Chandy has been doing my nails for a couple months now. I made the switch to NexGen and WOW it’s amazing. It really does make your natural nails healthy and has helped repair damage from using acrylics for years. Chandy is also great at shaping nails (I’ve posted pictures of various lengths and shapes I’ve had). Reasonable prices, always friendly on the phone if I need to reschedule or pop in for a broken nail. My only complaint so far would be this nail salon gives you significantly less paraffin wax in comparison to my previous nail salon experiences. Not a huge deal to me and I’ll still keep coming back for the NexGen.

Always love getting my nails done here! Out of all Columbus salons, they take their time to make sure you are happy and get exactly what you want.

Chandy was amazing. She did the Nexgen nail service for me!!. She was very sweet and very knowledgable.she did exactly what I want and the pricing was fair, fast,quick and it looked good.

I LOVE PLUSH NAILS. EVERYONE IS AWESOME, ESPECIALLY CHANDY.I have never had any problems with my dip powder polish chipping. So far, its the only thing I have found that WILL NOT CHIP on me. I highly recommend.

Very disappointed. I had my nails dipped 8 days ago and already had to have them redone. They chipped and cracked within 48 hours. I won’t be going back.

Plush Nails is AWESOME.I need NextGen on my nails. Its that simple. And this is the place that Ill have it done from now on -- their atmosphere is inclusive, friendly and helpful, and the quality of work is second to none. Christina helped transform my nails from a hack-job I could barely stand to a beautiful french tip set of feminine, attractive nails that as durable as they are lovely.My hands have always been ugly to me, and a source of pain. Now, they are a source of pride, and Ive been complimented on the set several times. I am excited to try the different styles of nails, paints, and gems.Dont wonder whether or not you should get your nails done here. Of course you should.

I really enjoyed my gel manicure at Plush Nail Salon. The staff were friendly and my manicure turned out really nice and was reasonably priced. I really like that you can to book appointments very easily on their website. I’ve only been for manicures but I’m looking forward to coming back to try a pedicure.

Absolutely Love having my nails pampered by Chandy. She takes her time and they last for 2-3 weeks. I now get the dip and it lasts. I do a lot of cleaning and they still look shinny and healthy.

Made a 2pm appointment for my wife on a Sunday, one of only a few places open. Was a surprise before a beach vacation, knew she’d want to have her nails done.Showed up at 2pm, started pedicure right away. Was done in less than 20 minutes. Fastest “signature” pedicure that exists. Sat until 2:55PM while the girl did someone else’s nails. After sitting longer than the pedicure took, wife stood up and asked to pay.“You’re not doing your nails?”“No, thanks.”$47 for a less than 20 minutes pedicure and 35 minutes of sitting and staring at the wall. Spend your money elsewhere.

My friend owns this shop and it is super upscale, very professional, and very clean. They offer hair and nail services along with spa services. You can come here for a full beauty makeover for head to toe!

This place sucks. First, they charge 45$ for gel nails and they dont even massage your hands or even give you lotion at all. Never have I been to a place that does that. To get lotion you have to upgrade your manicure? Please. I didnt even know there were any options since my tech never told me. This place is a dump and they do a terrible job. I could have done a better job myself. They didnt even clean up my nails right and part of the gel nailed chipped before I even got out the door. They filed way too close to the nail bed, and the owner never cared in the slightest. She didnt even ask how everything was let alone care. I had to go back in and ask for them to redo it. The only pro is they have powder nails. Not worth it. Ill never go back. Orchard Nails in Powell is $35 with hand massage and great service and they even give you water or pop. I will gladly make the trek over to Powell for quality no matter what side of town I happen to be on. Save your money. This place is not worth it.

It is really something special.Why? The owner, Christina, is a genuine, friendly person who actually cares about your nail health and your overall experience. Shes not out simply to make a buck but to provide a luxurious and pampering experience. I went to get a pedicure with my mother-in-law, who had never had one before. Because of Christinas careful attention, gentle touch (even on very ticklish feet!), and meticulous care, my mother-in-law is a convert and plans to get a pedicure done regularly.I asked for a French pedicure and Christina did a clean, accurate, pretty job -- all free hand! I asked her later if she did nail art and she said that she likes to do it all freehand because she loves to draw. Shes very talented with a steady hand.I came back for a manicure and again felt comfortable and welcome in the salon. I bite my nails and wanted to use the manicure to encourage myself to stop the biting. My nails are not in the prettiest of shape because of my nibbling. Christina was not judgmental and she didnt scold me for biting (Ive had this happen in other nail salons and its such a turn-off!). She was very friendly and gave me some tips to take better care of my nails so that I will finally quit this bad habit for good.Christina makes her own exfoliating sugar scrub and its heavenly! It smells wonderful and leaves your skin very soft and smooth. Even the next day, I was touching my calves and my hands because they felt so nice.I was really impressed by my whole experience and plan to return to keep my nails healthy and beautiful.

Chandy has done my nails a few times and she always does a great job - dipped nails. I like the book online option too. I wish I could settle on this place as my nail salon but their nexgen color selection is lacking. Plush - you need to add new colors every season to maintain regular clients.

Nearly 4 hours for a combination mani/pedi with design. I arrived for my appt at 11:00 and didnt get seated till 11:20. They had overbooked, so I had to wait until their one design person was available, even though I had told them on the phone that I wanted a design. Not impressed.

Ive been going to Plush for over a year for Nexgen nails...they are fantastic. They listen to you and take care of your needs. I have very sensitive cuticles and to be honest doing nails on me is a pain (Im picky and very vocal about what I like)... but not once Ive felt like I was a burden. They take their time to make sure Im comfortable and the results are always spectacular. They have a huge color selection for nexgen and prices are reasonable. Absolutely recommended place

I got a dip manicure and the polish has chipped off in a week in a half. I went in already to get a repair before my current two nails chipped and they charged me six dollars, which I thought was crazy since I literally just got them done a day or two before. Fast forward to a week or so later, two more nails chipped. Completely unacceptable and won’t be back. They also took forever and they also charge a lot for nails that don’t even stay on.

I drive 20 minutes to have Chandy do my dip powder nails! She’s awesome, they have a huge variety of colors, are fairly priced, and work mostly by appointments- so I don’t have to sit and wait!

I was a walk in and initially wanted to get gel nail service. I was told the wait would be 25 minutes! I was told I could have a seat or walk around the plaza or come back tomorrow! Since I had to wait I decided to get my eyebrows done! While I was waiting a caucasian woman walked in for the same service and she decided to wait the 25 minutes. The Caucasian woman was offered free water soda or coffee beverages for her wait! I asked the eyebrow technician why was I not offered the same accommodation for my wait! She tried to give me some lame excuse! I walked out after paying for my eyebrows! I will NEVER BE BACK! I felt unfairly treated! My money 💰 is just as green as the next person! And no I will not recommend this place! 😡

I have been going to plush nail salon for several months and have had nothing but outstanding service each time! Chandi is always so pleasant to talk to and works hard to insure that all of her clients receive the best service and highest quality pedicures and manicures. I was a loyal gel manicure girl until I walked into plush nail salon and tried to a high end day spa in Columbus until I walked into plush and met Chandi and tried the nexgen polish. I have never had a chip or needed a repair since going to plush nail salon. Overall the price is much more affordable than other salons in town and the quality is outstanding.My only piece of advice is I highly recommend making an appointment when going there as Chandi and the other nail technician are usually quite busy!I am so happy I found plush nail salon :) 💅Thank you Chandi and the entire plush nail salon staff!

My nails chipped horribly within 48 hrs. of going to this salon. I had gone in on a TH evening for a special occasion on SAT afternoon and was very, very gentle with my nails at work (desk job) & at home until the weekend. Plain and simple, shouldnt happen, never before has happened to me, within 48 hrs. chipped, and 72 hrs. at least 4 nails were intensely chipped, and another half of the nail had fallen off. I didnt have time to go to the salon again -- I was not pleased. I noticed there was a lot of clear coat on my cuticles, also, sloppy. I had to wait for 1hr+ (ok, no biggie, it happens) & was up sold twice on product, once is ok, but right as I walked out the door? Struck me as a bit unprofessional.To their credit, they did do a good job on my pedicure, so I gave them two stars. I was overdue for a pedi, as I was holding out for the special occasion and didnt want to do it twice. For paying $80 for the service, I was not satisfied w/ the level of service I received. This wasnt my normal go-to salon, which didnt work for me schedule wise. I will not be going back to Plush Im afraid. I dont know if all their techs are like this or just the one I had, but Im not paying to find out. Ill stick to my go-to salon instead which is more cost effective and does a better job.Sorry guys.

SUPER LENGTHY, BUT HONEST REVIEW!I really wanted to like Plush Nail Salon, but they kept falling short. I went there are four separate occasions before I decided to stop giving them my money. I initially went there because I wanted to try out Nexgen on my nails. The price was great, so I decided to give them a try. The first time I went, a young lady named Mary did my nails. She did an excellent job! My nails lasted for about two weeks, and I probably could have gone for longer if I didnt care about how much they had grown out.Anyways, I scheduled my second appointment with Jay. He was fantastic and did an excellent job! However, not even a week after getting my nails done, and entire nail completely came off. Keep in mind, I get the Nexgen overlay on top of my real nails, so that meant that somehow the Nexgen didnt adhere to my real nails. I just disregarded it as something that I may have done wrong, and accepted it as a loss.My third time visiting Plush, I let Jay know what had happened to my nail, and he had let me know that it could have been from chemicals such as thing that I may clean the house with. I took a mental note of that, and made sure that I wore gloves whenever doing household chores to ensure that the same thing didnt happen with my nails again. During that visit, I got the Nexgen overlay on my natural nails for the third time. That visit took place on a Thursday, and by Sunday I had ANOTHER nail to come off, and by Tuesday morning a second one had come off and I had lifting on several of the other nails. I know for sure that I hadnt had my hands around anything that could have caused the lifting because I was on vacation for that weekend. Either way, if I am paying over $40 for a service, my nails shouldnt be messing up after less than a week.I ended up calling Plush that same Tuesday that the second nail came off to let them know what happened, and how disappointed I was. I ended up speaking with Christina, the manager, and we she scheduled for me to come in on that following Thursday.To make a long story short, I went in thinking that my nails would be repaired for free (or at a discount), but I was offered a free soak off and told that I would have to pay $38 to have them redone. This offer didnt seem fair to me especially considering that it hadnt even been five days before my nails started lifting. I also felt like the manager tried to blame to poor quality of my nails on me by saying sometimes Nexgen doesnt work for people and gel may be a better route. Or that maybe it was because I didnt get a manicure with the Nexgen polish. It was like she came up with every excuse as to why my nails came off and started lifting instead of trying to rectify the situation and make sure that I was satisfied as a paying customer.I was then told that I could receive a credit to get my nails done another day. But this was only after I mentioned that I wanted to get my nails done for my wedding. Lets just say when I called the following week to inquire about my credit, there was nothing on my account. I even left a message and my number for the manager to call me back.Just beware!Ps. Since then, I have gotten Nexgen done at another salon with no signs of lifting or nails coming off. I got them done on September 20th at the other salon without a manicure. Which leaves me to believe the application at Plush wasnt done correctly, and it has nothing to do with my nails not agreeing with Nexgen or whether I had a manicure or not.
