I love this gym. A true place to work on yourself and your own personal fitness goals. The staff is always friendly and helpful.

This place is one of the worst places to workout. The staff is always extremely rude and disrespectful. Their policies and rules are terrible which is one of the biggest reasons I canceled my membership. The gym I use now is top notch and so much better, but then again, just about anywhere is better than this place. Yes, I pay more elsewhere, but I would rather pay more and have a better environment and experience than deal with these people. Don’t waste your money.

This is my first time going to a planet fitness where every sanitation station was full. They were on top of social distancing. The equipment was well maintained. Plus it was incredibly clean! The front desk associate was very friendly. This is also the only location that is still 24hrs.

Great gym, most equipment is available and not super packed.. Only downside is they havent gone back to 24 hours. 5 stars when we are back to that 24/7 grind.

I love going to PF!! My boyfriend is a boxer and personal trainer and spends a lot of time here. I am able to enjoy that time with him as well as keep my mom bod of 5 in shape. Very clean and non judgemental. A great place to just escape and get your mind right or blow off some steam. Highly recommended!!

Really great gym! Very clean and the staff is very friendly. Only downside is we are post pandemic and the gym still isn’t 24 hours.

I love my membership here never over crowded, clean, all the equipment I need, no one bothers me, easy access to everything. The staff is very helpful and quick to fix the small issue I did have.

As far as Planet Fitnesses go its one of the nicest Ive ever seen. Very clean, nice additional options like the 360 area. Plenty of space, well kept and a friendly staff. For $21 a month the Black Card is worth it, you get a girt at any location and access to the black card spa with hydro massage, tanning and more.

Staff is friendly and it seems clean. I like this location as it doesnt seem as crowded as some of the others. That said, one day they were closed and online it said they were open, the door said it was within hours of operation as well. So Im not sure what was going on there. My recommondation would be to please update your Google listing if you are going to be closed.

Has all the equipment you need to get a good workout. Place is clean. Only recommendations from me would be to add benches to the changing areas. Something that can be cleaned easily. Those chairs arent getting it. Always nice to relax afterwards 👍

Been going here for a while since its close to my job. I actually train at other gyms but the environment and atmosphere is chill. I actually suffered heart issues and heat stroke while at the gym; I was in the parking lot clutching my chest, and almost passed out. The manager and another member saw me and cooled me down and called the ambulance while staying out there with me. I couldve been in serious trouble but she saved me. Say what you want about PF but these guys care and to that, I thnak you.

Update- the tanning beds could really be cleaned a little better!! They are usually good when there is a designated cleaner on duty, but then the front desk staff has to clean them too then there are usually still lotion smears on the plexiglass!! I wouldnt mind waiting a little longer for an extra clean bedBlack card membership is soooooo worth it! Ive only ran into 1 staff member that was not pleasant and have not seen her since! The team at south high is a very nice group of hard working employees!! And they all have good attitudes even when they are under staffed and over worked!!

Clean, staff was iffy, I would like to suggest towels for showering. Even pre-covid this was not an option. Bring your own. Also the gym closed at 7, had no idea until I tried to tan at 7. This should be announced, an hour prior and and every 15 mins. Ppl were still working out... Wont be back to this location😟😬

This place is actually nice. The people and the staff are cool. It does get quite busy sometimes, usually the closer toward mid afternoon/ evening. I try to go around 11ish most times and its usually decent.

PF itself is great, updated facilities, clean, friendly staff, lots of space and equipment. Where it is located leaves a lot to be desired though

Need more variety of equipment. When I go to the other gyms they have more variety of equipment to use. The gym is losing people to other gyms because of it.

I wish I could express in words how awful the staff at this gym are. Barely Covid compliant with their masks but will come talk to couples who work out together, the bathrooms are disgusting, and they’re just rude. They act like they can hardly be bothered to do their jobs or get off their cell phones.

Nice place to go work out. Has tanning beds. Massage chairs and hydro massage beds(which is my favorite). Lots of equipment to work out on.

Workers are terrible at helping people waiting to check in or get a tanning bed. Sat patiently for over 20 mins for a bed that wasn’t even being used and even after standing right beside the check in the staff could have cared less. Lol these guys are young and lazy.

Love PF and S High has great tanning beds and the pretty lights....

The ladies at the front desk are so curtious and helpful, everything is clean, they have sanitizing stations everywhere, theres a wide variety of machines to workout at (My personal favorite is the stairs), everyone is social distancing, and the best part is that after a long workout you can get a massage chair, my favorite massage chair was the hydromassage one.

Great place, I love coming here. Not to crowded either.

Its cool, sometimes I could use a machine and il see somebody on it sitting there texting, but nah its pretty clean, safe and most people in there seem safety conscious, Ive seen 2 not wipe down a machine after use in about 3 months of going there, and its normally not too crowded

Great place to work out at the only issue the closing on the weekends, why do we pay the same price as other planet fitness’s but close so early on the weekends. It would be nice if they closed at least by 10pm... 7pm is way to early. Some people are just getting off work. Other than that great place.

Why are we still paying full price a yr later, when they are no longer open 24 7. The showers are closed and half of the equipment is shut down?

I come in 5 days a week, Im greeted coming in and going out. There is always an employee sanitizing the equipment. Even the members are doing their part. I really enjoy Planet Fitness on South High.

As I went to get rid of my dad bod, people greet me at the front door. The doors are open, the stations are marked for social distance and everything is clean. There is plenty of tissue and disinfectant to go around. It is pretty empty when I go and Im not telling when that is.

In our post apocalypse re-opening, this Planet Fitness balances cleanliness without the utter paranoia of our new normal. The place is clean and the staff is very attentive to keeping it that way without playing mother hen in refreshing contrast to some (most?) businesses. Thanks for exercising (😉) common sense!

The staff are always friendly. Great location if you live in the South part of Columbus. Although at times there are quite a bit of people, I have not had to wait to use any machines or equipment. I like the way the weight machines are organized. I can cover a lot of muscle groups, just going down the line, without feeling like I am overworking any particular area. When I need cardio, I have plenty of options.They are open Monday 5:00 am through Friday 9:00 pm and then 7:00 am - 7:00 pm on Saturday and Sunday. I would like for them to be open 24 hours on my stay awake nights, but that is the only con for this location.

Very disappointed by Planet Fitness on South High Street, so discontinued my account.There was some discrepancy with my billing on my account which I took care of; I never like to have any discrepancy on my account.I was misinformed and told to my account was clear last year, so after one year and upon arriving at the Columbus location today Im informed that theres a late fee from 2018.Most disheartening part is after talking with the desk person who is very positive the manager was standing right there and never came in and asked if they can look into the matter, so I politely pay the late fee and terminate it my contract with Planet Fitness on South High St in Columbus Ohio.Maybe the organization felt I was just Joe blow from the streets and they didnt care if I terminated my contract or not!Go figure!!

Good place to work out with friendly staff. My only complaint is that this location is only open 24 hours Monday-Thursday.Fri-Sun this location closes earlier which is tough if youre a 2nd or 3rd shift worker.

Nice clean facilities, has more variety in equipment that other PFs Ive been to... but I hate theyre not open 24/7 or atleast 24 hrs on the weekend. I work nights and its the best time for me to go, which is why I chose PF.

This location is a bit older, but its still great. The two fans keep the temperature perfect and the staff keeps it very clean. I would still recommend this location.

I really love this place, and the people Who work there. They are all very kind and helpful with anything you ask them.. Planet Fitness has the best tanning beds Ive ever been in,, LOVE THEM ! they have several different beds to choose from and stand up beds as well, they always keep them clean. With new bulbs. The massage chairs are wonderful, they massage from your head down to your ankles, you adjust the pressure and type of massage that you want. The Hydro massage is another AWESOME massage. It massages with high pressure warm water, it also massages from your head to your ankles, feels awesome..planet fitness is worth paying $ 21 dollars a month to be able to work out, tan, and do as many massages as you want. You cant even get a unlimited tanning packet for 21 dollars.😀 GREAT PLACE, I AM HAPPY I BECAME A MEMBER..

Overall a pretty enjoyable place to workout. It’s very clean and equipment still feels new. There’s a good mix of all types of people and never feels too crowded and all the members have been friendly. The locker rooms/bathrooms are usually fine but could use a few more clean ups through out the day.

I am a regular member and I just wanted to say thank you for keeping the facility clean. Maya, Keegan and others do a good job👍👍👍

Cant be beat for $10/month. Clean, working equipment, close to home. The shower curtains are way too small. Might as well not have them at all and I dont like how they have a ton of candy sitting out and often free pizza...i mean, its a gym. Other than that it is the best bang for the buck.

The customer service here is terrible. Rude workers at the front desk. They almost NEVER acknowledge me or say hior have a nice day when I leave. They always ignore me.This location is ALWAYS packed with hundreds of people and I can hardly ever get on the machines I need to use. I get people want to get in shape but what this place needs to do is expand and invest in more space.

Ive been working out here steadily since July and I dont have any complaints. The equipment is clean and the staff is friendly. If youre there consistently, youll see familiar faces. The only issue is that the locker rooms get a little smelly, but I expect that from any gym.

Planet Fitness is awesome!! The staff is friendly, the equipment is in tip-top shape, they offer massage chair rooms, there is an area dedicated solely to working out your abs, the locker/shower rooms are always clean and you just cant beat the monthly price. No one makes you feel uncomfortable about your shape or size and depending on your level of membership, you have the option to work with a trainer at no additional cost. Im so happy I joined. Ive only been going a little over a month and have already lost 10 pounds!!

Everything you need is there for either a quick workout or longer workout. Equipment is always available. No one bothers you, ever. Wish they had a swimming pool and that membership dues could be paid ahead instead of being FORCED to pay by Automatic Debit.

When is the Grand Opening date for the South high St, Columbus location? Very happy to have a gym close to home now! I was a Black Card member last year by stopped going due to the drive. Definitely enjoyed the other location so I gave 5 stars! Cant wait to be back in the gym!

The staff are always nice and friendly. I go in the am before work and its usually pretty empty, which I enjoy. This place is clean and new. I like the staff, the equipment, the tanning beds, and massage chairs. The only thing i am not a huge fan of is the changing area by the showers, the changing stall is not attached to the shower like most gyms I have been to so you have to move your bag.

Good place to work out. A comfortable overall atmosphere. There just needs to be a few more free weight options

Planet Fitness really is a no judgment zone. I feel relaxed and refreshed after a workout. The machines are modern. The locker room is cleaning. I love the Hydro massage bed!

Still fixing things up. However equipment is new. Need recycle trash cans for the bottles of water etc that you can buy there. Just designate one cause Im not going out behind PF to use the dumpster.

Its a gym. What can you say about a gym? It is modern, yet it is dingy. The cleaning could definitely be picked up a notch, but otherwise is good.

I go to this gym just about every day. The staff is friendly and the facility is always clean. The only negative I would say is that when equipment is out of order, it seems to stay that way for a while, but other than that, you can expect a great experience every time.

I enjoy working out here. The place is always clean. They have plenty of equipment. It is a great value for your money and the exercising experience!!

This isnt my home gym that I signed up with but the workers are nice. My 1st time here they showed me around and explained about the equipment that my home gym doesnt have. They were very helpful. Not as much equipment as the the usual one that I go to but its nice inside and well maintained.

The club in general is very clean. I love having access to the amenities. I did however feel as though the staff gave me a little push back about using some of the amenities by stating they wont be available until clean. When I asked when they would be available, the response was when I get done cleaning them. It made me hessitant about asking the next time I came in.

Facility is nice and clean. Staff is hit or miss, either very friendly and helpful or extremely disinterested and obviously bored.

Great atmosphere. All the equipment that I have used has been working so they seem to keep up with thier maintenance. I have not done any of the spa stuff yet but plan on it.
