I purchased a used pick up truck for my son a month ago and the headlight just went out tonight. I picked up a new headlight at the auto parts store and was driving by the Fishinger & MountView auto repair and stopped in to see if they could install the light. Tom the owner came out to the truck and in five minutes had installed the new light and would not accept payment. I’ll definitely be back when I need a bigger repair. Thanks Tom!

New to the area. Received a recommendation to try this auto repair shop to fix the ball bearings. I’ve never had an easier experience getting our car fixed. Tommy, the owner, was extremely accommodating, honest and the cost was unbeatable. If you want a good ole’ fashion car repair shop, this is the place for you. We will use them from now on.

I have to thank the mechanics who work here, they are very knowledgeable, and honest. Their shop is always full, but the 2 times I stopped by they had the time to quickly diagnose what the issue was with my car, and helped right away. If I ever need a mechanic this is the place to go.

Theyre still in the repair business. Only the gas part has closed. I had an odd sized tire from a pitching machine that needed to be balanced. I first tried a couple other shops but none of them could do it, but the last one suggested this shop. I walked in and they instantly balanced it for me. And since the tire was actually for a local school, they did it for free. I really appreciated it! [Update] Adding to the previous with another positive experience... Took my car to them the other day. They could have charged me the repair, but instead they suggested I take it to a Hyundai dealer because the steering issue was actually covered by a recall/warranty.

My family has been going to them for decades because of their service, honesty, and downright good-hearted nature. Love this place and will never go anywhere else. They are people you can trust.

I’ve taken my car here several times. They have always been very flexible - at times I’ve stopped by and they’ve check out my problem right there on the spot. They are also extremely reasonable with their pricing. A good, honest, old-school shop.

Took my Wifes car in for a diagnosis after trying and not figuring out the issue on the A/C myself. They ran what tests they could but got to a point Im guessing where they would probably had to start replacing parts and charging or recommend I take it elsewhere. They called and recommended I take it to the dealership so they could diagnose with a better set of tools and did all this free of charge. Next time I need a diagnosis or repair I will call them first!

Great service, very honest, I trust what they tell me is true. This place has never tried to up sell me anything in fact they have saved me thousands when the dealership wanted me to have unnecessary work done to my vehicle I have been going to this shop for over a decade and will continue until the day they closed their doors which I hope is not in my lifetime.
