This is the condition my home was left in after Able installed a new roof. The black flashing shown in the pictures was an absolute mess. The siding was damaged and left in the condition seen in the photos. The J channels were taken off the house and disposed of, siding panels were knocked off the house and left on the ground. New gutters were installed and the piece shown in the pictures is a “new item” they installed. It doesn’t look new to me! I was offered a inconvenience fee of $250 for my trouble; which I didn’t accept. After months of dealing with them they replaced the J channels with a mismatched white version because they couldn’t match the original siding. I was told that this “looks much better” than it originally did. Well it doesn’t…and now I’m stuck with it.Do not use this company!

Repairman showed up with no visable ties to Able roofing and the work van was damaged (not a great first impression). He asked me what needed repaired (why should he need to ask when the work order has already been submitted). Once I climbed up to show him, he wanted to do a different repair. When I insisted he do the repair I was quoted he said he needed more money. He appeared to be contracted outside of Able roofing and wanted to know how much Able had quoted me for the repair. I told him I would call Able roofing as he left. Once I called, I was put on hold twice for 10 minutes before a second sub-contractor was sent out. The repair was eventually done correctly but, was done several days later.***Update following Able Roofings response*** My issues wasnt with the second person sent out or the delay. The problem was that the first person sent out to do the repair was unprofessional, unprepared, and tried to change the work order and demanded more money to do the work. No identification on the vehicle or the worker (shirt) to show they were part of Able roofing. Fairly certain they were outside contractors/workers. He even said he needed more money and asked how much Able Roofing had quoted me.

Able installed a new roof and gutters on my home. The teams who came to work on my home were fast and efficient and worked hard. They left my home looking better than when they came.Any issues that arose were taken care of by the Able team and I was left feeling good about my experience with them.The sales team was especially helpful, specifically Daniel. He was kind courteous and helpful in making the process seamless.

Heres the half assed job I got.. Wish I would of known they contract out to the lowest bidder. Guess a ridge vent like every other house I see would of been too much to ask. Wonder how your really supposed to vent a room with a vaulted ceiling. Roof is so soft you can step through it. Supposedly they used 27 new sheets of plywood on my roof. But the spot that was original soft is still soft. Didnt see any pictures. Guy comes out and tip toes from rafter to rafter in front of my wife and says its fine. When I complained I was told youve got a warrant.LOL They didnt hesitate at all to send the bill though. Managed to finance me for exactly what the roof cost minus the plywood they supposedly used. I wouldnt recommend these people to put a roof on a dog house. Just another ohio company doing whatever they can get by with.

Weve contracted with them twice in the last two years and each time everything has been fantastic. Andy and his crew have come twice for our window installations and the windows look AMAZING. No problems and they leave the house as clean as when they got here. The quality of the windows is incredible too. We are planning to use Able Roof for our windows when we build in a few years as well. The experience has been great all around.

Abel Roofing did a fantastic job replacing our old roof. Im sure I could have saved if I really shopped around, but I felt the price was fair, and the process was very smooth and well explained. They were actually able to complete the project in 1 day, even though my family was out of town. They cleaned up perfectly, no mess left over at all. I was very impressed.

My experience from Able was great. The guys started my project on time, actually they was early. I had to make a few changes last min and they was able to order it, pick it up and complete it in the time that was promised. They did a great job cleaning once they were done .Very professional and I will recommend them And I will use them again if I have to.

The installers completed the work in one day, even pausing for a morning torrential rain shower. The gutter toppers completed their work on a separate day within an hour and a half, correcting a couple connection problems in the process. I am pleased with every aspect of the process.

This company provided excellent communication during all phases of the work completed. The Able consultant, foreman and crew leader took their time to answer all questions and explain their work and materials. The crew arrived early. They were courteous, respectful, went to work right away, did a nice job replacing the roof and cleaned up all around the house afterward. I would definitely recommend this company.

Would recommend to anyone. Great service, great sales force without ridiculous high pressure. Professional all the way around.Full disclosure, we did have an issue with quality that we noticed when the crew left. I telephoned the company and they promptly sent the crew back to correct the problem. The crew corrected the problem rapidly and left with only ONE nail on the ground. In the grand scheme of roofing, thats shockingly good.I would comfortably rank them as the premier roofing company in the entire Central Ohio area. If you want your project completed in one day, with quality, this is the place.

The team that I worked with are very professional, helpful and responsive. The work was done efficiently and the end result is beautiful. There was a concern during teardown, my AC blower was not covered. I reached out to the project manager and he took care of it right away. He came to the site to make sure that it is covered and cleaned the inside to remove any nails or debris. Other than that everything went smoothly. The crew cleaned up the place very well

If you are looking for a company to put on a new roof correctly the first time. DO NOT CHOOSE ABLE ROOF. They did a horrible job and we had to call to have them to come out multiple times to fix it.I will never recommend this company to any one or any business to use!!!

We had purchased the lifetime shingles for our roof last August 2020. We just found 2 leaks in our roof that we had to place pans under to catch the water leaking. We called service and were given a date almost 3 weeks out for our roof to be serviced for the leaks. I understand that other people also have issues, but find that when your roof is leaking and the drywall is soft that there might be some type of priority since they dont cover inside damages to your home. Last evening on our initial call we were told that this gentleman would speak to a Manager to see about expediting service and they would call us back. I placed a call just now since we did not hear anything this morning on if our service could be sooner. It appears that if there is a cancelation I could be moved up but there is no guarantee. I had no issue with the installation when we purchased the new roof. My frustration is having an issue so soon after installation of a new roof, and time frame of service for a roof that is new and leaking through our drywall. I have texted the salesman who we purchased the roof from, and have not heard back from him either. I realize he doesnt support service to roofs, so I guess I shouldnt have expected him to help.

Communication was great. The team arrived on time and started immediately. They took great care to cover everything around the house and even moved a few items away from the house to protect from damage. Very polite, responsive, and professional throughout the entire experience. They were able to replace the entire roof in one day, and it looks great. Very thorough in their cleanup and didn’t leave a trace. Highly recommend.

The roofers did a fine job. Our concern is that there was never a discussion about the bill and we were stunned when a bill came from a financing company. Not only were we never consulted about this, but we would never have wanted to finance the work. I can recommend the work, but I definitely do NOT recommend the company. This was underhanded and a poor way to do business.

We had storm / wind damage to the siding of our house. Our house is 2700 square feet and 2 stories, we need all of siding replaced, this was a huge job. Able roofing came out and quoted our job at a very fair price. The team that came to perform the work was on time everyday and very respectful of my property and family. They worked their butts off and had extreme attention to detail, they finished in 4 days!. We have had other work done by other companies on our house and these guys were above and beyond better. They made sure every inch was perfect and they cleaned the job site to perfection. I was very impressed with the amount of pride they put into the work. I would 100 percent use this team and company for another job. I could not say enough about how pleased my wife and I are with able roofing and their team!

My home and garage roofs were removed oved, repaired and re-shingled in 6 hours...including clean up. The crew was fast and efficient, as well as kind. I came home on my lunch break to check the progress to find out they were almost done. I opened the garage door and noticed a mess on the ground. I grabbed the broom and started sweeping when one of the crew members asked nicely for the broom and started cleaning it up. I am very happy and impressed! I called Mr. Roof for skylight and roof replacement. A Sales Engineer called and set up an inspection and developed several options for me to choose from. On the scheduled day of work, the crew arrived on time, worked hard all day, and performed an incredible clean up. I did not find one single roofing nail in my yard. Able Roof was always straight-forward with us and treated us like actual customers, not just another roof to be put on. They listened to us and what we wanted and reached out to confirm with us, at each step. Inside a month, we had our new roof, and it looks great!

We had damage to a 24 year old roof and called several companies for estimates. Able came in a a fair price but also offered a fully transferable warranty. After meeting with the salesman, they returned in three days and replaced the roof. A company rep called before they started to see if we had any questions and followed up after the installation to see if we had any questions and to ask us if we were satisfied. Following that, someone came to inspect the work that had been done. We are totally satisfied with both the quality of the materials and the quality of the work.

Do not use them for chimney work! We had them repair our chimney while they put on a new roof. It was done in the summer and we didnt go to have a fire until this winter. We went to open up our flue and there was two buckets worth of debris (brick and mortar) preventing us from opening the flue. It was obvious they had let the debris fall in while they were working and didnt bother to clean it out before leaving. Unprofessional and wouldnt recommend.

I feel obligated to share my experience with Able Roofing. I want people to know what to watch for with a bad faith company so as not to lose thousands in dollars for no good reason. I called Able Roofing first because I had a leak in the house every time it rained. The sent a person to give me an estimate. I asked to please look at the whole roof and tell me if we have other areas that need repair. He gave me an estimate and they proceeded to do the work. I needed to call them twice in the next year and each time I asked them to look at the whole roof and each time we found more leaks in a few months. I was understandably upset after the third time, so someone else came and said that the first person was wrong and they should have recommended changing the whole roof. He then came back with his manager and said they will reimburse me $4,000 from the price of the roof. By that time I had paid them $4,800 for the repairs. They gave me an estimate with an alleged $4,000 discount. I decided to compare them to other A+ companies and their discounted price was exactly the price quoted by the other companies. When I told the person who gave me the estimate what I found, he was very upset that I am suggesting he inflated the price. I told him that my only recourse was to give them a bad review. A manager then called and said I am blackmailing them for $4,000. I told him that I am the person who lost the money. It was useless to argue so I thanked him for reaching out. A few minutes later he called and said he will give me the discount but I would not be allowed to give a bad review. At this point I just knew that I will be having a very bad job if I had them install a roof for me and decided to move on. In conclusion, I would give them 0 for professionalism, competence, honesty, and care. But you do not have a 0. So I will settle for 1.

Crew was professional in every aspect, took great care to ensure that the job was done on time, on budget, and to our satisfaction. Especially noteworthy was how they made sure that the shrubs, our deck, and the house surroundings were protected. As we would say when camping with the Boy Scouts, leave your camp area the same or better than when you arrived. These workers must all be Eagle Scouts.

Nightmare!The install crew left VISIBLE HOLES in the side of my house. Its less than 2 months after they put the roof on and I have water coming in causing interior damage. Able wants another $1000 to make repairs, even though their warranty states coverage for all damages caused by install/materials.This is just the latest in an ongoing list of property damage. Able subcontracts the install, so customers should expect inconsistent quality and poor accountability. Other issues include:- Hundreds of dollars of damage to my wood deck from debris tossed off the roof- tearing my back gate off the hinge- leaving my AC unit and back yard covered in debris

Everyone was professional and helpful; from the person who came to assess the damage to the roof, the person who worked with the insurance rep, to the team who did the repair, and the person who came to follow up on the work. I recommend Able.

We filed an insurance claim with our carrier due to damage to our vinyl siding. We originally filed the claim in September of 2020. We contacted Able Roof when we filed the claim. They were very quick to send out an appraiser to us. Within about a week of contacting them we had an appraisal completed and just waiting on the insurance adjuster to do there part. This took until early/mid October to have the insurance company sign off for the repair due to having old siding which was difficult to find a match to.Things went downhill from there. It took until early February to actually get Able Roof to contact us about the siding and when they would complete the work. They repeatedly wanted to use the incorrect siding even though they required our insurance scope with the correct color and even where to acquire the correct siding. After many calls we were able to talk to a project manager to actually get anything accomplished. Even then it took threatening to get the BBB involved to have any kind of response from them. It wasn’t until the second week of February that they even ordered the siding for my house. The siding was finally installed on the 4th of March.It is only the appraiser and the actual installation crew that I gave them the rating that I did. It turns out that Kristy who was in charge of the crew and installation of the siding that changed the color on the actual install orders! She was extremely apologetic about the time it took to actually have the work done. Her and her crew had the siding completed in about 5 hours. I was extremely impressed with both Kristy’s professionalism and with the work that her and her crew did.Basically if it’s for a insurance claim I would say go with someone else unless you are doing a complete remodel of the siding on your house.

Got a quote to replace the wood around my windows. after signing the contract and paying the deposit. They called me back and let me know the price went up $2000 dollars. Do not trust what they write on the contract evidently they can change the price at any time. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Able is a dishonest company with no integrity. The ceiling and decking of our home was damaged from the installation of a new roof. Able insisted on giving us several excuses to why the damaged occurred instead of taking responsibility for their negligence. In the attached photos you see a hole in our ceiling. Rather than correcting the issue and fixing the damage, Able’s project managers insisted on lying to us to cover up the negligence of their roofing contractors. I was told the damage was a result of “nail pop” which this is simply not a result of nail pop this is a hole with fiberglass insulation and wood debris falling from the hole. We have been given the runaround from Able and many contradicting excuses for the hole in our ceiling. We were told several lies to explain the damage, but it wasn’t until I started asking if the work done to our home was up to city code that Able started admitting fault. I had to argue with this company for 10 weeks until Able agreed to fix the damage to our home. In another attached photo you can see the damage with the shingles pulled back. In this photo you can see damage to the decking of the roof, which I believe was a result from something being dropped onto the decking of our home during the install.Able will continue to lie about their faults and do everything possible to NOT take responsibility for their mistakes. Unless you want damage to your home I recommend choosing a different roofing company. I’m sure their warranty is useless as well.

Able replaced our roof two years ago after a bad wind storm. They did such a great job that when it came time to replace the siding on our house there was only one place my wife and I wanted to go. We used Able Roofing to replace our roof and install new gutters and it was a fairly flawless process. I requested an estimate through the website and Zach came out and explained everything. He spent a good amount of time inspecting our property and answering all of my questions. He gave me his contact information and I was able to ask even more questions. He always got back to me in a very timely manner. He was very knowledgeable, personable, and patient. He explained, in detail everything that was not clear to me on the estimate. He even sent me mock ups of what our roof would look like with different colors which made it easier to make a color choice. We got estimates from 3 other companies, and Ables estimate was much more favorable by far. Zach offered us a couple of discounts and that was very helpful. The crew came out a couple of weeks later and completed the job in one morning, and it happened to be one of the hottest days of the month that day. There was a bit of miscommunication between myself and the project manager of the crew about start times. Otherwise, it all came off without a hitch. They cleaned everything up and besides the new roof and gutters, you couldnt even tell they were here! Zach followed up with me afterwards to make sure everything was to our liking. It was a very well run process and I would highly recommend them.

I know Scott Dowling personally and so when it came time to get a new roof, I know I wanted to work with Able just because they employ a great guy like Scott. Fortunately, I was in luck because I wanted something special and Able was probably one of they few companies that would have accommodated me. I was replacing my roof because I was installing solar panels and I was self installing my panels so I wanted my roof warranty to still be valid. So they reviewed my panel hardware, my plans for installation and amended my contract to suit. They got the work done in less than a day, for a great price, and I couldnt even hardly tell they had been there when I got home for work. A++++!

I called to have a service call on an attic vent. They stated they no longer work on attic vents??? This is not the able roofing I have used so many times over the past 30 years. Employees on phone lack knowledge of what a vent actually is... I suggest you move on...

They provided a very competitive quote, offered great suggestions to address my unique window designs and also suggested a garden window in the kitchen that is incredible. Professional, attention to detail and offered helpful suggestions for decorating the Garden window. Friendly, attentive installation window crew! I specifically hired this company because they had good reviews for cleaning up, but I have nails all over my yard? I have children and my dog in my yard on a daily basis. What do I have to do to get someone out here to clean up this mess? I was told clean up was included? Was I told wrong?As of right now, no I would not recommend this roofing company to anyone that has children or pets because they leave your property in unsafeconditions.

The one gentleman who came to do the estimate assured us what the cost would be, this was going to be an insurance claim & that we would only have to pay our deductible & possibly for a couple of boards if they needed to be replaced, but once again the agent who came to our home, assured us that it wouldnt be much more over our deductible, long story short, we owed more than what insurance covered & 3 times more what we were quoted from the gentleman who assured us his quote, then when emailed, would tell us that we would have to speak with the project manager, then we had trouble with our insurance company since Covid was going on & then was threatened with a lien being put on our home, all the while of taking care of my father who was in hospice & trying not to get him upset about all the nonsense, not to mention that they killed our rhododendrons by covering them up with plastic, but I digress . . . We gave up waiting for them to come back to fix our complaints

Had 7 Windows installed for $6,000. Mold, mildew and condensation appeared on 3 of them. When I called about it, they said their wasnt anything they could do about it. I called again asking to please come out and look at them. Finally sent someone out. He said they shouldnt be doing that and doesnt know why they wouldnt replace them. He took pictures and left. I hadnt heard anything for a couple months, so i sent emails asking what they are going to do about it. No answer, No reply, Nothing. Terrible. At this point in time i am stuck with new windows that are covered in mold and a company that doesnt seem to care.

High pressure salesmen that have a very difficult time taking no for an answer. Absolutely would not recommend, don’t give me the “oh we have all these discounts but you need to sign now” bull, and when I said I need to think about it they respond with “oh you don’t want to save $1k? If you’re not serious why did you call us out?”.

Materials were good. The installation and workmanship were great. Property was spotless after all the work was done. The process from measurement to closing the deal was very professional. Above all, the value for cost was EXCELLENT!! Would definitely recommend to others.

Update - Sep 20, 2017 - Well...my roof project is still not complete. It has been 6 months from my initial estimate quote visit. Lets start with saying, everyone from the sales process are awesome. That is where they get you. Promises are awesome, the hype is great. I have been in sales for over 7 years, I know exactly how it works. One of the most important things is service after the sale.So here goes the story. We started the project 56 days after deposit......what? Then when we actually got a time scheduled, rain delayed, then the second start date.....ready? Nope. Start day, no one on site at all. This should have been a huge red flag for me but Im pretty reasonable and understand that things happen. But weve had 2 months to figure this out.... The tear off crew brought 3 guys for a 32 square roof. It took them 3 days to tear off the old shingles, now they were holding up the metal guys. The metal guys were outstanding, they know what they are doing. They were the only ones that made this experience a decent one. We got through the roof replacement with a few hiccups but nothing unreasonable. So after another week, almost 2 weeks of waiting after the roof was done we finally start on the fascia and soffits (aluminum). The crew messed everything up. Worse install job Ive seen, no communication between the Project Manager and the crew lead. Critical steps missed like cutting holes for soffit venting. The crew even messed up the brand new standing seam roof panels on the roof. Well, you call out the Project Manager, supposed to make things happen right? No way, all he did was down play every concern I had. OH you wont notice that if we paint marker this and that its not that bad... some contractors install things different from others.... blah blah blah. I resisted every temptation to yell and scream at this point. All excuses as I mentioned before. So naturally I paid a contractor to come out after hours to get a professional 3rd party opinion. He was mortified at the work that had been done and offered to take over. I decided to let Able fix their own mess. The only guy that made this all right was the crew lead of the SECOND soffit crew. He agreed with me that it was all installed incorrectly and he would fix everything. He (the soffit crew lead) made every go right for me. Able did nothing, they were clearly about cutting the corners and saving money over the long run. We got the soffits and fascia fixed and done right. I had the Project Manager back out to tally up a list of things needing fixed. I counted a total of 10 panels that needed replaced. When you are paying over $10 per sqft, this is a big money repair. The metal guys had to come back out to replace the panels. They were under the impression that only 5 panels were to be replaced......hummm now we are lying to the customer and thinking we will only replace half and patch the other panels.....like I wasnt going to check at this point and validate all communication. Once again, the metal roof guys went above and beyond and even replaced some panels that were damaged that I didnt see. They did me right and are excellent guys to work with. Glad I had those guys around to help me out. So then I get the final bill in the mail the next day, before everything is even complete....that means the Project Manager stamped the job complete.....Not so fast. The Project Manager is a ghost most of the time, even had the nerve to tell me the one day; I dont have much time to be here today because we are starting a new project and I cant afford to have any hiccups Maybe you should concentrate on the job that is going south in front of you.So now we are 65 days from the actual start day and 117 days from the deposit day. 6 months for a residential 32 sq roof.....unsat. I was looking forward to working with Able for a full window and door replacement on my whole house this year too but there is no chance they will get to touch my house ever again.

Perhaps the best customer service I’ve ever experienced! Mike S., Able Service Specialist, showed up early, was extremely friendly, honest and ethical. After first having another roofing company look at the minor leak in my roof and receiving a quote for thousands of dollars to repair it, I called Able for a second look and comparative quote. Mike S. very quickly and thoroughly inspected, identified, and repaired the problem at no charge.It is customer service like this that makes people a promoter of a business. I will be using and strongly recommending Able for all roofing and exterior service needs going further.Thank you Mike S. and Able roofing for doing an exceptional job!

Able installed a new roof to replace and old one that was hit by a tree and resulted in an insurance claim. They helped me navigate the whole insurance process and I have a beautiful new roof that was completed with care. I would use them again!

The sales rep, Ernie Newsome, did a great job detailing the entire process off what he inspected, the installation of the new roof, the different options for each tier/type/color of roof and the agreement for a new roof. I would highly recommend using Ernie and Able roofing.

Had used Able Roofing for a roof on our previous home and was very pleased. I had new vinyl siding installed on our current home and was very pleased with their services again. Highly recommended by us.

We had our decking and roof redone by Able and it was a really smooth process. We got the estimate, put our deposit down and scheduled. The crew showed up on time, were very hard working, and got the job done in a day (we have a smaller house). Really pleased with our roof and wouldnt hesitate to engage Able again in future projects.

The whole process of getting a new roof installed was very efficient. Zach, the project consultant, was especially fast with providing any requested details. The initial estimate was able to be done remotely (with pictures of the house and a phone app) and it matched the final invoice (after an in person inspection and then the work). The work was completed in a day, as promised, and it looks great.

They did not do as they said. We called them to give us an estimate for roof damage from a storm. The estimator came out, walked around the roof and promised to give us and the insurance adjuster a quote for repair. We called 2 weeks later and asked why neither us or the insurance company received a quote. She promised and then just sent a few numbers after promising us a detailed estimate. We again asked her for details and she sent some numbers again. We asked her again for a detailed quote and got different numbers. We gave up after this. I would not use Able Roofing. The estimator is pretty awful and she has wasted valuable time while our roof is leaking. Very poor customer service.Ps we had used them before and they were good. NOT anymore. I would give them a 0 if i could.

I was extremely pleased with my experience with Able Roof last Fall. I had an appointment with Zach Harmon to get an estimate on a new roof. He was punctual, knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. As I was meeting with other companies, I called Zach about an issue one of them brought up. I had to leave him a voice mail message but he contacted me within the hour with an answer. I met with 2 other companies and chose Able Roof to remove and replace the 19.5 year old shingles that were currently on my home. The whole crew was punctual and professional and I wouldnt hesitate to recommend them to my friends.

I hired Able to replace a rubber roof and install new gutters and downspouts. This was done by different crews on different days.Ill admit I was skeptical during the roofing process, but it turned out the job was more involved than initially anticipated. The crew worked non-stop during one of the hottest days weve had so far.When they were done, my back porch and patio were cleaner than theyve ever been! They even did a few little bonus projects.I cant say enough about how happy I am with Feliciano and his team!The gutter / downspout install seemed to go fine... nothing out of the ordinary as far as I can tell.The basement in my 110-year-old Clintonville home has stayed dry during recent storms. Thats the first time in years!!Happy customer!

Given the fact that a new roof isnt cheap, getting the best value for the cost is important. My questions were all answered well; the work was done promptly; and when they finished there was no debris left around my house. Recommend!!

We had able roofing replace some fascia boards among other things 1.5 years ago. The first time they came out, they did such a bad job. They didn’t do some of the things the estimator told us they would. We had them come out a second time and fix the mess they left the first time and they still did a terrible job. At the time, the gaps between the fascia boards weren’t so bad so we tried caulking it ourselves. But now they are separating worse due to the poor quality work they did. Of course their warranty only goes out 90 days before anyone notices the poor quality work. Do not recommend this company. Much better off paying a little more for a higher quality job.

I requested information online about a quote and got a call the same day. Then from the time the salesperson came to my house to the time the job was complete was faster than it took to even get quotes from the competitors around Columbus. The job was done fast and very well. The whole experience with having Able do both roof and gutters was seamless and pain free. I have and recommend them to anyone that wants the job done right.

Had Able come out to inspect my roof for hail damage. Stated that there was some. Filed a claim with my insurance and an adjuster came. Stated that there was no weather damage at all. Our neighbor experienced worse issues than we did. Had roof done and isn’t better off. Stay away from this company.

Terrible, make sure you look at warranty !! So they stop my roof for not leaking for a year and two weeks,Guy say thats good. We paid them 2500. The leak is in same area !!! Guy said its another leak. Close by. More Money. It makes me laugh just printing this.

Did half my house with new windows a few years ago, one went bad, Able instructed me to contact the manufacturer, dont fall for this!! You didnt buy from the manufacturer, it is Able that is responsible to honor the warranty. Now, a couple more years later, more windows are bad and the original ones I didnt change are still great! No help or interest from Able. Pay attention! Life lessons are expensive and big companies only want you big money for little quality items they offer. Like going to the doctor, GET MULTIPLE OPINIONS!!

From our first contact with Able Roofing about replacing our gutters we were impressed with them. Friendly, professional and customer focused, everyone from Able Roofing we spoke to and interacted with were excellent. We were notified when our materials were received and set-up our install date without issue. Expecting a significant delay before the installation, we were pleasantly surprised when informed the installation would be done the following week! The supervisor personally stopped by prior to the installation date and phoned ahead on the day of installation. The entire crew were timely, courteous and skilled professionals who completed the installation quickly and flawlessly. Cleanup was immaculate and the supervisor ensured he spoke with me before departing. Awesome! Would definitely recommend!

I signed a contract with Able roofing 3 weeks ago art which time I wrote a check for 5000$ that was promptly cashed. About 10 days after my check was deposited I was contacted and told that they were getting supplies for the roof and then radio silence. It has been 21 days since they took my money and nobody has contracted me. I attempted to call but was put on hold and then transferred to voicemail. I am beginning to fear that Ive made a mistake. Meanwhile, my roof is still leaking.

We had a great experience. Sara was excellent and addressed any concerns we had. I had a small problem with the Soffit, and they came back out and repaired it. The price was right and the work top notch.

Alec, Adam, and the two gentleman who installed our roof were incredibly helpful and transparent. If the need ever arises again we will use Able Roof.
