I bought my car in February which they had to jump it just for me to get off the lot! I was told the next day my car would be inspected and I would also receive a detail because the car was dirty when they sold it to me!! They did detail the car but nothing was replaced especially the battery. I’ve been paying for a car that’s now sitting on the side of the road for a few months now! When I called my salesman his boss jump on speaker and told me after they replaced my battery I could never come to the shop and get anything fixed on my car!! That they sold me half runningDishonest, and looking to make a sale!! I wouldn’t recommend anybody to buy a car from here!! Sad because this was my first car experience and they ruined it for me. Been out for f work electric got cut off and we didn’t have no food for weeks! I was told for months they will help but never not one time have they called me, I have to call them and be disrespected because they can’t understand my frustration especially when I’m paying unmost rent prices for car!!

Greg did a great job helping us find and purchase our new Jeep. They drove the Jeep we wanted to test drive from another location to the Morse rd location and had it ready for us to look at before we arrived. They worked with us on getting a great price and did a wonderful job handling our paperwork while having to deal with our two restless kids. They tell you what you want to hear, especially if your paying Cash.. I bought a 25,000 car 10 months ago and Ive had 2 tires blow out because no tread on the other side of the tire (where you cant see)..I also had to do a All around Break Job.. And guess what, They said they did an inspection... If they did, why wasnt my breaks replaced... I wish I could Post Pictures.. You should Never have to Replace Tires and Breaks on a 25,000 car within 10 months... Lesson Learned, Have your car inspected yourself While on your test drive, what looks Good aint Always Good..

My experience with Miracle Motor Mart(MMM) was certainly mixed with more negative than positive. It started off with the car I was looking for being listed at their East location, but after checking in at MMM East I was informed that the specific vehicle I was looking for was actually up on Morse Rd, which wasnt the biggest deal. The sales staff at MMM East were all very pleasant and if not for the bad experience which I will detail shortly, I would return.I test drove a recent model full size sedan, I had done my research on that particular car, down to the oil changes the car received while under warranty. The car had been freshly cleaned on the exterior and the interior was actually very well maintained for sitting at a dealer for up to a years time. One thing I noticed on the test drive was that the car had very little fuel left in the gas tank.I arrived back to the dealer and proceeded with the purchase of the vehicle. Prior to looking for cars I got a approval letter for credit from a lender and had brought that in to the dealer once my decision was made. Without informing me prior to them doing so, they ran my credit through three other lenders, I found out because of a credit alert I received. This was the first big thing that got me. I had discussed that issue with the manager that day and he was understanding and polite about it.However during my sit down to work to finalize paperwork, they tried to hard sell me on services that I just did not want, as I work on cars myself. The car only had one key fob for the smart key system, which is needed to start the vehicle, and they were unwilling to provide the second key fob for me unless I bought one or more of the additional packages they were selling. I understand I could have walked away, and this was their way of making money but it left a very sour taste in my mouth. They also told me something would be in the service contract regarding a wear item that I do not see in the final paperwork as was promised, but I didnt believe a wear item would be covered regardless.The next sticking point for me comes with the actual delivery of the vehicle to my possession. During my talks with the manager while finalizing sale I requested that the fuel tank have gas added to it, which should be the standard when purchasing a $20,000+ car. When I took delivery the next day after having the car detailed it was clear they never attempted to put a drop of gas in; the cars distance to empty reading stated please refuel instead of giving any estimate of mileage with the gas gauge firmly planted on E.The final sticking point for me is regarding the servicing and detailing they provided, I should mention it was at no charge and I did NOT request it to be done. The drivers seat was obviously not cleaned or had any recent leather product applied, their car scent device was a urinal cake looking thing that they stuck in the passenger door, and the detailing they did obviously didnt cover any of the windows on the car because the car still had the dusty haze all over the inside windows that I would expect from a vehicle originally purchased (new) from a dealer out in farm country.Overall I can say they do deserve at least one star due to the very professional interaction I had with the sales staff at MMM East, but the service staff and sales staff at MMM Morse Rd heavily tilted the scale towards the negative.

Our experience at Miracle was fantastic. We werent really sure what we were looking for but knew we had a budget to stick to so our salesman, Destry, showed us multiple vehicles. He was very patient and took the time to give us information on them and allowed us test drive all of them to make sure we very totally satisfied and comfortable with our new vehicle. He was also very good with our two children that we had with us. The trade in process was also very smooth and we ended up driving away in a vehicle that fit both our family and our budget.

My wife and I had a great experience at MMM about a week ago. Out salesperson, Tony, was really great and personable and treated us very well. They had a great selection, even though we were looking at one car in particular. The car we wanted to look at was at their other location, but they were really kind about bringing it the ~45 min drive to the Morse Road location. The financing process was quick and to the point; there was no unnecessary dragging out of the process. I would buy a car from them again.

The people here were wonderful and helped me as first time car buyer step by step. Greta, one of the nicest individuals I have ever met, provided excellent customer service and made the entire process of getting my new car easy and simple. Im truly thankful to them and would recommend anyone to visit their lot if looking for a new car.

Miracle Motor Mart is a great place to get your vehicle. I went in as a young inexperienced driver. I would like to say that Bob Diebold is really great at explaining things upfront, being honest, and also understanding your price rang. Not to mention they were all working with me to get me driving as soon as possible due to the fact that my car was no longer running. Bob was patient with me and understood that it was my first car buying experience and I must say it went well, there were no issues and I was not expecting to get anything! I highly recommend .

I purchased my 2014 Infiniti QX60 from the Miracle Motor Mart and I worked with Bob who was excellent. I actually had visited another lot prior to going to Miracle Motor Mart and had found a vehicle that I was quite fond of but Bobs professionalism was the reason that I made my purchase. Miracle Motor Mart has a huge selection of used cars to choose from and the staff there is incredibly friendly. I worked with Bob and Scott at the Morse Road store and bought a 2014 Ford Escape. The whole process was fast and easy. They even went the extra mile to help me get a second key since the car was sent to them with just one. I highly recommend!
