We had the absolute best experience. All of our windows are Rosati. From the salesman, the associate who pre- measured and our installation crew, they were so professional and kind. They wore masks in our home. They came in while at work, installed and left with zero mess. The quality of the window is durable and made to perfection. We had old basement windows and they did an excellent job at removing and installing new ones. They worked so hard. Would highly recommend Rosati for any window need.

Had windows installed a few years back and the experience was great so I decided to have doors installed. I ordered the doors in August but due to supply chain issues, the doors arrived in March.My order was for two Craftsman 420 (no dental shelf) style doors, a storm door and sliding glass patio door but when the doors arrived in March there were two 419 style doors instead of two 420 style doors.Of course I wasnt happy but I have already waited 6 months for the doors and I did not want to wait another 6 months. The storm door is one of the cheapest (poor quality, not inexpensive) doors Ive ever seen. Calling it flimsy would be giving it a compliment. Its so cheap that when the inspector returned and I pointed out gaps in the frame, he tried to bend the storm door to fix the gaps. The pump is weak and the slightest of winds nearly rips the door off its chain. This is definitely not what I would expect from Rosati but I guess everyone has a bad day.The installation team was awesome. Arrived early, explained everything they were doing before they did anything, cleaned up nicely after they were done and except for the storm door, the quality of the installation was top notch. Very professional team.I would still recommend Rosati for doors but wish ownership would find a different manufacture for storm doors. Quality makes a difference.

Top notch communication from Start to Finish Even through the 2020-2021 Pandemic! Our Installation team of James/Mike were excellent throughout the process. Explained their work goals daily and finished our windows on a Holiday even. Took 100% caution of our flower beds and room coverings. Look NO further for your window replacement needs!!

My wife and I started the process yesterday and ordered 14 windows. Rosati installed new windows at my parents house and they looked great. You pay for what you get.Had a great meeting with sales rep Alex Rittenhouse last night. If the rest of the process goes as well as the meeting with Alex we would have hit a home run on our selection with this company. He went A to Z with us and sold us on these windows. Answered every question we had.

Knowing their reputation as an honest business, Rosati Windows was my first call when I felt it was time to replace our windows. One has a thick brown film inside the window and several others are starting to follow suit. Jeff came out to the house to take some measurements and after examining the windows, he was forthright in telling me that its not necessary to replace them and that the problem is seal failure, which can be replaced for significantly less money. He recommended a glass company and even said that we could call him once we get some quotes from various glass companies to get his opinion on which one he recommends. He checked out a few other issues and suggested easier, less expensive fixes as well. Although we dont need replacement windows after all, I wouldnt hesitate to go with Rosati if we did. Weve had other businesses try to scare us into buying things we dont need for our house before, so Jeffs honest recommendation was much appreciated. Thank you!

Great windows. Top notch installers, kudos, very professional and didnt leave a crumb. Give those guys a raise. AAA, would recommend. Installation time can span over a day if getting a lot of windows installed (10+). They didnt mention that, but should so people can plan accordingly.Before/after example pics would also be appreciated. I correctly held off on buying new blinds because I didnt know the sizing impact on the window frames. It was negligible for me, but the new windows did slightly did take up more room if you are inside mounting your blinds, an 1/8 in. or so for me, but that will vary. Minor issues overall which has nothing to do with window quality or installation professionalism. These windows are what you buy when you want the best.

We had two custom windows we needed made and installed by this company. One window required demolition which was done without mess or problem. The windows both were installed in a single day and we love them. We would definitely recommend this company and intend to use them for more window replacements.

This was our first experience with Rosati Windows, and it was a lasting one! All members of the crew were very professional and respectful during the whole 3-day process of replacing 25 windows and a patio door. With us both working from home, they were always mindful of making noise near our workspaces and it was greatly appreciated. They were extremely efficient in their work, but were never too busy to stop and answer any questions we had about the process. I had very high hopes for this company after reading all the positive reviews and even the negative reviews had been contacted. We did have some small issues with mulling but I was highly impressed when we got a personal call from Mike Rosati to fix our issue. I will say these are extremely high quality windows and able to customize to your specifications.

Carl just left our residence after installation.I was not prompted to leave any review but I felt the need to.He showed up promptly at 9am and finished our project today without any issues.He was a true gentlemen to work with.The Windows look fantastic and the provided screens.Thank you, Dan Horn (our salesperson) along with everyone else at Rosati.We will definitely be using Rosati for any of our future window needs.

Sales pitch was zero pressure and smooth. The price wasnt cheap but I felt confident with the quality of the product and the price being quoted.Small hiccup with the appointment for measurement as I was told over the phone when scheduling the appointment that it would be in a certain window. The day of the appointment that window came and went with no word from the company or the person taking the measurements. Several hours after that window he arrived to measure. I was obviously upset at having been stuck at home waiting for the missed appointment so I told him he had to come back another time. We had some words (nothing profane or unprofessional) but both expressed our displeasure with each other and the situation. He exclaimed that he didnt have an appointment time thus he couldnt have missed the the time frame. I said it didnt make sense to not have an appointment time frame. He got back into his vehicle and Im assuming we both made calls into the office. I was given a new appointment time for measurement.The next measurement appointment went well and the representative from the company apologized for the issue prior.Several months later it was finally time for installation. The technicians arrived promptly and began working by laying down floor protection and demolition and removing the old windows. The new ones were installed quickly and efficiently. Everything was replaced, trimmed and mess cleaned up in a matter of hours. The installation crew was courteous and friendly. Before they left we covered all of the paperwork and I paid the balance due. I was told I would receive a follow up call/visit in the coming weeks for someone to check out the work.Im waiting for that appointment now but would have no issues using Rosati for any other window needs.

Had all windows in my house replaced in 2007. As far as the windows I have had no issues and have been happy with them. Have had a couple screens repaired over the years and honestly believed even the screen had lifetime warranty to ME....However, learned today that it was only a 10 year coverage. Lol. Thats fine, Im not paying $45 to have a screen repaired when I fixed them in under 30 minutes and $10. Thats the only reason for the 4 star vs 5 for me. A lifetime for me means the lifetime I own my home but I digress. Great quality for the windows and since 2007 only had 2 windows repaired for seal issues. I wouldnt have a problem purchasing from these folks again. Now they were not the cheapest nor most expensive and as others have said, back then, no pressure and they did encourage you to get more quotes. The best reviews are the ones offered after longevity has been established. So offering review, 20 minutes after install just dont cut it and I do see many offered WAAYYY to soon folks. 1 week after install is too soon. The businesses like it but as a consumer theyre useless reviews and offer nothing to folks who have issues. So for you future customers for rosati windows, make sure they tell you the exceptions to their warranty period. Trust that the quality of the actual window is pretty good. Oh one other thing, as a home owner you should do yearly maintenance on your windows as far as cleaning and checking all functionality. There are things you should do to extend your use and find problems, make sure you do this. I check my windows about 2 times yearly. Make sure theyre clean, make sure they fully open and close cleanly, make sure your locking mechs work and make sure your releases work as well. The earlier you find issues the less it costs, if anything, to repair them.

Rosati are the best. A well made attractive window, competitively priced. We have been replacing our windows over the past several years. The salesman is pleasant and polite. The are not pushy about increasing an order. They give a good estimate and even recommend which windows should be replaced and the ones that can wait. The installers are quick and efficient and dont leave a mess.

We had replacement windows put into my business,Serenity Concepts, in Grove City. From ordering to installation, very happy. Then, we got a call to fix a window. I made an appointment for a window repairman to come out and I couldnt find what was broken. When the repair tech came, he had difficulty locating the repair, it was tiny. I had three sliding glass doors installed.Two functioned perfectly from the beginning minus minor caulking issues.The third has been a nightmare.They have came out six times to try and fix the door.One time they never showed up due to a scheduling issue.I still sat and waited.They called the next day to apologize and I believe it was an honest mistake.I have spent too much of my time dealing with a bad door.The $3300 door has turned into a $4000 door with the work I have missed.They did send an installer on a Saturday once so I didn’t have to miss work.I greatly appreciated that.Only one of the two issues I was having was repaired though.They then sent the Vice President out.He said he would order a part and be out again in a week.He showed up a week later and made some adjustments and it does work better.Not sure if we are just going to live with it or try again.They will definitely try to make it right if you want to invest your time.

We have had our new windows a year. The installation was exceptional. Very professional and courteous . We immediately noticed the lack of outside noise filtering into the house. After a year of tracking both our electric and gas usage there has been a significant reduction. We where so pleased that we have ordered two new Sliding doors which will be installed before Thanksgiving. I expect we will be just as pleased with them as the windows. As far as price, very comparable to any high quality door, with the added feature they are made right here in Columbus, Ohio!

I just had most of the windows in our house replaced. I was not really excited at first because I thought the price was a bit high and the 8 week build time too long. My wife had purchased the windows before and convinced me to work with Rosati. They are worth the wait and the (perceived) extra cost. After checking other quality windows I dont think I really paid any more. I could have bought junk for less but not quality windows.The quality is outstanding, they really do measure twice, and check it a third time when they come to install. Every window fit perfect and I could not believe how quickly they installed them.I even forgot to have an opening ready on a new window I was adding to my office, they offered to store the window and come back for no extra charge. I am very happy.

Sales guy Steve was very nice. We went ahead and paid the deposit and scheduled the windows to be installed. The service was dated to be completed 12 - 14 weeks out. After the 14 week and not hearing from anyone at the company AT ALL, I called to ask what was going on and was told they were behind and it would be another month. Five more weeks pass, again no call or update on installation. My husband called to go ahead and cancel the job when he was told that someone could be there tomorrow to install the 2 windows. So we go ahead and have the guy come out the following day and the terrible service from this company continues. First, The guy showed up smoking a cigarette as he’s walking around our house then comes in REEKING of smoke. Second, He comes in with dried mud all over his boots tracking it throughout the house and then proceeds to ask to use a couple of our electrical outlets because he didn’t have his batteries charged on his equipment. Third, he didn’t section off any of our down stairs so dust was all over everything in the other attached rooms. Fourth, he said the job would take a couple hours because it was only 2 windows with 1 being a full tear. The guy was here for five hours then needed to come back the next day not to mention he didn’t have what he needed to tear out one window so he had to drive back to his Warehouse to pick up what he needed then shows up again smoking a cigarette outside and around our house. After the guy was finished for the day he only swept up around both windows leaving his mud tracks from every other room he walked through leaving me to spend about three hours cleaning up after him. Lastly, two days after our service was complete we received our bill with a bright red Past Due stamp on it? This company has no problem taking your money then taking their time to perform the services. The lack of professionalism and integrity is disappointing. I will Never use them again or would I recommend them.

Very good service on your window especially the follow up

Supposedly they have done windows in my condo complex before but they still didnt have the correct measurements when they brought my windows. I also found out at that time that the salesman never ordered all the windows like I told him I wanted and he measured all of them. So I have to wait another 10 weeks for the last window. Their radio ad says they check twice before sending them out for installation. I dont believe that for a minute. I also had to pay full price for the last window when it was the salesmans fault. Received a call from Mike Rosati and he apologized for the missed window and the others not being correct. He is not charging me for the last window. I appreciate him standing behind his company. Since he made things right I would do business with him again. It is not very often an owner makes things right. Thank you Mike Rosati.

I had 14 windows replaced by Rosati Windows. They did an outstanding job and when I had an issue w/ one a few years later they fixed it. The product is great, I have had these windows for 13yrs or so.

We have had our windows that were installed 10 years ago, We love them, and they have services that cost nothing after they are installed I broke a piece in one window and they came out and repaired it 6 years after I had got them and was no charge. I like my windows very much .As far as the price I had Home Depot come out and offer less quality product for just about the same price. I had a problem with my window thinking it wasnt latching correctly and the guy came out within a day to make sure that they were fitted properly and I was closing them properly..No complaints so far

A pretty door that DOESNT FIT! After calls emails and complaints it appears that a warped door that bows in the middle will not be serviced. Im more shocked than disappointed.I

We ordered a new front door as well as a sliding glass door in October. We were told that it would take 2 to 3 months at most to install the doors. In January, when I hadnt received any update about status and installation, I reached out and was advised that they we running behind in production. Finally the doors were installed in March (5 months from when we placed the order) and the front door had no key with it. So here we are now still waiting on a new for the deadbolt as Rosati put a gold one on so we had a way to use the front door while waiting on the new silverplated nickel deadbolt and key. When speaking with the service center, it is very apparent that customer service is lip service and the customer doesnt come first.

If I could rate my experience here with a negative star value I would. I am so extremely disappointed in my experiences with Rosati windows. I always strive to do business with local companies if at all possible so I was thrilled to reach out to Rosati when it came time to start replacing windows in our home.In late August we had one of our largest windows blow in and shatter. We went to Rosati September 9th to place our order to have that window replaced and another of the same size and were told it was an 8-10 week lead time but because we basically had an open hole in our house now they were going to do everything they could to get it completed closer to 8 weeks.I followed up with a phone call 5 weeks later to check the status and was told that they had never updated our phone number on our customer file after entering it wrong from the first time we purchased windows from them (also a negative experience!) and had therefore never been able to come out to confirm measurements and had not started our order.The salesman then again confirmed they were going to do everything they could to stick to that original lead time we were given.The 8 weeks came and went, then the 9 weeks and then the 10 weeks all went by with no order update. I started to call to confirm that we would at minimum be able to get our windows by Thanksgiving which the salesman insisted they were working on and would be able to accomplish.Well, Thanksgiving came and went with no windows and no phone call from anyone at Rosati.We are now at week 15 (and almost at Christmas)and have 0 update from Rosati and no one can confirm any sort of ETA on our two windows. We still have our window covered with a sheet of green foam and are just so heartbroken on this entire experience.This is definitely the last time we will be doing business with Rosati. They seem to have no respect for their customers whatsoever! Maybe its different if you are a contractor or someone who does higher dollar orders with them, but we feel totally duped.

My home came with Rosati windows and I stopped by the store to buy a few plastic slide in track guides that had been broken over the years.When I asked the salesman if I could buy 3 he said no... (pause)because they are free for life! How many do you need? I didn’t buy the windows in my home, but after meeting their sales team and talking to my neighbors I will only go to Rosati when it comes time to replace or if I buy a new house in the future.

I had an egress window installed by Rosati. The contract stated that they would pull all permits through Hilliard and schedule the final inspection. The job was completed October 2012 and in May 2013 I went to pull my patio permit and was told that Rosati never pulled a permit for my egress window. Multiple calls from May-November 14, 2013 and still no resolution. I have worked with Scott Ryan (subsequently no longer with Rosati), Rob Abner, and John Piconni. I love their product but their word is worthless. Hilliard will fine me for not pulling the permit, though Rosati is responsible in the contract. They will want an inspection, which means pulling down drywall in my finished basement, where I thought this project was long over. Not sure if they will make me excavate the exterior that was backfilled. Never NEVER NEVER again. I thought for the higher price for their name over the random Craigslist people would result in a smooth experience. Not so.

Wow! Unbelievable. Not only are we extremely pleased with everything involved in our experience with Rosati (from sales to installation) we have just experienced a great and wonderful service by them. Our house was just burglarized and the intruder had broke the lock to gain entry. I called the very same day and asked about having the lock repaired. In less than 45 minutes after speaking to John Vaccani, he was at our door and replaced the lock. I asked him for a bill, he looked at me and said youve been through enough today, theres no charge Just another great example of why we have been extremely happy with Rosati Windows. Way to go Michael! Your sincerity is certainly outstanding and commendable.

I will summarize my unbelievably poor experience with Rosati Windows by letting you know that they left my family without doors for 48 days and did not repair the damage they caused to my home for 158 days. Imagine how your family and pets would live without any doors in your home for 48 days; we did not have any bathroom doors or bedroom doors. Imagine the embarrassment you would feel when your friends and family were uncomfortable visiting your home because there was no door to any of the bathrooms. Imagine the frustration you would feel when the president of the company you hired to work on your home told you it was his number one priority to get doors back in your home--only to have it take 48 days. Imagine the disgust you would feel when the president of the company you hired to work on your home accused you of not liking the paint finish/sheen. Then being told by him, You have been ridiculous about the paint sheen, only to have him later admit, We did it incorrectly. This is the reality my family faced because of Rosati Windows. Is this the kind of company you want to hire?Rosati Windows was hired to replace all of the interior doors and closets in my home. This included 15 doors and 4 closets. I indicated on my contract that the doors were to be painted with a semi gloss finish. When the doors arrived for installation, they were not painted as indicated on my contract. The doors were painted with a matte finish. In addition, my home was damaged by Rosati Windows during the installation: A hole was put in the wall at the top of the second floor stairs, a gouge was put in my new laminate flooring at the bottom of the stairs in the basement, baseboard moulding was removed and was not replaced which left exposed nails in every room with a closet and every corner of every closet was gouged and later covered with spackle that was not sanded or painted (despite paint cans being provided). Lastly, the quality of the doors was almost universally unnacceptable: Rails were split due to lock sets that were drilled in too tightly, doors were littered with paint boogers and overspray, gouges and scratches were present, one door was incorrectly measured and could not be installed, one bedroom bi fold closet had a 1.5 inch gap where the slabs met in the middle and two of the bi fold closets fell off of the track when opened because incorrect hardware was used for the weight load of the slabs. Is this the kind of company you want to hire?It is important for you to know that I specifically asked Mike Rosati, the president of Rosati Windows, if his company used the correct hardware for the weight load of the closet doors. He said, “We did not.” I then asked if he was aware of the fact that two of the closets fell off of the track. He said, “I do, because they were, they, they sent us the wrong hardware.” I followed up with the question, “Are you accepting responsibility for using inadequate hardware?” He said, “No, I’m not.” Mike Rosati refused to take responsiblity for the actions of his company that created a dangerous situation. Is this the kind of company you want to hire?In order for Rosati Windows to repair my damaged laminate floor, I had to provide the materials. The repairs took place 123 days after the damage had been done. I opened a new box of laminate flooring to provide the materials necessary for the repairs. Afterwards, the six figure executive told me that Rosati Windows would only be paying for the two planks it used to repair my floor. I told the six figure executive you cannot pay me for two planks because the product is sold in a box. I was very disappointed with the installation and the quality of the screens. In hindsight I should have checked other options.
