Techs are fantastic but I have such trouble getting one out. They tried to have someone out at 7pm, after business hours and wanted us to wait around as they couldnt figure out any other time that week. Dont know if they have new management or what but it wasnt always like this.

Very impressed from the moment they took my initial phone call. They couldnt get me scheduled that day, but made an appointment and put me on the cancellation list which actually allowed me to get same day service. Technician was professional and fixed my problem quickly. He also asked what else he could help with, answered questions, and genuinely cared that we were in better shape than where we started. I will definitely use again.

Extremely customer-unfriendly company, wanted wg. Printer replacement return unusable ink cartridges. These came back without comment. My simultaneous order f. the new printer was not even accepted.
