The owner is cool but the young man working for him miss diagnostics test! He told me something was wrong with my car and that wasnt the problem. Im gald I got a second opinion!

This place rocks! 20 minutes to get 2 tires mounted & balanced. He even replaced the valve stems. Amazing job! We always come here for tires. Love this place! Got 2 brand new Wranglers for the truck for $183. Not bad!

Always the best deal on tires! I have gotten a full set of new tires on 2 different cars in the last 3 years from them. Tires come with great warranty! They expanded the inside space and can now work inside on more than 1 car. I like the owner. The crew are decent as well.

I took my car In because of shaking and noise. They said my tires were bad. I ordered 4 new tires had them put on and alignment. Still was making noise. They said it was the struts. I ordered the struts took the car back. They put them on. The car was still making noise. They said it was the bearings. I bought 2 Bearings. I got my car back it was worse than when I started. They had broken a piece and tried to weld it back together. They did a terrible weld. The piece I need to buy that they messed up is 400 never going back there again. 1300 didnt fix my car and is not even drivable.

Ginas is the best place to for fixing your car and very cheap. I love the man that owns the place very nice person.

I had been coming to them for 10 years and usually stayed around to supervise since, I’m also a mechanic. The owner always seemed nice and Jason always did solid work. I dropped of a vehicle to be done unsupervised and the only time I had ever done that. I brought parts and they called me the next day to let me know it was finished and I could pick it up. Everything seemed fine until the brakes started squealing loudly. I brought it back and come to find out that the new hardware for the brakes that I brought to be used was laying there unused. I paid for work that wasn’t done and that is why it failed. The owner argued with me loudly and even threateningly. He became increasingly aggressive. I am done with this shop. DO NOT GO TO GINA’S TIRES. WHERE YOU SAVE MONEY, YOU GET SHODDY WORK!!!

Fine to go here in a pinch but thats it.Prices seem to go up and down depending on whos there, what day, and their mood.Be careful that they dont try to overcharge you on different things. Also watch your tire size! They will try to put a tire on thats similar but not the same size.They also really dont stand behind their work. Tried to have an alignment done on two vehicles, but because the vehicles are too new they cant do it.If youre rolling on a flat or desperately need Something done and they are close they are okay in a pinch.

Great service. These guys explain what they are doing during service work. Bob is fair and always treats customers with respect. Highly recommended for a good deal.

Customer service was very rude and pushy

Small shop off Sulivant Ave. I have taken multiple cars there and they dealt with all my average repairs. If they feel like they cant do the job they will tell you. I like there honesty and integrity the shop owner and his employees have. Also the price is right. I first took my car to Midas and got an estimate on the brakes and the estimate was $806.14. I then heard of Ginas tires from a friend and took the Midas estimate to them to see what they could do. They beat it by over $500. I was shocked. Lets face it folks they are not your average repair shop that charges over $75 an hour to work on your car. They will get you in and out and the price is way fair.

Was VERY rude to me when coming in for an alignment. Payed cash up front for the service, and when it couldnt be completed due to a bad bearing, they refused to give me my money back. They kept the whole charge of an alignment just for putting my car on the lift and shaking the tire. I HAD TO EVEN DRIVE IT OFF THE RACK.

These guys did a great job on my avenger. They put on brand new brakes, pads and new battery. Very nice staff and owner.

I have had tires repaired several times and two weeks ago,I was on my way to wallmart to buy two new tires,but I decided to stop in at GINAS to check their price.THEY sold me tires(10 ply) same price of Walmart and gave me free fee mounting and balance...a savings of 40 dollars...GREAT SERVICE! I am going back tomorrow to get two more...

Terrible. They tell us before alignment can be done we need new tie rods. We leave a week later come back after we replaced the tie rods. Just to be told theyre bad and need changed? So we told them we already replaced them and they went ahead and did the alignment. Then about 3 weeks later. My tie rod just falls off. They were the last people to touch my car. Imagine if I was on the freeway and this happened. So I went and told the OWNER what happened and told him I want a refund. Just for the alignment. Not including the cost I paid for towing and a new tie rod AND the labor. I asked for my $50 back. Instead I have to go about this the hard way and take them to court.

Wish I could give ZERO stars. Overpriced and poor quality of work. If you dont value your vehicle ...Ginas is the place to tear it up

I took my 2003 cadillac escalade truck to them for a tire patch on the in side of my 24 tire so they did then he put it on my truck I get almost to mobile on ogden ave right b for broad and my wheel fell off completely so I had to go back to the shop to have them fix my truck they did think god I wasnt on the freeway but now my tire still leaks I take it back they told me to come back tomorrow if it lost air I will check it I told him it was flat for I came here they r a joke of tire shop
