Brian is upfront and honest during these times of all the shops saying, man, Im three weeks out before I can even get a chance to look at your car. Not whats wrong with it or let me see what I can do. He got it short handed of staff and still got it back to me two days ahead of what he said he would. Same pandemic affects him yet he got it done for me. I waited to review so I could test the repair. Im satisfied and I recommend JP Auto Care!

JP auto care did a thorough and honest job diagnosing my Jeeps condition. When I first took it to AUTONATION SOUTH -JEEP, CHRYSLER, DODGE they tried to stick me with a brand new, used or refurbished engine, claiming mine was ruined from water damage (hydro locked). JP Auto Care determined all I needed was a starter. Thanks guys for your honesty, I’ll definitely recommend y’all’ to the next guy.

I love the expert care for my vehicles. My 20 year old Toyota Rav 4 needed huge auto maintenance such as a new battery and cables to new tires to new water pump. Great guys, put a new 5.7 hemi crate motor in my ram 1500. Had this done about a year ago from this review and have had zero problems with my truck since. It’s hard to find trustworthy mechanics that won’t screw your over these days but these guys stick to their word and take good care of their customers.

1st time service. Went for an emission issue/catalytic converter. Paid $800.00 for bank 2 side. I think they replaced it. Got the car & broke down .25miles frm shop . Towed to shop problem not fix, wanted to charge me again for a problem not completed. JP, owner John argued w/me then serviced my car I ASKED Him HOW CAN U FIX A PROBLEM W/O DRIVING THE CAR...(THEY NEVER TEST DROVE THE CAR TO SEE MY ISSUE.THEY LOOKED AT THE CAR CODE AND ASSUMED) car had one issue going into their shop came out having more issues..never again.

I am fairly a new resident to Columbus. I looked up mechanics and based on the reviews, JP Auto had great reviews. I recently just purchased a used suv. I contacted Jp auto and received excellent customer service and a fast response to my vehicle problem. I will bring my current truck as well as any other vehicle for services. Oh yeah, prices are very reasonable and affordable!!!

They will give you a break down of what they think you need but wont pressure you into extra maintenance that isnt necessary.My only negative is that they are only open on weekdays, but hey, everyones gotta have a life.

Dropped my car off @ 8am...by 3:45pm no status update. Called to see if my car was ready; it had not even been looked at. No phone call no nothing to let me know. The guy was uncaring and lacked personality. I dont recommend!!

They treated me with a gender-neutral respect and even took me into the shop to show me exactly where the problems with my car were and what they were doing. The only reason I marked 4 stars instead of 5 is that they dont have a courtesy shuttle, designated cab Co., or knowledge about transportation options to pick your car up or go home after dropping it off. Nor do they seem concerned..
