I called Nail Art today and politely let them know I was not happy with the shape and polish (it was old and chunky) that was used on my nails when I came in a week ago. They were able to get me back in the same day I called. Henry went above and beyond to make sure my nails were perfectly shaped and did a great job with the polish! No charge at all, but I did tip him for the trouble. Thank you Henry for fixing me up! I love my new nails! Will def be back! 🙂

By appt only. I was able to make an appt same day I called. Excellent job. Friendly, make u feel like family. Mask required, dividers/ shields to protect everyone in the shop.**update** my gel polish lasted 1 month with no chips or the whole nail polish peeling off. Extremely satisfied

My first time there, I was treated with discrimination. I was told to wash my hands But the Caucasian wasnt told too. Also I noticed this nail shop picks and choses what pedi you can get. For example : I just wanted a basic pedi. But apparently only on Monday-Weds its available. I never been to a nail shop where they say you cant get a basic pedi. They overcharge for gel. I normally pay 15 bucks instead of 20 doallars. Also the lady didnt ask which polish I wanted. She chose gel polish instantly. I do not like the fact they think its okay to make decisions for your services. So tgey can get more money from you. Not to mention treat Caucasians differently then Black African Americans. You treat everyone the same not because of their ethnicities. I refused to get service. I walked out. It seem very discriminatory at this nail location. I didnt deserve their disrespect. Especially telling me to wash my hands. But the other person did not‼

Love them! They do an excellent and amazing job on my feet. I dont have any complaints when I leave. And the have refreshment you can buy. Very clean and smells great. You can see the TVs from every view in the shop. And I do like their prices. Please check them out, to me they offer 5🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟👍🤗

They did an excellent job for myself. They did go a little too rough on my daughter and it burnt her nail when they touched the paint to her damaged skin. The ceiling has a large gap in it which really hurts the feel of cleanliness and decor. Their prices are very reasonable.

They charged me a while chipotle meal just to get my nails painted .. 17$ for plain white toe nails is. Too much there’s places that’ll charge 10 or 5 $ for just a simple nail painting

They do a great job with artificial nails! Only place I’ve never had an issue with nails coming loose etc. Staff are all friendly. My go to place for nails!

They all are good.. But Henry is great! The pedis are really good.... I dont care for Henrys wife she is really cold.. Everyone is really nice I think. The place is clean, no loud music playing (Lee nails ), drinks/chips, and decent prices.

I just took my daughter here today...I used to go here years ago and i was reminded of why I stopped. I kindly asked the man who was giving my daughter her pedicure to get out some clean utensils and he looked at me like it was a chore....the stuff they had sitting out looked disgusting! We will not be going back. I went out of convenience, but making the drive to my other nail shop will never be an issue again.

Everyone was nice but it look like a 10 year old did my nails. The acrylic is to thick, Henry cut them way to short, my cuticle still look horrible, and it look like a need a fill in although I just got them done yesterday. Wont be returning.

MIKE, w ith glasses was horrible at everything today!, he didnt bother asking whether l wanted short or long nails, nor how l wanted my nails filed (square /round), .....then dug deep while filling the corner of one of my nails that made me snatch my hand out of his 😩😡😡😡 ...my nails dont look professionally done at all.I go to this nail arts salon from time to time, Today was the worst experience ever !😞😞😞🙄🙄🙄😒😒😒. No apologies or nothing .....l kept directing him on how to do it geeeeze!!.....l WILL NEVER HAVE ANYTHING DONE BY Mike!

First time I tried this place and they did a horrible job. I had a picture of what I wanted done and it looks like she just blobbed paint all over my nails. I would not recommend it and will not be going back ever again.

The worst they have no management skills..they can not multitask..and they use old acrylic...2 nails broke the next day.. they were uneven and you can see not enough acrylic on some cause you can see where the fake nail was attached threw the nail..i came in at 11 am left out at 1:45 got full set, pedicure and eye brow they couldnt do eyebrow cause she was doing nails and instead of saying hold on to the nail customer and do my eye brow they wanted me to wait a hour for her to get done and ive been there for 3 she came after me and for a hour the brow tech did nothing and could of did me but sat there while i was getting my feet done which took over an hour....on a good note the massage chair was good..smh

I go to henry everytime but everyone is nice and shows good character . But I dont like how they talk In there language in front of customers .

This place i use to like but when i sit for 40 mins and they cant do my nails and i was here first and they take someone eles yep i will take my business eles where..Fyi they messed my nails up and i wanted to have them fixed and they couldnt do it ...so i say take your business else where i spend 80.00 everytime i come here ..its your loss
