Everyone was knowledgeable about training me. And were very careful about which weight usage to use, so that I want re-injure past injuries. Will be going back. Excellent staff
My fitness journey with 4.0 began during the height of COVID. After months of sitting around and inactivity, I was fat, tired and sluggish. I had headaches, I felt bad and looked bad. I met with Coach Terrence Flowers (Coach T-Flow) and he laid out a diet and fitness plan that he thought would help me attain my fitness goals. I was a little skeptical at first because the plan seemed a ambitious (to say the least). He showed me pictures of his own fitness journey (of how he went from being 350 pounds to looking like a Greek god). I gave it a try, I followed the diet, went to the gym every morning 4 days a week and worked with Coach. Now, I look better, feel better, sleep better, and I’m stronger, healthier and happier than I’ve been in my entire life. There were times I wanted to quit—it was hard on those mornings you just didn’t feel like doing anything—but Coach was there to motivate and encourage me. Coach is great at the training but he is also great at talking with me about the things that are going on in my life and affecting my mind-state (and training). Coach is almost like a guru or therapist mixed with a Zen master. I’m forever grateful for the lasting, permanent change he’s made to my body and character.
Great for a drop in work out or for individual/group training . Boxing lessons, kids and preteen fitness also available. ! Would recommend!
Great workouts and meal plans from young to up in age the personal one on one need is met while operating in a group setting. Fun motivating and also still a little competitive but friendly competition for you too. I’d recommend it for sure.
This place is amazing ! The trainers are friendly and down to earth! Definitely feel like family. But they definitely will kick your butt and keep you motivated!
This is a awesome place with very friendly trainers. The workout put a little hurt in those place you need. Been going twice a day for the second week. Will continue. On a mission with there help going places.
