They are good quality windows and she was able to explain all of the features and recommend what we needed to get. Installation was done within two days and was done quickly. McCloud Windows did a great job... installed 20 windows in 2 days. They added insulation around the windows and sealed everything inside and out. Nice people, no hard sell or obnoxious commercials. Windows that lock, both top and bottom go up and down with ease and built-in screens. Very happy.

They even installed my windows earlier than expected as they had a last minute cancellation and called me to try and get it done early. the installers were efficient and very nice. We had all of our windows replaced with McCloud. They look amazing and are super efficient. Install took only 1.5 days, including the removal and disposal of our old windows. It’s been almost a year and we could not be happier with the windows themselves and the process from ordering to install.

After shopping for new windows,we we’re lucky enough to try McCloud windows. Nathan came to our house to show us his product. He was very professional, he presented his product gave us a straightforward price. Up to this point we were dealing with window companies that use the yo-yo style of pricing, starting off high and lowering the price then adding extra fees. You never really knew what their product was worth. We were so pleased with the product and the price that we also ordered a new patio door.This all happened before the Covid19 pandemic hit. Manufacturing was closed down and things are being delayed. Through all of this Nathan continued to show true concern. He was able to keep us updated throughout the process. The installers were clean and very professional and took great steps to keep us safe. I would not only recommend the product but the quality of the service was outstanding.

My wife and I live in Clintonville and decided to replace all our windows as they were the original windows from 1925. Single pane, ropes and pulleys with the weights inside as a counter balance. Truly old school windows, and terribly energy inefficient .After getting five quotes (Universal Windows Direct, Empire Windows, Anderson, Rossati and McCloud) we decided to purchase from McCloud Windows LLC. The quality of the product is exceptional. We selected Allside Mezzo triple pane windows. The owner Nathan was very knowledgeable and helpful in making recommendations. The price was in line with some of the other quotes, but the value was better given the warranty and the fact that the other companies quoted us double pane windows and with McCloud we were able to get triple pane for a small amount more.I highly recommend McCloud Windows to friends and family. I can’t explain how happy I am with the whole process start to finish. Very pleased. 10/10. If you are getting quotes for new windows ... this company should DEFINITELY be one of you phone calls!
