This was 2 bathroom remodel. Alon Attias was the Project Manager. The work is complete and I am happy with the remodel of both bathrooms. Tile work excellent, floor work excellent, electrical and plumbing outstanding. Daniel was the lead worker and communication with him was outstanding. Was very receptive to any and all ideas and was very good about making sure that everyone was on the right page.Great work by all.

We had the *BEST* experience with Green Bay Remodeling! Our home turned out better than we could have imagined. Ariel, our Project Manager, was knowledgable, friendly, responsive, and always acted ethically and professionally. He also gracefully navigated heated design disputes between my husband and I, and Im happy to say we are still married!! (haha) We appreciated Ariels sincere desire to have the project come out exactly as we envisioned, regardless of whether it meant extra work for his crew. Ariel gave us a realistic timeline of the work (though we were delayed 11 months by the citys permitting process) and actually finished well ahead of schedule. Ariel went well ABOVE AND BEYOND with efforts for a very beautiful outcome and happy clients. Our construction team was careful to clean up any mess at the end of the day and was very respectful of our deadlines, schedules, and our tenant (who lived in her little cottage throughout the noise and inconvenience of construction). The construction bid was on the high side of those we interviewed but we very much appreciated not being nickel and dimed as friends were experiencing from a different company at the same time. The bid price they submitted on the contract was what we paid, despite the price of lumber going up enormously and unexpectedly during Covid, and we liked that we paid in stages as work was completed. This was a large kitchen remodel, turning a bedroom into an open-concept extension of the kitchen, adding a large deck, replacing floors, and painting (we also upgraded media and HVAC through other companies happening during the project and our construction team worked well with them). I wholeheartedly recommend Green Bay Remodeling to anyone looking to make the construction process less of a headache and to achieve a beautiful end result.

We just finished our kitchen remodel I hired Green Bay, Joseph is my Project Manager I am impressed with his work ethic very Professional and the rest of the crew very hard working. Aside from kitchen remodel I also change my flooring and upgraded my main electrical panel Joseph recommended it for our safety because the existing has no shock installed and outdated we increase the amp from 50 to 125. I hired them in the December of 2020, and they redesigned and renovated my kitchen in March/April 2021.They really suit well for busy people who want a top-notch luxurious bathroom or kitchen renovations. I recently contacted Green Bay for a room addition project. It was straightforward to schedule a meeting through their website, and the woman was very kind to walk me through the process and schedule a consultation with the project manager the week after. My consultation went on for 3 hours, and the project manager went into the details of the project scope. I was impressed to learn that they will provide free 3D renders as a part of the project. So far, I have only had a positive experience with the company. The people are kind and provide customized solutions.

Not a great batting average, sadly.When we started thinking about work that needed to be done on our current home and I started meeting with contractors, I very much got the sense that this was going to be another tough one. From the thoroughness of their quote to the excellent communication when I had questions, to the specific and understandable breakdown of their pricing, I knew they were the right contractor for our job.Danny, who is our GM, has been nothing short of spectacular. Hes always popping by to check on progress and help us think through issues and opportunities as they have arisen. The people working on-site are incredibly kind, respectful, and have done a great job in keeping their working space clean and functional (no small feat) so we can still live in our home.The project finished on time and on budget. We made two changes during the process and both were easily handled by the team. One was folded into the overall scope of the project without additional cost and one was invoiced separately. Simple and easy. I love our new bathroom and couldn’t be happier with the choices we made. I am already thinking about our upstairs master bathroom and how I hope Green Bay can do the remodel on that as well.

Made an appointment for a major addition and remodel of my current home. I got a call about 10 minutes after my appointment time saying they had a flat tire and would need to reschedule and would call the next day to reschedule a day and time. No one called. Roughly a week later I got a follow up call asking how the consultation went and if I was interested in proceeding with my project. I explained what happened and she rescheduled me. I then met with a Roy Gil from the company he was very polite and was able to answer all my concerns and questions. I asked him to please send me an estimate of the project (I have my blue prints, title 24, engineering and permits done already) he assured me he get that to me in a few days. I followed up via email and phone and its been 6 weeks. I have sent an email reminder and got a response of the office is working on it, its now mid June and still nothing. Maybe they dont want to be bothered or are to busy?? Either way its not the response I was looking for when hiring a company to build me a house.

We contacted GBR for a kitchen renovation but ended up doing an addition as well. They provide an all-inclusive estimate, which stood out for me as the other contractors usually give multiple bills. Their software provided real-time updates about the project and upcoming finances to plan my schedule accordingly. The entire crew is very respectful about our schedule and spoke in a friendly manner. The PM guided us throughout the process; I did not know that there were problems with my electrical, and they helped me fix those problems. The CEO, Sam, also visited us multiple times to check on the work, and it just showed how dedicated and passionate they are. Kudos! I would hire them again.

I worked with Alon the program manager. He was very professional and made me feel as if the project was under control the entire time. He committed to an aggressive timeline, and though there were some unexpected setbacks, the project finished very close to the committed deadline.

Oh my goodness, where to start! Ariel was a God send. From the very beginning he put us at ease and was very clear and open about what our remodel could and would entail. The workman ship was outstanding and we couldn’t be happier. Ariel and his crew are some the hardest working men I have EVER seen. On a side, but very important note, my dad became very ill right before the remodel started and even had a fall while walking out to the car. The workers were incredibly helpful and even helped my dad get back on his feet so he could get to dialysis! Sadly, my dad died during the remodel, but Ariel was incredible supportive and helpful through it all!! Green Bay Remodeling did a complete home remodel for our house in 2020. We added square footage and reorganized the entire living space. Green Bay handled drawings, permits and construction from start to finish. Mike Yarom and his team took care of all the permit issues we had with the City of Walnut Creek. Green Bay has a reliable and hard-working team who focused on quality and meeting our timelines. Mike kept us abreast of the work and helped us to make informed decisions to move forward. The team has been responsive and have taken care of follow-up matters related to the remodel since we moved in. We love our remodeled home and have been enjoying living here for the last nine months.

Very disappointed. The problems: poor workmanship, blatant errors, lack of attention to detail by supervisors and project management, and an inability to recognize problems and/or report them to me in a timely manner. Continuing pattern of doing poor quality work, and fixing it only when I complained. Mistakes were never admitted - apparently it was hoped I did not notice them. This reduced my confidence in and trust as the job progressed. The PM seemed inexperienced, over-confident, and not very knowledgeable about construction practices. Your only interface is with the PM so it is important for them to be knowledgeable about the construction details of the project.Estimate to complete was 3 weeks but ended up 11 weeks. A major issue on this project was that I had a poor work crew that was replaced after 5 weeks. But other underlying issues compounded problems and created problems of their own. Based on my experience, the problem Is not just one worker, or a single crew, or a single manager, but more systemic in nature of Green Bay and similar contractors.Did not pass two city inspections. I learned I learned of critical issues with the first crew’s work. The workers apparently made mistakes early on, 3 weeks into the project, and the project manager (PM) either did not recognize them or did not identify them to me until after the new crew came on board. The mistakes were with the shower floor and surrounding tile. I did have questions about peaks and valleys in the floor, but these were dismissed. The concrete shower pan and tile had to be removed and redone, ordering extra tiles at a premium with express delivery.I specified the best possible one-coat paint. The initial paint job was so poor (bare areas, light painted over) that I requested a second coat, for which I purchased the paint for both trim and walls.Vinyl plank flooring is generally laid in a random staggered pattern. This is recommended by the manufacturer and included in the installation instructions. When questioned the PM seemed to have no understanding of this.There were problems with the shower mixing valve. Plumbing personnel spent 6 hours trying to diagnose the problem without success. It was reassembled oddly, not looking like the manufacturer’s website. I was told that they would come by the next day to open up the wall behind the valve to check it out. No one looked at the installation instructions and no one called the manufacturer. But I did. The manufacturer told me it was likely only a cartridge issue and gave me things for them to check. A different plumber came in the next day and sure enough got it working halfway decent in an hour, basically using the manufacturer’s guidance. He told me, and showed me, that the temperature limit stop had been damaged at some point during the installations.They do a poor job with grout. They admitted as much when they showed me photos of their previous projects.My finished, sealed, grout was, tile-to-tile, a variety of colors, a variety of textures, and not resembling my chosen color.They did a very poor job of maintaining cleanliness: My bathroom has bottom and top openings opposite the bedroom where I slept. The bottom was covered and zippered but not the top. Dust was everywhere. When I complained, the PM pointed to the top open area and said that’s where the dust came from. No further attempt was made to cover this area for several days. Disappointed, I that got a plastic tarp and covered it myself.I complained multiple times about the same cleanliness issues but the same things kept happening.They made a mess of my stone patio – residual cement, concrete and quickset covering 50 sf that they were not able to completely remove. . I demonstrated a technique using household vinegar and a wire brush that was completely effective; this was the last thing the PM tried, his cursory effort left stains in place and he refused to do any more.It should not take so long, it should not be so stressful, and you should not have to monitor performance so closely to get what you want.

We signed up with Green Bay Remodeling for a major overhaul of our outdated master bathroom. Id say that Adir, the Salesperson, and later to be the Project Manager, somehow quickly talked me into hiring him for the project despite the rather pricey quote. But he impressed and assured me and of his teams professionalism, high quality of workmanship, clear timeline, and fairness. He seemed to quickly perceive what I was looking for, what I want done, and my vision for the project. We had initial problems with starting the project because of delivery delay of the important material needed, which was not the companys fault at all. Nevertheless, he managed to re-schedule his workers multiple times, as we waited patiently for the right material to arrive. Although we did most of the shopping on our own, he guided us with what materials to look for and provided us with accurate and clear measurements, types of materials to choose for aesthetic and durability reasons, and referred us to the store where we can get the vanity table and cabinet I was looking for. Additionally, that store gave me a discount since he was a contractor who they had a good relationship with ( I suppose they say this to all of Adirs clients and I can only hope it is TRUE!) . More importantly Adir led me to this store where I found EXACTLY what I had in mind and eliminated the stress of shopping and looking around for what I wanted. All in all, I give Adir very high marks as far as project management is concerned. He is always on time and shows up whenever he says he would and constantly kept me updated with whatever is going on. I would also like to mention that Adir gave us a worker, Jose Q. who worked on our bathroom with excellent results and professionalism although he was working by himself most of the time. He was always polite, friendly, very easy-going, listened to our little requests to fix this or that which was outside the scope of the project, and very hardworking. He was utterly patient especially and was more than willing to drive long distances to get the correct parts that were needed so that everything comes in perfectly.He is also very talented who knows most everything about construction - from plumbing, to electric work, to tile and/or floor installation, cabinet work, etc. He is truly a jack of all trades. Green Bay is lucky to have a worker such as he. I would heartily recommend Green Bay to my friends. I trust their professionalism, integrity, and quality of work. Green Bay was hired to replace an old cracked stand up shower, the ceiling fan, and floor. They did a great job and I love it. There were some set backs when the shower door shattered due to a manufacturers error but they cleaned it up and replaced the door at no cost to me. It took a little longer than expected bc of the shower door but they kept me up to date on the progress. They also replaced the floor. I really liked working with Adi. He was very punctual and worked with finding me materials that kept the project within budget. He was also very respectful of my familys health needs in this time of COVID. I also appreciated Oscars flexibility when the neighbors asked us to wait about an hour before he used the power tools as the neighbor kids were taking online classes. Overall I would highly recommend them in the future.

He brought in the appropriated workman for each step and ensured they understood what needed to be done as well. Reached out to Green Bay and spoke to Neryah, the project manager about the remolding my new kitchen. He was very informative about what needs to be done, and expectation. The following week, we arranged a meting for him to see my kitchen and I got to share my vision and how I would like my kitchen to be. Our home is a little over 30 years old so it was much overdue for a kitchen remodel. Job almost complete. The work to remove paneling from the sheetrock wall in the family room was completed in a timely manner with little damage to the existing walls. The sheetrock person/ Painter, (Edwardo), is doing an excellent job and has retextured the walls, replaced the recessed can lights and installing new baseboards that installed some difficult layout and cuts to fit the job. There is outstanding attention to detail. The project manager, Josepf, Has been on the job site every day to check work progress and make sure that everything is progressing in a smooth and timely manner. It has been a pleasure to work with Josepf and Edwardo on this project. I would definitly recommend Greenbay Remodeling, the Project Manager, Josepf, and Edwardo to anyone needing remodel work.

I contacted Green Bay remolding I had them come out and give me a quote for my kitchen, master, and possible guest bathroom. Ariel came out to my house with in a few days of reaching out, he gave us our quotes and we chose to go with Ariel and Green Bay remolding.We were not planning on starting right away but we found out that we had to get moving on the guest bathroom there was problems with leaks. Ariel was amazing at getting a team to come to the house within a few days to start the guest bathroom. Once they finished that they started our master bathroom when that was almost completed they started the kitchen.Ariel checked in everyday to make sure everything was on track. They were very clean, always before they left they made sure to clean up after themselves. They gave me a time line and they completed a few weeks before the time line they gave me.I would highly recommend Green Bay remolding and Ariel as your project manager.

Zack and his crew did an amazing job replacing our roof deck. We gave him 3 different scenarios (repair deck, replace deck, remove deck) and he gave us prices for each, pointing out the pros and cons of each approach. After we got some other bids, we realized that other companies were hiding things from us, like issues we were likely to run into along the way. Zack covered all of the possibilities so we knew what to expect. He was honest and fair. His workers were all super nice and very respectful as they went in and out of the house. We couldnt be happier!

Incredible work, highly recommended

Im writing on behalf of my mother,she lives in an 1947 house which was never remodeled or updated.im myself a foreman on a commercial construction company but I couldnt take the two months needed to remodel and update my moms house.i did a very serious research to try and find someone that would be honest but professional and knowledgeable enough to make the project the right way but cost effective. The last meeting I as was with zack(project manager) ilinetsky and let me tell you this guy is quick smart and just knows his trade!!i decided to hire his company insisting that he would run the project for A to Z and he did so with a big smile.The project ended ten days before finish day promised all inspections were passed at the first time the inspector came- the city took 2 weeks to approve the plans- and the finish was incredible, Zacks knowledge in structural and foundation was a life savior in our remodel.Even though we were happy Zack came twice to fix something that honestly was ok with us but he wanted it to be 100% and not 99%.They are not the cheapest bid that I received but the time saving and the way the remodeling was handled is worth every penny.

For start I would mention that we are living in my late parents house that we inherited.the house was never really taken care of correctly and when we moved in we saw that with time the walls are getting more cracks the doors dont close right and we called GBR for an inspection. Because we described the problem they sent their foundation/structure specialist zack.this guy is young but with a lot of knowledge. He found what is likely to be the problem and suggested to get his Eengenir out to draw the plans and all the rest that had to do with the foundation, we had to get a soil report to confirm some of the issues.When that was done zack gave us a bid on the job itself and said that all we paid for the plans can go toward the building so we ended up not really paying for the planning part which saved us great deal of money.I must say that the service we got was extraordinary, he is polite and nice but at the same time he gets the job done.To be honest we never had a prior experience with construction but that was really a great one.Thank you Green Bay remodeling!!!!

Even dont know from where to start...Amazing company, fast respond,best customer service and personal care!!!My parents decided to do a kitchen remodeling at their house in Pleasant Hill and some changes at the living room. They are older people and sometimes its hard to communicate, need a lot of patience.After almost a month searching and getting estimates from different companies we finally found a Green Bay Remodeling.Inon, our project manager came out to take a look and give as an estimate.On the very next day( like was promised) I got an estimate by email and a phone call from Inon, explaining few things which can make the kitchen look better,more modern and will cost less money from the original plan! the estimate was included all the material and we couldve start the job immediately after getting a permit from the city of Pleasant Hill.Inon, was great, very patient and kind, going with my parents to the show room for choosing all the finish material, giving some great design ideas,upadting us with every step of project! We had few delays of the special order material but still theproject was done at the time frame and with the same amount that was signed in the contract!Thank you, Green Bay Remodeling and Inon for making my parents happy and being so patient with them!Will definitely go with you again in our future project!
