They did the glass for 2 of my cabinet doors. They had them done in one day at a great price. I would highly recommend them.

Confusion between salesperson and the customer resulted in the wrong glass and hardware being built. Wanted a completely frameless, no edge channel with drilled hardware instead of glass clamps. Crystal stepped up made all the right modifications and decided an upcharge would not be appropriate as it was their error. Price was very competitive and the installation was flawless. Its beautiful.. Highly recommend.

This place usually does larger jobs then what I was looking for. I have a coffee table with two pieces of glass and the top and one of them shattered. I went there with the unbroken peace, they took the dimensions and in about a weeks time they called me with an exact duplicate of the piece that was broken. They told me they usually dont do jobs this small but for some reason they helped me when I could not find any place else that would do the job. I honestly called almost every glass place in the book and I also scoured hardware stores to no avail. I just want to thank them again and hope they stick around for a long time.

I hired American Image Glass to install the glass wall for the shower for a bathroom remodel we were doing in Upper Arlington. I contacted other glass companies and no one was willing to take on the project due to the size and the glass needing to be in one piece. American Image Glass was able to come through for us. Special shout out to Toby, Pat, Deshawn, Craig and Larry who all went above and beyond to install this large piece of glass. What a great team you have. Awesome work and customer service!

Overpriced in my opinion. Stopped in to get a few sheets of glass cut and they wanted to charge over $100 for the work. Got the same cuts made at another shop for $15. Though not their main service provided, you may want to shop around after getting a quote.
