I got my daughters haircut here. The price was fine, $14, but I guess you get what you pay for. Im going to have to take my daughter to get her hair fixed. She has uneven hair now with long strands hanging down every couple of inches. It is super jagged. Staff was rude except the lady that actually cut my daughters hair. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

I walked in at 6:15, I just wanted a quick trim. The lady that was at the front desk was checking someone out and told me she couldn’t see me because they were closing(very off putting tone) I told her that on the website it says 8. She then proceeded to tell me that they close at 7. She was very rude and unfriendly. If they stop seeing people before 7, then why not close the store at 6? Very rude and unfriendly, do not plan on going back.

Wife and daughter both went in to Columbus Ga jcpenny salon for a haircut. 3 hairstylist sitting in waiting area chairs and none would cut their hair. One went to get another to do it. Was apparent they didnt want to cut hair. Poor service, poor attitude. It seemed they wanted to cut only certain types of hair.Stay away poor business practices.

I was charged $70 dollars for a wash and conditon and she perm rodded my hair, i have natural african American hair, she9 was very ruff with my hair and kept combing my hair from the root, any body that does natural hair know you start from thw ends very gently or you will tear the hair but she was just in a rush and trying to get to the next person. Claiming im tender headed when ive had hair like this all my life and i know that im not tender headed and she was rushing if you have natural hair please lbkip this placeUpdate : I now use Candice, she is very professional and very good at what she does
