My entire experience with Columbus Windows & Siding was outstanding and Im beyond pleased with my new exterior! I hired them to replace my vinyl siding (Kaycan Cabot Blue) and install a new front door. The installation team was awesome; and came in 3-4 weeks ahead schedule, which gives me plenty of time to enjoy the exterior before winter arrives.Doug and team are professional, reasonably priced, communicate well, and do quality work. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend their services to anyone looking for siding or door work.

This company met and exceeded my expectations with regard to replacing all the windows and vinyl siding on my older home in Morrow County. I was a very nervous and skeptical client from the beginning and I made that very clear to Doug from our first conversation. All my life I either had a new house built or moved into a newly remodeled older home. This was the first time I had to hire a company to replace windows AND siding all at the same time and I was nervous. Doug and his team did everything they said they would do, when they said they would do it, and for the price they quoted. The only delays we had were the time it took to manufacture the windows and get the siding from the manufacturer, and a couple of unforeseen manpower issues. We finally sided our 67 year old wood frame home. This company was professional and friendly. The crew was hard working, on time and cleaned everything up very well. Financing was a very simple online process. And it looks great.

In the Spring we decided we wanted to have both new Windows and Siding installed on our home that was originally built in the late 70s. After several very frustrating visits and missed appointments from other vendors, most of which only did windows or only did siding, we then reached out to Columbus Windows and Siding. Doug showed up at the agreed upon time and was very professional and down to earth. There were no HARD SELL tactics, just simple discussions about what we wanted, and how they could help. Doug provided a timely quote that was more reasonable then any of the other quotes we received and we decided this was the company we wanted to work with. Doug was very patient with us as we worked thru doing a refinance during a pandemic and moved quickly as soon as we closed on our loan.The crews that showed up to do the work were Superstars and were very professional and easy to work with. They were very considerate of our home and took every precaution to protect it. In one week they replaced 15 windows, re-sheeted a significant portion of our home and installed the siding, soffit and trim. They knew what they were doing and did EXCELLENT work.The management team either called or showed up daily to make sure everything was going well. At the end of the week, we only had a couple of small issues and they were out in two days to resolve them.If you are looking for a quality company that does GREAT work and doesnt treat you like just another sale, then Columbus Windows and Siding is who you need to call.

Columbus windows and Siding did a siding repair for me, the job was done to my liking. There was a small snag through the process but the owner Doug Bond was fantastic and made sure that the issue was taken care of and that I was satisfied. I appreciate the value he places on his customers. I loved the honesty and appreciation he showed me as a customer, and the quick response that Doug gave me for my concerns. My siding looks good and I feel valued. Overall would recommend!

We were looking for a company to install a new sliding patio door for our home. We contacted Columbus Windows and Siding and spoke to the owner, Doug Bond. Doug was very professional as he took my information and provided a quote the same day. We were very happy with the price and decided to move forward. Doug let us know that we would have our new door by Christmas. About 2 weeks later, I received a call letting us know we would have it installed before Thanksgiving. The installers arrived when they said they would and were polite and very professional as well. The install took about 5 hours and they cleaned up everything and made sure that everything was to our expectations before leaving. Great company! Top notch service. We will be using them for all of our future window and siding needs and we recommend them to everyone.

When they showed up to do the installation they didnt have 2 windows. The rep that I spoke to never took accountability just blamed the manufacturer. The installers were able to find one window at the office. The other they must have had to reorder, unsure because they never confirmed what the issue was. I had to call repeatedly to find out when my missing window was going to get installed. They installed the missing window nearly a month after our initial installation appointment. It was installed last Tuesday, we were called for payment last Wednesday, but I didnt get to call back because we were preparing for vacation. By Saturday Doug had left my husband a very unprofessional voice mail implying that we were dodging their calls to avoid paying. This was the last straw. I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone. They had to come to our home 3 different times, never once apologized for the multiple delays and then left a rude message and spoke to my husband with disrespect. They never ever considered trying to do something for us for the inconvenience. We were treated horribly.

Columbus Windows and Siding just installed three new windows for us. I cannot attest to the quality yet as it has only been a couple days but they do seem like they a very well made windows based on what I saw from the example window which Doug showed me when he gave me the initial quote.Doug was very to the point once I told him what I was looking for based on my past experiences having windows installed. No long presentations or sales pitches, which I appreciate. His price was comparable to 3 of the 4 other companies (1 was way higher than the rest) I received quotes from, which was good. He was a likeable guy and very professional which is why I went with CWSC. Doug told me ahead of time that they were very busy and to expect 8-10 weeks before install, which was fine with us. I think it ended up being about 10 weeks.I was not home during most of the install but did get to meet one of the installers at the end. He was very nice and they did a good job of cleaning up after themselves, leaving no trace of their work. The windows look nice and look they are properly installed.All in all, a good experience from the time Doug came over and gave me a quote to the moment a I paid the remainder of the balance. I would recommended Columbus Windows and Siding to anyone!

I want report on my recent installation of three windows by Columbus Windows and Siding. First of all the owner met with my wife and me and showed the produce. It was everything as reported on the manufacturers site and what Doug the owner promised. Two installers showed, Josh and John. They were friendly, answered all my questions and very efficiently and professionally installed the windows, cleaned up left over material and left us very pleased. Doug Serrott and his team did a great job removing old aluminum soffit, adding ventilation holes and then putting up vinyl soffit. It looks great on the outside to us and the insulation company who came out today said it was really well done from their view inside our attic!
