Great use of space. Full dumbell rack, cable machine, TRX straps, treadmills, ellipticals, smith machine, some free weights for the short and EZ curl bar. Seems well maintained and frequented by people with good ettiquete and put thier equipment back when done. Should be able to get consistenly good workouts whatever your style is.

The gym is fine. It’s nice that it’s 24 hour access. The facilities are limited compared to other gyms.I had an issue with them when I went to cancel my membership. After voicing my complaints they did fix the issue. I have to say it took more effort than I would have liked, but at least they fixed it.

Josh and Jordan were so nice. I signed up but had to cancel almost immediately after unfortunately but I can tell why they have great reviews. Clean place, new machines, this place has it.

I am new here. The gym is small but perfect. Everything you need to get in whatever shape you are looking for. I am an experienced lifter and love this place and all that it offers in its equipment, wonderful machines and even better dumbell selection. Quiet, never busy and legit. Better than that purple gym, bruh.

Ive been going to this gym for a few months now and am just as satisfied as day 1. The machines are always clean and I can tell care has been put into the place (all machines were given replacement cushions and upholstery not long after starting at this gym). Its never really that packed, so most of the time I can use the equipment I want to without a wait. Highly recommend this gym.

A small but clean and unique gym. Staff was very friendly and helpful in getting me set up with a day pass.

No frills, but all basic equipment needs are covered. Great location for those living in GV. 24 hour access is a nice touch for early birds or people who have an urge for a late night work out. Lastly, cant beat the price comparatively speaking to other offers in the area.

Affordable 24 hr access gym!! Great new management and trainers. Unfortunantly no free weights. But they have everything else!

Ive made a lot of progress in my personal health and fitness since I started working with a trainer here, and the gym in general is available for members 24/7, well-equipped, casual, and non-intimidating. Highly recommended.

Very small with older sometimes dirty equipment. Nice that it is keycard access and open all hours, but not the best gym in the area.

Never pushy, relaxed atmosphere, and good folks running the show. Kinda limited on gear, but I wouldnt trade my membership for any other club. HOWEVER, they need to buy shovels for when it snows haha.

Aside from some parking challenges, this gym is perfect. I live close enough that I normally walk anyway as a warm up.

Reasonable cost, 24/7 access and has all the equipment I need.
