Aaron at Computer Plumber is awesome! He did a great job when installing our computers at our office. He got us up and running smoothly in no time. Ever since the new computers we have not had many problems at all. When we do have small issues if we call or email, we always get a response right away. They have great customer service!! I need my computer for both of my jobs, so I cant be without it. It has been running slow and getting worse, so I talked to them about it and they told me when to bring it in where I would get it back in the shortest amount of time. I dropped it off Monday morning, got a call later that morning with their diagnosis and picked it up later that afternoon. Barry even gave me further suggestions to help make my computer run more effectively, although they werent required at this time. My Dell laptop was stalling and taking a long time to boot up. If left it with Computer Plumber while on vacation. They scanned it and everything checked out OK, no viruses, etc. They installed a solid state hard drive, transferred everything from my old hard drive and when I picked it up everything worked as before except everything is now supercharged. If you need computer work done, call Computer Plumber. I was in a pinch on Good Friday with my laptop not booting up and I needed it for work. I chose the rush service option and Barry took in my laptop as soon as I got there and went to work. It took a few hours to get it diagnosed, cleaned up, and back to proper working order. But, they got the job done, as promised, and kept me up to date along the way with phone calls. They did what they said they would do and put me back in business. I would have been dead in the water without them. They have a very friendly staff and reassured me that they would take care of the issue. I was glad that I used them and will back for any other issues.

I had an excellent experience with Computer Plumber. My MacBook Pro had issues after my 2 year old spilled liquid on it. The staff at Computer Plumber made a quick assessment and then was able to repair my computer for a reasonable price.I also appreciate their honesty. As expected, my laptop was in pristine condition upon return. When I walked in the staff was pleasant. I expressed my previously posted feelings and they were kind enough to match the estimated time pricing. I still feel it was a bit expensive but after using my laptop for the past week I think it was definitely worth it. My laptop ran like new. The fans were lightly blowing and the start-up was quick. I was able to render a ten minuter video in less than a minute, everything was back to 4 years ago. Im happy to know the staff are really good at what they do for their clients; definitely make this a place to get it right the first time.___________________________________________________________________________________My experience with Computer Plumber was quite disappointing. Having done plenty of computer work on both my own laptop, desktop, and others I am quite familiar with the steps and time needed to fix various issues. I came to computer plumber as most of my supplies for self repair were still in boxes from my move. I spoke to the technician and informed him that I simply needed my computer cleaned out and my processor needed to have heat sink glue re-applied. This is an hour to two hour job tops; the technician estimated 2 hours. I ordered rush service as I needed my laptop back asap. I was prepared to spend around $200 to get this done, although that is quite a high price for this task. When I returned the next day not only was the bill higher than expected ($263) but I was charged for things I didnt request. Im sure the service done to my laptop is great, which is why im giving them two stars instead of one, but I was charged extra for services I didnt request. Not to mention that when I brought up my concerns regarding the price the technician got defensive and attempted to tell me that it took him 45 minutes to open up my laptop; a task Ive previously done in 15 mins. I will not be going back to Computer Plumber and I will also write a letter to the BBB concerning my experience. While Im sure this is a great place for people who know little to nothing about computer care and/or maintenance, I do not believe they are priced fairly, nor do they understand how to treat someone who only wants a basic service. I strongly suggest going to another shop if you know anything about how to care for your computer.
