, I didnt move any files, you have a bad hard drive. I understand that certain problems cannot be fixed, but when a customer brings up a concern, and you respond in that way is completely unprofessional.
The service is way overpriced and they cant do anything you could not do your self in five minutes of googling. The staff is incredibly incapable and worthless youd be better off just throwing your computer into a fire in hopes of that fixing your problem
Would not recommend the car audio shop went in and they didnt even know what kind of car I had and once they looked at it they said they couldnt install my stereo when I have already bought the whole kit in best buy for them to install, that is the whole point of having an appt for them to install it and have time to install it.when we arrived they said they were not employees there customers. Waisted my time for them not to do anything.
Thank God they could fix my big download mistake. Well worth the money for their services.

Takes forever to get to a representive and then they put you on hold even more only to not help you.
