Terrible service. I paid $52 without a tip for these nails. Literally rushed through the entire thing. Probably the worst job I’ve ever gotten in Columbus. Will NEVER be back

Awesome staff, and very calming ambiance. I wouldve given five stars but some of my nails look a little crooked. But still I enjoyed my time there !!!

Went in on my vacation because I broke one nail. It was only $4 to redo my dip nail, she took her time, put lots of care into it and did a better job than my original set!

We were greeted on arrival and asked to sit chairs at front to wait. We waited and waited and waited while other customers were moved to chairs for service. I got up to remind them we were there and told to sit. We waited again. We waited at least 25 minutes and got up and left. We went to palazzo nails. We were helped immediately and they did a great job.

Me and my daughter went and we had a great experience for the second time in a row. The staff is so friendly and they did a fantastic time on our nails 💅🏽!! My daughter got the gelManicure in the heat changing nail Polish and I got the a regular manicure. Impeccable job and last time we got both manicures and pedicures and they were fabulous too! Highly recommend!

Ive been here a few times and everytime I leave happy. Always a great atmosphere and service. I love coming here.

I have been going here for some time and it has been pleasant until yesterday when I went for a pedicure. The person doing my nails cut my inside toe nail and skin too deep and I am in pain ever since. I had to take a ibuprofen to feel better! Please make sure the entire staff is trained to take care of people visiting regularly!

My first time shopping in this area and Stephanie is a such a great nail tech. She made sure I felt welcome. I will say if Im ever shopping in Columbus GA again, I will go back to see her. Thank girl

My daughter just got her acrylic nails done. The owner cut so deep into her mail bed and made like 4 fingers bleed. He had no remorse. He made excuses! Go to Posch! We have never had this happen before there. She literally has scabs growing on her nail bed now he cut so deep. I saw him digging old toilet paper out of a trash can too.

Sloppy. The guy doing my manicure and pedicure was really rough and sprayed my legs with scalding hot water. Charged me for a pedicure I didnt even get and he rushed through the whole thing.

I dont know if you can tell in the photo, but the lady who did my nails did soooo many layers of Polish that it looks so thick. There are bumps and grooves in every nail. When you apply gel polish you have to do it evenly. She did not. She did however get the coffin shape I wanted. Overall, Im not impressed. And I wont be back. They are friendly though ! Ill be going to my home shop to get the Polish changed. My nails look terrible...not to mention they are somewhat expensive.

My nails look great. Facility is very clean and well organized. The staff is friendly and very professional. They know what they are doing. I definitely recommend them.

First time there they did an alright job my feet were still dry .didnt get all the dead skin off mybe next time .

Please be cautious when going to this nail salon. I received a pedicure and I noticed a few nail technicians not using sterile equipment. The older gentleman rushed through my pedicure and he was unprofessional.

This is a spacious Upscale Salon. Its clean and nicely decorated. I have always had a pleasant experience. Staff is Very welcoming and professional. I followed Kim there.

If you have to wait while others walk in and get seen first its probably because they made an appointment. Kim takes wonderful care with my 83 year old mother in law, has been doing her nails 14 yrs. Stephani is amazing! I have a crooked finger from an old break and somehow she makes all my nails look even. I also have multiple sclerosis and twitch a lot in feet and hands. Very patient very kind people!Love this place,

It’s been my 2nd visit. My daughter and I made a New Years resolution to get our nails done together for the year. We chose Palazzo, however we were very happy the 1st visit, the 2nd visit was not good at all. I can see my natural nail through my SNS cover because they used 2 white powder coats and only 2 color coats over the white. $50 wasted. I believe they can do much better if they wanted to.

I got a fill in Saturday by Anne and her customer service for awful and I already need another fill in and it’s only three days later she did not have a good attitude and my nails honestly looks terrible right now and at that she left polish around my fingers and cuticles dry and disgusting. She didn’t even wanna hold a conversation and I was hoping to become a loyal customer but no it was terrible once again THEY WILL NOT be getting any money out of me ever again!!!

I will not be returning. I paid $9 for an uneven, splotchy eyebrow wax. My brows have no shape, with stray hairs. My brows dont even look done.

The service was poor. Not many people were there when we arrived, and we still had to wait 30 minutes. The guy doing my pedicure answered his phone during it and then chit- chatted with his friend on the other end for a while. He did do a good job on the pedicure, tho.

My mother & I sat in this place for an hour & a half. They seated her, several other people came in after we did. I continued to wait for someone to seat me. 2 other ladies came in after me. They took someone who came in 20 minutes after me & began her fill in. Neither my mother or myself got serviced. We left.

The store is fairly new. There are not many workers yet as they are building a stable team. Sure sometimes there will be some waiting, especially on the weekend. Some of them are really great.

Im shocked after reading the negative reviews. I feel customers are quick to post a negative review, so I would like to take the time to post a positive one. Each experience at Palazzo has been wonderful for me. The salon is super clean (which is getting harder to find in Columbus) and the staff are friendly. I havent experienced a super long wait or unfriendly customer service. Thank you Palazzo!

Kim is the Best

This was the worst experience Ive ever had in nail salon. Needless to say, this will be my first and last time going to Palazzo Nails. They did not put protectant on all of my toenails. I guess the young lady just forgot to on my big toes. Then the dip powder manicure is terrible. The lady who did my nails cut me several times with the electric nail filer. My nail beds are still sore. The powder was unevenly applied which caused her to use the electric nail filer even more to try and get rid of all the excess that was on the side of my nails. And she was rude! I was questioning the color just to make sure it was want I picked because it didnt appear to be the correct color and she told me that it was too late to change it now! I will never visit this nail salon again. I only went today because it was convenient but from now on, Ill just stick to Hollywood Nails. Ive been going to Hollywood for years and never had an experience like today.

If I could give 0 I would the customer service is poor the guy who did my nails refused to do what I asked had an attitude the whole time and he was just plain rude and he was rough with me the entire time he did my nails. Then when I told him I wasn’t satisfied he butcheries my nails when he clipped them off he didn’t even take them off properly

I had the pleasure of getting my nails done by Kim. She is AWESOME! The salon is clean, they dont force you to get a service or color you dont want, and they are very professional. I usually go to Princess Nails (Dan does a great job as well), but Palazzo Nails and Spa is closer.

Super slow service...coming early in a weekday afternoon and waiting 30+ to get out of the pedicure water is wild. staff is nice enough but there is no sense of urgency and there are so many other places to go.

I did not have a good experience here. I was just getting a fill, and wanted them filed down a tiny bit. The lady files them all just a tiny bit like I wanted but one she just kept filing. I was so confused! I very nicely confronted her and she said that now its even and matches the rest, it clearly didnt! I kept voicing my concern and she kept telling me it was right. I wanted to take a picture it was so uneven! I honestly dont know how she thought it looked okay. And she kept on and on! She clearly was never taught the customer is always right. I eventually told her she could put a new tip on and redo just that nail or file them all down so they all match. She decided to take the one nail off. Ouch!!! Ive always taken my nails off myself, so Im not positive, Im pretty sure if she would have spent a tiny more time she could have made it less painful. After that she wasnt as friendly, seemed to be rushing through, didnt do a good job painting my nails, missed the edges on a few, it wasnt smooth and it was super thick. She walks me to the table to dry, says nothing and walks away. Thanks lady, Ill turn the light on for myself. After waiting a good 20 min someone comes up to me, puts oil on my nails, I ask if they are dry and can I wash them, there was a ton of oil! She says yes, as Im washing them, I nicked the faucet with my nail, the lady sees me, looks at my nail, notices they werent dry and the polish is messed up, half way pushes on my nail, doesnt even fix it, doesnt offer to redo it. At this time I was done anyway. I just wanted out of there. One star. I will not be returning.

Used to go to them all of the time for eyebrows and eyelashes. The last time the lady was rushing on my eyebrows and didn’t even brush and trim them. The last two times I’ve went in they’ve had me wait two hours and today I walked in and they were gonna have me wait again. I tried Diamond salon down the street they were friendly and got me in right away plus didn and AMAZING JOB ON MY BROWS. Needless to say I won’t be returning to palazo.

Please do not waist your time. I took my mother for a pedicure and a full set. She waited almost 3 hours with only a pedicure completed because we decided to leave after she was ignored and we could not wait any longer. Several other customers came in way after my mother for the same exact service and were in and out. First and last time coming here. The manager could care less about her customers. Highly disappointed!

Nails were poorly done. Did not realize until I got outside. Appeared worse than when I went in.

I wish I didnt even have to leave a star. Today I went in needing a fill in, pedicure and my son wanted a mani/pedi (hes 5). During my pedicure the owner asked if I wanted a fill in and I said yes pink and white powder. She said you want white too painted and again I said no powder. Then she asked if I wanted to take my old set off and try the dipping powder. So I look at the powder wheel and decide sure. Well I have no clue why the gentleman doing my pedicure stopped to take my nails off but he did. Every time he would hurt me or jack up a nail he would make this ticking noise and look at me to see if I noticed. Well when he got to my pinky and got half the nail off he clipped it then as the other half was coming up he pulled and snatched my real nail tip and some of my skin off and then threw his hands up as if he was thanking God it was over. Needless to say my pinky was now bleeding and the hot stone massage I was suppose to be getting was cold. So we go to do my nails and while cutting my already jacked up nail tips he cut more skin and made that same ticking noise. Not once did he say sorry until another customer asked me what happen. Now comes time to pay.... 45.00 for a jacked up pedicure, 5.00 to rip my real nail tip and skin off and 42.00 for the new set. Then I wanted to tip the lady who did my sons medi/pedi and she goes oh he didnt charge you for him. so I walk back up front and in charged 25.00 for him. At this point blood is boiling because not once did they offer to make anything right. Even after saying something. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
