I got eyelash extensions for my first time and as soon as i got them they were itching. the woman who did it put the glue and brushed it through my lashes and glued everything into one piece. after the first day my eyes started to swell up, the lashes were also glued to my lid. when i tried to remove them, i spent over 4 hours trying to get them off with baby oil and every other oil you can think of. they would not come off and took almost ALL my natural lashes out with them. DO NOT GET YOUR LASHES DONE HERE.

Long waits. And last 2 times we went all three of us left with bleeding fingers. We got different people both times. Worse salon ever.

The two gentlemen two did my daughter and Is nails did an amazing job. They took their time and verified that we wanted every service they did. Absolutely love that we also left with completely dry nails.

Love this salon! Its in a great area, clean and has a wonderful staff. Was immediately greeted when walking in. My nail tech was, Cindy. She was extremely friendly and did a great job on my pedicure! I had to get her card and plan on returning for future services.

Walked right in to a seat with 2 Manis and a pedi in our group. Good fast service for a reasonable price. Edit- it may be the use of hand sanitizer but my gel nails did not last but 2-3 before it started peeling off :/

They lied about the price!! i specifically asked for acrylics not gel. They quoted me a price at the counter, I sat down at chair #11 and She asked what color. i looked at the nail colors that they handed me, said AGAIN i didnt want gel. she said, oh OK no gel, took that set away and gave me another set of nail colors to look at. I picked my color, everything went fine, till they told me how much it was. 55 bucks!! When I fussed about it she took five dollars off. I asked why it was so high and she said that was the price for gel nails!! whoever runs this business: it doesnt matter how well the nails were done, how clean the place was, if youre gonna rip people off. I will never ever ever go there again. makes me so mad all over again, thats why the middle finger birdie flying picture

Cindy is amazing! Best dip manicures Ive had! My dips have lasted over 4 weeks! She takes her time, is friendly, and goes above and beyond to ensure satisfaction!

The salon is very clean, friendly and welcoming. While I am there I never noticed a wait time to be seen. I do have a standing appointment every two weeks for a manicure and have had no problems. The owners are extremely proud of the facility and are committed to great service, while keeping you protected during this pandemic.

After being told to select a nail color and to sit in a pedicure chair, 40 minutes passed already.. Just regular pedicure and manicure requested. I noticed 2 other women each at my side not being serviced yet...Not even one person working there asked me anything or apologize for the wait time. These is my first and last time visiting the place. This place is a complete fail meeting the customer service basics. Place is clean, light and nice. Oh ! One of the side customers left and no one asked her a thing! Will be the same treat for me of course... I am so leaving.Why do this place even make business dealing with people?!?!?!

Linh is 100% the absolute best, but the entire salon is great! Super friendly and clean, feels like family. I’ve been to almost all the nail salons in our area but this is my nail salon home and has been for a while now!

Despite coming in a hour before closing, I received a full fill-in instead of the one nail repair I planned. Since it was so close to closing I did not want to impose by asking for a lengthy service. My nail technician noticed that I needed the fill-in and happily did my nails including crystal embellishments. So professional!

This weekend was crazy busy we had to wait a long time and they had a lot going on at once but Jody did my nails and she is very nice and did an amazing job!! I was scared at first because she was doing everything like answering phones and telling people where to go but when she was finished I was like WOW. will 100% go back to see Jody. She also did my friends nails and she also said her nails have never looked that good. I asked for 5 different colors and she didn’t get irritated (another salon has before) she simply asked me to write the numbers down she grabbed them and did the damn thing!!! :) this salon is more expensive than where I usually go, but worth it!! Just gotta be patient cause everyone and they’re mamma needs some nails lol

This was my first visit. Upon arrival, the nail shop is very nice and clean! The lady doing my nails was somewhat friendly and did a good job on my manicure and shaping my nails. The problem came with the gel nails. As you can see in my picture it was painted all over my nails, it wasnt smooth, and the clear coat was all blotchy. The gel is extremely thin after two coats. It hasnt been 6 days since my visit and my gel has chipped like regular nail polish on at least 5 of my nails. Other gel I have had from other locations is thicker and does not chip like this. I was excited to try this place, but unfortunately I wont be back.

The last few times I’ve been to New Nails it’s been disappointing. This time was the last straw, though. The man who did my manicure rushed through the whole thing, and my nails looked terrible. I also had called the earlier and asked if they accepted Apple pay and I was told yes they did, when I got there nobody knew how to work the Apple Pay and they were rude to me about using Apple pay. Just really annoyed about the service and the way I was treated this visit.

The service was a little slow, but my nails came out great regardless. My aunts nails chipped after a day though so I think it depends on who is doing the nails for you.

My pedicure was everything! However nails set on hands didnt last long. Have lost four nails in about 12 days. I do desk work, nothing heavy. Lost crystals within first week. I will be giving them another chance because customer service was satisfactory and the facility was very clean and I felt good about how spaced out everyone was. 3.5 Stars ⭐⭐⭐✨

They are always very friendly and I didnt have to wait during my lunch hr. They have a big area in the middle for nails along with many pedicure seats lined up along the side walls after it was remodeled and expanded over a year ago. 😆😆👍👍 I really like the American French Manicure that looks more natural.💅👍

The gentleman who did my nails, I believe his name was Andy, and he was EXTREMELY RUDE! I am very upset with his attitude towards me. I did not make a scene because I am not that kind of person. He was not patient with me. He would get snappy with me when I would fidget or not be able to relax my hands. How do you except someone to relax when you aren’t friendly?

I went to have my nails done and the technician did a bad job. I came back and the staff were very accommodating and corrected the issue. Very happy with the service

Mani and pedi. Did the nail dip and already need my nails done. This is suppose to last at least 2 weeks if not a month. I do not recommend any of the men that work there.

Great service and quality work

This has been my go-to salon for 6+ years. Because we were military we moved every couple of years and I have always compared my salon services to the twins that originally worked at the salon. It used to be small and personal. But it expanded and the majority of those original nail techs are no longer there. They do have a wide variety of colors and services and you rarely have to wait long. Prices are pretty standard.But my last experience was less than stellar. The pedicure girl cut my toe during my pedicure and then blamed it on my last pedicure for not cutting my nails correctly. Then I went to have dip on my hands. Tech was quick but after only 1 day, 2 of my nails chipped. I went back and one of the ladies repaired them. The repair job was hurried and sloppy.I wish I could have the old New Nails back or have Lin do my nails all the time. She stays booked so unless you have an appointment, you probably wont get the best tech they have.

My daughter and I have been here twice. There first time, I really loved it. They were quick and my nails were perfect. I loved the experience. The second time wasnt as great. My daughter loves her nails but mine arent as good. I got dip and it took forever. The nails are so thick that I cant even do anything with them. I really like how they look but not how they feel.

Clean shop, friendly people but their technical experience is severely lacking. The owners wife did my initial full set of acrylic nails with gel color and they started lifting after 2 days. I went back on the 3rd day and the owner attempted to fix them but just made the situation worse. Not only is the acrylic lifting...the gel is chipping. Im soaking them off this evening to prevent water from settling in and mold growing on my nails. Customer Beware!

The pedicure with acrylic from Sandra and the full acrylic nail set from the owners wife were both really poor quality. The acrylic on both started lifting after two days. I went back to get a refund and the owner offered to fix my nails instead but that was not any better. My husbands manicure was also very poorly done...how can you mess up a mans manicure?!?! His nails were clipped unevenly and not buffed or filed. To add insult to injury...we were overcharged. You will pay more than what is printed on their price list...if you even get to see one. Instead of causing a scene we just chose to spend our money elsewhere.

Best place Ive been to and Ive tried out many different nail salons and none of then have done as good of a job as this place has. Anytime I go in there they are very friendly and they take their time with my pedicure and doing my nails and I love that. My nails are always so pretty when I leave there and they last. Will be back and will recommend

My daughter came here for the first time. It’s not my regular nail shop but it was on the side of town I was in at the moment. The shop itself is nice and clean. I got a pedicure and gel manicure. The lady who took care of me was nice, she didn’t talk much, but I’m ok with that. She did a great job on my pedicure. She cute my cuticles well, but I am not happy with the gel on my nails. It is very thin and will probably chip within a few days. The coats are also not even and it’s noticeable on a few on my nails. My daughters pedicure and nail on fingers was fine. I won’t be back.

Came here every other week while pregnant. Love the variety of pedicure options available. They’re also very helpful.

Their Covid precautions were well executed. They required a mask to enter the building. They took my temperature when I entered the building. I was directed to use the hand sanitizer before touching any of the nail polishes. And they wiped everything down before and after I sat down for my pedicure. The language barrier made it a bit difficult to get exactly what I wanted but the service overall was average.

Very pleased with the services received. Had a pedicure and a manicure. Both techs were very kind smiled and were attentive. Not much English spoken but smiling is universal

I came in 2 weeks ago and got a gel pedicure and SNS Nails... the sns nails turned out great, had them for 2 weeks, they looked great! The girl who sits in chair 9 did them. I went back on Saturday to get a new set of SNS... they guy in chair 10 did them and he did such an AWFUL job!!! The tips he put on were too big for my nails and then the color he got all the way on top of my cuticles!!! It looks absolutely freaking terrible!! I live in DC and when I visit my boyfriend if I need my nails done I’ll go to this place... now that I’m back in DC I’m getting them redone tomorrow... so happy I spent 2 hours and $60 to waste my time on terrible nails

Was very disappointed. Brought my son in with me for pedicures and paid $25 for each using my debit card. I tipped $5 for each technician in cash. When the charge posted to my bank account someone had written in another $5 charge on my card slip. I went in person to address it and they returned the $5 in cash, apologized and kept my receipt to show their manager supposedly. Im not confident that anything was done to figure out who is committing fraud by tacking on charges after the fact. Im sure in small amounts in the hope that no one will notice. The pedicures were mediocre. The massage portion was extremely short. So much so that I dont even remember it. My polish is coming off a week later which never happens anywhere else. I will not be back or recommend this place.Update: I decided over a year later to give this place another shot. Even brought them my friends. They rush like they cant get you out fast enough. Got my nails done for my wedding, had to go back to get them fixed. Went back for a fill with gel polish. My polish was blue and black. I asked the tech, Andy, 3 times to get it off my skin around my nails using a brush with remover. He kept telling me itd come off after a few times of washing my hands. (It hasnt btw) The 3rd time I insisted, he used a nail file on my skin instead of a brush, which hurt and made me bleed. He was so rude and couldnt care less. I go home and shower only to discover the gel didnt dry and is now peeling off and several nails are misshapen. Im going somewhere else to get them fixed and Im truly done with this place. I know there are a few good techs but theyre rarely there so Im done. Costs way too much for a simple fill in and paint to get terrible customer service and zero attention to detail. I was not rude at all either. I simply expected him to do his job and fix his mistakes but he refused to. There are plenty of other customers but there are also plenty of other salons people!

Very clean with state of the art equipment. Large salon with lots of pedicure chairs. 20 nail stations. Staff very friendly and efficient, greeting everyone as soon as they walked in. I went in at 6ish with powder dip nails that had been done at another salon and were cracking and breaking off. She fixed them wonderfully and I left with nails that looked healthy again. And the price was reasonable. This is my new salon!

First time here today. It was busy because of Mothers Day weekend but that was to be expected. I still felt like they took care of my daughter and I. The staff was very friendly and funny. Enjoyed my time there even if it did take a little bit longer.

Came in 20 minutes before closing wanting a full set. The gentleman that did my nails did a fantastic job and in a timely manner! Length of my nails were even, the color was exactly what i asked for, and they were all the same thickness. I didnt catch his name but talking with other customers, everyone does a great job.

The first time I went amazing the sns manicure lasted three weeks the guy did them perfect (he is no longer there😔)The last three times two different nail techs tried lasted 6 days and chipped and they put the powder on my cuticles so they lift as soon as they grow. so the search for a nail salon continues.

Very good nail salon! They can get pretty busy though so I’d just like to point out that they need an ACTUAL receptionist! As my friend & I waited to be serviced we watched people walk in and walk right back out because they were not greeted. They do good work here so I wouldn’t want anyone to miss out on being a satisfied customer; however, they should really pay attention to their customer traffic because they’ll continue to lose new clients by not making people feel welcomed as they enter their establishment.In addition, this is a nice spacious nail salon with an entire side that wasn’t being used many times that I was there. The wait wouldn’t be so long if they hired more quality nail techs. Just a suggestion since they clearly have the space & business for new employment.

This place was recommended to me by my daughter. I get solar nail overlays and the place I normally went to wasnt open on Sundays or Mondays, you had to have an appointment because there was only one tech who did them, and they charge $2 more than New Nails does. Not to mention New Nails makes my nails look more natural and theyre not as thick. I have small hands and having large unnatural-looking nails wasnt my goal.The only down side is theres one older guy who doesnt do a great job. He cuts your skin too close for comfort, he doesnt really know the current shapes (coffin, stiletto, etc.) and when he takes them off, he damages your natural nail by filing it down too thin, breaking or chipping them, then he continually tries to get you to purchase a tip or a new nail. My daughter had told me about him, but Id forgotten until I actually got him one day.There are 2 young guys who are absolutely great and Ill ask for them from now on. They are quick and efficient. Went in on day for a fill-in with one of them and was out in 23 minutes, polish and all.

The guy that did my nails didnt listen to my wants . He didnt talk to me . He pulled, pushed my hands and fingers . Asked him to use his words and he became very unprofessional . Smeared my polish, half polished some nails . Refused to cut to short length as I requested . Insisted on doing what he wanted . I had to go somewhere else .

Went there this morning and expected a pleasant environment but the nail techs were very rude and chatty. Also my pedicure job was horrible nail polish marks still left all over my toes, the nail tech was rushing she also did not give me flip flops nor assist me with putting my shoes on. Furthermore, I paid $28 for an extended massage and it was not, more like 3 minutes on each leg. When she was done she said $28 and went on to her next client. Will NOT be coming back and I DO NOT recommend!

My mother made an appointment for her and I at 10:00 to both have a mani-pedi. Not sure if they overbooked or just kept taking walk-ins but both of us could not be seen at the scheduled time. After waiting about 20 minutes I was seated in a pedicure chair, only to be left there waiting which unfortunately for them gave me time to look around. The place is actually quite filthy. I skipped getting a manicure and my eyebrows done and just opted for a pedicure. Quickest pedicure Ive ever had and she didnt even paint my nails all the way! Will not be going back to this place, total waste of time and money.

This is our usually pedicure spot for me and my husband. We have tried others around town, but this one is consistently high quality and great staff.

Over 45 min wait in the chair. Rude tech seemed annoyed when I declined wax and manicure. She didnt give me any choices when I said would like a pedi. By the end of my pedi, whooo a whole whopping 10 mins I see another client handed a menu. Uh. Didnt have a price or given options on what type I could get. Oh, Love how she had the nerve to tell me how badly I needed a pedicure. Yes, Thank you, that is why i am here. Scrubbed the center of my foot like hell, like hello Girl thats not even the heel! Not sorry I work 60 hours a week am not all diva each week to get my pedi. First and last here. Customer service sucks.

So Friday I got my nails done. Not only did I hate how bad they looked but I ended up with a real bad nail bed infection which lead to a trip to the doctors and a prescription of keflex. Im now sitting in bed with fever, fatigue, acute pain and nausea on my day off.
