This place is the best! I have been going here for years and I truly respect the owners and workers. They work very hard everyday to accommodate their regulars and take walk-ins as they can. This was even the first place I took my daughter to get her nails and toes done. She behaved so well while getting her nails done and that was because of the environment. Very friendly staff

Clean, friendly atmosphere. They take appointments but are good at working people in. They keep up on new trends and listen to what you want. Whether full set or quick repair, this shop has always come through for me. The owner is very good.

Wont recommend going out of your way to come here. There are better places for service & style. Having said that, by all means stop in if you are in the area & want a mani/pedi.

Great service, great techs! Everyone was very kind and accommodating. We didnt have to wait, and we were helped quickly. I love my cats eyes nails, and Ill be coming here again.

First time here, showed up as a “walk in”, and it was an excellent experience overall. I did their “Tropical Paradise” pedicure, which is their 2nd tier pedicure. Included their basic pedi plus a tropical leg scrub, foot mask (see pics), warm foot towel wrap, and extended foot massage. To say I was impressed is an understatement. From the outside, this looks like your typical strip mall nail joint. On the inside, I was impressed with the brand new massage chairs (see pics) and the modern wood/tobacco-colored leather color scheme. Everything was clean, technicians wore gloves, and it didn’t have that typical nail salon odor. My technician was professional, thorough, and didn’t force chit chat. It’s obvious they take pride in their salon and the quality of their work. I will definitely be coming back!

You know what. I changed my mind. I keep my gel nails for whole two weeks, none of them fell. This is amazing. Ive never had a gel nail lastThis long. But still my thumb nail isnt smooth which makes me not cool.My gel nails are not smooth. And gel inside my nail. And it took more than forty bucks

This is the only place where I get my manicures and pedicures. All of the techs at Escape nail are great. I especially enjoy Nina and Joann. Prices are reasonable and I can always get in. I highly recommend them.

Im from out of town and stopped in for a pedicure. This place is beautiful, clean and looks like new. The staff are so sweet and do a great job. They have a lit of new fall colors to pick from. Definitely recommend!

Ive been going to this facility for almost 7 years, and have worked with many different nail techs. My favorites are the owner and her husband. I was attracted to this salon because it was very elegant, and they were upfront about their prices and extra fees. Whenever I have worked with Joanne she has continued to be upfront with me. I love Joannes work, shes quick and my nails look good. She cares, about her own personal clients as well as salon clients.

I started going to this place a few months ago and every time i go my nails look amazing. They listen to what i want and work really fast. I have got the Gel Manicure with a layer of acrylic because my nails are so thin and i get complements on them all them time. I would recommend this place to anyone.

First of all I was excited to know they open at 930a. Second of all they were very nice and pleasant. The lady who did my nails did an amazing job and talked with me while doing my nails as well as explaining what she was doing. Thirdly they have over 300 of gel colors to choose from. I would certainly recommend giving them a try. One thing is if you pay cash you get a little bit of a discount rather than paying with a card.

They are the worst, I was so happy going to do my nails but the lady swear she cant understand English when I clearly told her what I wanted but Im pretty sure if the police was involved she will. She was just terrible messed up my whole mood. She made my nails look like a box SERIOUSLY I was so upset. Please learn english go back to school just cause you own a business dont mean you have a college degree at least be able to communicate with people from all walks of life. Dumb set of people absolutely ridiculous. I went somewhere else but I had them take off the box nails. Just dont go there not worth it if I could give them zero star I would. The people on here that give them 5 stars must be getting discount consistently. My first time to go there was terrible never again....there are better nails salon in Upper Arlington than this rubbish place. Luxury salon my ass but dont know what the hell they are doing.

This place is awful. I asked if they could paint a design from Pinterest on my nails, they agreed. And charged me extra for each nail. Which was fine, but not when it looked like a Kindergartener drew the stripes and flowers on my nails. See the photos I posted for what I asked for and what I got. I was embarrassed to walk out with my nails looking the way they did.

I have been going to Escape for a couple years. There have been problems the last few months. Twice I had to return within a week due to broken nails. Several times before that, I just let it slide. Then the polish for a pedicure did not dry and was a mess. I returned 5 hours later to have the mess removed and new polish applied. A week a go, Wednesday, I had a balance and pedicure. Pedicure was fine. By Monday, 2 nails had broken. That’s 6 days. Now 2 more are broken. I just do not have the time to keep returning for repairs. I have had acrylics for many years with little breakage. I am looking for a new nail salon.

Chose this salon for an impromptu walk-in manicure, and since moving to Columbus in February this is the best manicure I have had so far! Friendly staff, nice facility, and they did a great job!

Above all the ladies are sweet and really payed attention to cleanliness.

Clean, peaceful atmosphere, friendly. Pricing is fair. We travel around the country and visit many nail places. We are keeping this place on our list of good ones to visit.

I had such great service, Ive been searching around Columbus for a good nail salon and Im pretty picky with how my nails turn out but theyve met all my standards. The staff are all so kind, the wait isnt bad as well. I would highly recommend going here.

I was in a time crunch, came in and they did pedi and mani at the same time to ensure I get in and out. Even though I was in a bit of a hurry they still did a great job and made my nails look perfect! I will definitely go back and highly recommend them to others! Nail technicians were all so nice and adorable too!

Horrible. I was iffy on going since it wasn’t my regular place to go. I went and they started off by just drilling and soaking off my old dip polish. I knew then it would be bad. I was right. They are mess, uneven and I am so unhappy. I wish I could go back in and have them taken off and a refund. I would never recommend to a friend.

Best nail salon EVER!!

I had a mani and pedi combo and it turned out great. It was hard finding a good salon to be a regular at but theyve definately gotten my business, and I live a good 30 minute drive away. But because of my great experience Im willing to drive out of my way for this salon. They were really throughly with my pedicure, the massage wasnt just done to be done. My technician was constantly asking me what I wanted to make sure I was satisfied with my service. My wedding is coming up in May and Im definately going to be making an appointment for my bridal party. I give this salon a 5 out of 5, if youre looking for a clean, friendly environment you guys should check them out.

The nail techs here are very nice. The salon is very clean and well decorated. Rated 3 stars because they dont know how to do anything other than a basic french tip or solid color manicure. I asked one of the ladies if she was able to do an ombre type french manicure, and instead of admitting that she didnt know how to do it, she wasted my time attempting it and failing miserably. She honestly looked like she didnt even give a crap that she didnt know how to do it. If she would have just been up front about it, I would have chosen to get something else. But instead, i walked out with a poorly done full set of nails. I would still respect for this place if the techs would just be upfront about their skill level, but unfortunately I will not be a returning customer.

I felt rushed lm not happy with my nails. She cut them way to short and did not shape them right. I will never go back to this place.

I have been coming here for almost a year now and its my favorite place to go. I cant bring myself to go anywhere else because I never leave as satisfied as I do when I leave here.
