I called about an antifreeze leak and needing a coolant flush. I spoke to Fred. He took the time to allow me to explain what we were experiencing with the vehicle and he expressed some areas of concern. His willingness to help made us feel comfortable. He was honest and straight forward. We took the vehicle to him for the service and he went above and beyond checking the entire health of the vehicle and providing honest recommendations without pressure. I strongly recommend this location and encourage speaking to Fred. We have never had a better experience at any other maintenance/repair shop.

Fred was very helpful and informative. He exceeded my expectations. I dropped in early in the morning and he was able to assist with my tire that was loosing air. I would recommend this location to anyone.

First few interactions were great. To the point and got me what I needed. However, the third time I brought my car in to solve a sound issue, I left with my car making 10x more noise (even while idling now). I was assured the mechanic knew what the issue was. After we went through the process which they assured me would fix the issue, it turns out it did not. Now, I understand sometimes you cant know whats happening inside an engine without opening it up. But to say a procedure will fix a sound issue and then for them to turn around and say they actually need to open up the whole engine after cleaning, seems incredibly dishonest. Its bad practice to not inform clients of potential risks associated with cleaning and diagnostic processes. On top of all this, they left spatters of fuel injection cleaning fluid all over the Inside of the engine bay and even on the outside paint near the opening of the hood. After changing oil, they also didnt bother to clean up drips on the engine cover.

Amazing people from my experience. This is only the second time I’ve used this location and the gentleman recognized me. I realize this may sound odd to some, however, I appreciate it. My service was done quickly and I will be sure to return with any additional services I need for my vehicle.

Dropped my truck off to them, got my estimate, decided to opt out of having them service my vehicle. Upon picking my vehicle up and getting it home and trying to exit my vehicle, I found a scratch down the length of my truck, and I found that I couldn’t open my door from the inside which had never been an issue up to now.When I asked Fred “The district manger” to review camera footage of me exiting my vehicle to drop it off and CLEARLY OPENING MY DOOR FROM THE INSIDE WITH NO PROBLEM, his response was quite literally “Yea, I’m not going to that, have a good day”. Reached out to Chris Early who is supposedly over top of Fred, he said that he and Fred spoke and they weren’t going to do anything to remedy the situation.I’ve opened up a case with Meineke Customer Service, the attorney general’s office and the BBB. It’s pretty disappointing that they won’t even entertain checking the cameras to see me exit my vehicle with no problems, that’s phenomenal customer care.

This was my first time going here or getting my car serviced so I was nervous they would try to over charge me. I was pleasantly surprised because they were honest, polite and quick. Thw mechanic cane out to explain what was wrong woth my car and answered any questions I had. I will definitely be back for any servicing my car needs. Fred was very nice, helpful and seemed honest.

Catalytic converter was stolen, cost to replace it everywhere else was over double what Meineke charged. Fixed it quickly, worked well with insurance for payment, and were helpful all around.

I was getting ready to go on a trip. The engine light came on a few days before we were set to leave. I took it to Meineke & the manager & his mechanics took good care of me.

Completely satisfied. The car mechanic has very good knowledge on my car and he did at its best. He explained what caused the problem and the services that he did to make it work good. Now my car is back on road and it is properly functioning. I definitely recommend this Meineke Car Care Center.

Just dont seem willing to work with you. I went to a independent owner mechanic instead.

Gentleman at the front desk was very knowledgeable about everything that was needed done to the vehicle. Said hes been doing this for 40 years so I definitely trusted what he had to say. Called within an hour (it wasnt too busy that day) to tell us what all was needed/ wrong with vehicle. Was able to use a coupon code from their website to help with my final price. Price was a little above my expectations however it was needed done and decided to give the go ahead. Car is running good & no problems afterwards, Thank you!

This place is awesome! My husband referred me to this location. I asked them for an oil change and also to check on my tires as they started affecting the drive quality and caused my concern for safety to rise. Everything was taken care of at a very reasonable price. I will definitely be returning!Edit date: Oct 13,2020Edited to add: my car feels so much better! Obviously 4 new tires would make the drive feel much better but the alignment was also done really well in my opinion. Im kind of OCD when it comes to certain things and wheel alignment is strangely one of them. It was such a relief to see my steering wheel completely straight with the direction of my tires whereas at other places I notice an ever so slight tilt as I traveled straight. Feels nice to not have tire anxieties anymore!

Muffler fell and was dragging....didnt know who to take car to so just went with reviews about Meineke on line..called and got right in .was told could fix that day..after checking car out gave me a choice of new muffler or repair..couldnt afford new..so they did great job repairing my old muffler..staff friendly and helpful with questions I had..would reccomend and use their services again..

They are the worst, they have no idea what they are doing. They are willing to damage your property if you dont like their price and want to move on to a different shop. I cant even open my truck aftet them. Dont go here.

Very poor service. Dissatisfied and disappointing. Brought car in due to noise on driver side front when turning steering wheel. Charged $387 to resolve issue. Same issue. Back at shop waiting for same issue to be resolved.

Went there on a Saturday. Super friendly staff. Oil change only took about 20 minutes as opposed to the hour plus Ive had to wait at other service stations. They didnt try to sell me anything other than what I was there for. Definitely recommend

Meineke on Old Courtright Rd. is competent and transparent. I never leave there feeling like I have been taken advantage of. Although it can be a tad bit pricey, I rather pay the higher price for assurance that the work is done right, and backed by warranty. Everyone there is friendly, helpful and pleasant. Mary her father, and the rest of the team are amazing.

Quickly in and out, they even filled up my wind shield wiper fluid, edit: fourth or fifth time oil change, doesn’t disappoint.

I was very pleased with the level of service I recieved. The manager, Fred, was very knowledgeable. He answered all of my questions, and even explained how the front and rear brakes wear differently.

I got there at 12pm I was out of there by 12:15pm they hit me right in and also aided air to my tire. I went in to get my AC recharged. They was very friendly and nice and very kind.

I went in at 3pm looking to get a catback exhaust installed on my Mustang, knowing they closed at 6. Other places told me it was going to be a long, tough job, and they seemed aggravated. The guys here pulled me immediately into the shop and had me completely done in one hour. They knew exactly what they were doing. The cost was extremely fair too. I am so thankful for this shop. My new car sounds awesome!!!

They were professional and friendly and they got me in and did the oil change and right back out again. I could get other things done. I have used this Meineke on Old Courtright Road for years and I will continue using them for my oil changes.

I took my car to Midas and they replaced my timing chain, water pump, balancing cam, ect... but gate they did that my engine was loud and they said “it just sounds like new parts” I brought it to my local Meineke on old Courtright rd and they found out my boot was loose and barely on and were able to give me a lot more info than the other shop. Very good at explaining things and getting you in an out as fast as they can.

Love the work. I do not like the first quote being the highest. Also the tech left a pack of un opened swisher sweets in my truck. That makes me look like Im into something that Im not. Be professional leave your things in your own car.

I honestly would give 0 stars if I could. I visited this location to have my headlights replaced and was given an estimate of $70 or so. I received a call that told me to come pick up my car and when I got there I was told that the price had increased “a little” because they had to remove the bumper. They ended up charging me $160 (tax not included) that is not A little. And they should’ve have called me before putting the stinking lights in because I would have went to jiffy lube and had them do it for $80. Really ruined my day because they waxed me, I will not be going back :(

Actually this is the worst place I have ever taken my car. They dont know what they be doing. I was told a problem with my car and in the end, that wasnt the problem. They ended up telling me three different problems on three different occasions, thus making me to spend more than I expected. The management wasnt respectful to me at all after I complained. If my advise is worthy to you, dont take your car over there.

My go to shop for inspections and electrical work! Most work is same day service. Yes they are high priced but they can do just about anything.
