My nail polish lifted within 24 hours! The girl was nice but for the 100 that I’ve spent, I expect the best! Never had this happen to me at any other shop that I’ve been to that was lower in price than this. My rating is just based on the price and quality they don’t match.They didn’t even offer to credit me back at least a percentage for their mistakes.The girl fixed it but I feel like for the price I should’ve gotten a credit.Update: It’s been ONE WEEK and one of my nails have already fallen off. I do not recommend.

This was my first visit for a basic gel manicure.Alyssa was my nail tech. She was nice but for a $50 service why are my nails lifting 3 days later. I’m out of town on vacation and will have to get them redone..I should have gone some place less expensive and gotten a better quality manicure.. Now I know.

Atmosphere and professionalism were on point but the pedicure itself sucked so bad! Calluses we’re not removed, scrubbing was minimal and nail polish looked like a mess. Not going back…

This was the second time my four year old daughter and I went to get our nails done at Honey. My daughter loves this place! Melissa has done her nails both times and I cannot recommend Melissa enough! Honey accommodated us so that my daughter and I could get our pedicures at the same time. Melissa also did my gel x removal as I was getting my Deluxe Honey pedicure. Everyone at Honey went above and behind. You won’t be disappointed!

It hasn’t even been a full 7 days since I got their Luminary manicure … and it’s like peeling off as if it’s regular gel. This is ridiculous, I paid $75 for regular gel?! The nail tech guaranteed me it’d last 4 weeks even if my hands are constantly in water.Don’t waste your money

Cheyanne was amazing! I had booked the honey and sugar manicures and I couldn’t be happier. She was friendly, welcoming and professional. it was our first time there. It was also my moms birthday. Most importantly, because my mom is immune compromised, it was super clean and covid safe! Amazing experience and I highly suggest the honey and sugar manicure. I had no idea how soft it would leave our hands. Will go back!

I used to love going to this place but the quality of service has really went down the last few months while the prices keep rising. The last time I was in there a few weeks ago it was completely packed full of people I couldn’t walk through anywhere without bumping into someone. Every seat was full with employees and clients. There seems to be no Covid precautions other than a plexiglass screen between you and nail professionals. No barriers between clients who are sat 6 inches away from you.

I have had a total of three appointments and my first experience I received a pedicure, I was extremely happy and loved the atmosphere and staff.Both my 2nd & 3rd appointments were for Gel Manicure with Removal. Unfortunately I am very disappointed with both of these appointments. Since I was not happy with my first visit I made sure I made my second appointment with a different nail tech. Ended up with the same results, after letting the nail tech know I didnt want any length off my nails, they both filed my nails down below my finger tips and they were filed uneven.They also use 7 layers of gel which has a huge build up on your nails. In my experience with gel you get a natural looking finish and no build up like with acrylic. After 7 coats of gel my nails no longer has my nature arch and are thicker in the cuticle area.The staff is extremely friendly, the atmosphere and location are great but at $50 an appointment I wont be going back.

I received an express manicure. My nail polish chipped within a couple of hours and my cuticles still looked bad. I called the next day to let them know. Molly was very helpful with giving me a redo at no cost. She did my nails personally and it was a much better job.

Honey nail studio has a welcoming and clean atmosphere. My nail tech, Sarah, did an amazing job on a gelx extension! Their tools come prepackaged and sterilized and they are very persistent about keeping the environment clean. The price was well worth the quality of nails and service I recieved! In all, I highly recommend going to honey salon!

I came in for a dip powder and Savannah did an amazing job! This was one of the most pleasant experiences Ive ever had at a nail salon. Everything was super clean and all the products used smelled amazing!! The inside of the building was so cute. Very simply, but nicely decorated and created a calming atmosphere. This cute location on Hamilton Road is harder to access coming from the south so try to come from the north. They have a good amount of parking available which they share with other tenants in the strip mall.I scheduled my appointment online which was easy to access. I scheduled for Dip Manicure and they were ready for me on time which I appreciated. They have a variety of colors available. The artist was sweet and knew what she was doing. I did not receive a manicure though so the descriptions for the appointments are not accurate. She just added the dip polish and that was it.They also charge an additional $10 for removal of prior dip polish. I have been to many nail salons between Columbus and Atlanta and I have never seen a salon charge for change of polish/color for dip. For the Dip Manicure that wasnt a manicure plus the extra charge for dip removal along with time my bill was $69. This is extremely high in both the Columbus and Atlanta markets to not receive a manicure. You can get a removal and new dip for $45 w/o tip at the majority of shops and $55 for manicure so please do your research.I love the ascetic of this salon but the pricing just is not worth it for me.

I went here for a gel manicure, pedicure, and sugaring. My experience with all of the ladies working here was excellent. The salon is very clean, modern, and simply but beautifully decorated. It was so relaxing! There are complimentary refreshments as well. The massage chairs are wonderful, and I felt pampered the entire time. I will definitely be going back!

I bought my best friend a gift certificate to have a pedicure for Christmas. She had her pedicure done on Saturday. The nail technician used a tool that resembled a cheese grater on her ankles. The damage was so bad that she actually had to go to urgent care. She did go in to talk to the manager. No empathy was given at all. She in turn made my friend feel like somehow it was her fault. Apparently my friend had told her she had dry skin on her ankles. Any professional nail technician would have just used a sugar scrub on her ankles. That would have been appropriate (my opinon).The salon is 100% at fault. I feel really bad about this because Im the one that purchased the gift certificate. Waiting on a call back from state board and six on your side. I wanted to share the story for the simple fact I hope this never happens to anyone else. .... Very sad situation.... first signs of infection set in today.

I have been coming to Honey Nail Studio for the past 3 months. I’ve been impressed by the atmosphere, how sanitary everything is, and how nice the staff is. However, my last experience there was not the greatest - I had an appointment and waited between 30-45 minutes before my services started. Due to starting my services late, my pedicure and gel manicure were rushed. I knew steps were missing from my manicure and my lines of my nails were not clean. Since there are so many other studios in the area, I may try some other places before returning but I’m sure I’ll be back at some point!

I took my sister here to get her nails done here. And let me say, this place is amazing. It’s super clean, sanitary, and beautiful inside. Their salon is also properly ventilated, so the air your breathing inside is clean and fume free. They are also very kind and professional here. Their foot spas are also super sanitary. Because their chairs use “one-time use” patented jet-liner technology. If you want to go to a place that is super clean and hygienic. Go to this salon! It’s a dream compared to other nail salons in Gahanna/New Albany. Trust me.

I stopped in for a pedicure. The salon and ladies were lovely. The equipment was very clean.I will admit it was not my favorite pedicure. I went for the Signature pedicure ($68 including tip, removing my gel polish my have been extra I am not sure) and I was a little dissapointed. Although the oatmeal massage was lovely my calluses were not buffed at all.I did not read the descriptions closely, so it is possible I needed to have moved up a price range to get that service. Usually even standard pedicures buff the bottom of the feet so I did not think to look.Overall, I had a good experience and my toenails look great, but I would recommend reading what each service entails more closely than I did.

The Signature Pedicure was AMAZING!!! The atmosphere, massage and the massage chair here are top notch. I seriously feel amazing after every manicure or pedicure I have with Melissa. I especially love the sanitary enhancements they have here at Honey Nail Studio!!

WOW! What a hidden gem on N. Hamilton Rd! I cant say enough great things about this new nail studio! I had the signature honey manicure and pedicure. I enjoyed the oatmeal foot bath, exfoliating sugar scrub, massage and hydrating body butter. They also have an amazing selection of nail colors. The team is friendly, talented and attentive, and walk-ins are welcome. The studio itself is clean, modern, beautiful and relaxing. I cant wait to go back for another mani/pedi and to try one of their other services such as their sugaring hair removal.

Very sanitary and clean nail salon- they autoclave their utensils and sanitize the pedicure stations after customers. Atmosphere was relaxing and the nail techs honestly gave me the best mani/pedi Ive ever gotten. Prices are very reasonable- especially in comparison to W nail salon, who dont even provide as good as a mani/pedi. I usually dont write reviews, but I want to make sure this place stays in business because I finally found a nail salon that I can trust and its the only place Ill go to!
