Ive been here about a month and so far I have been very happy with the office and maintenance staff; neighbors are friendly and quiet; the amenities are nice and well kept and the property always looks clean. Id recommend to anyone looking to move.

Liberty crossing is THEE worst place to live- the office stay is very unfriendly and when issues larger than “routine maintenance” are brought to their attention they will give you the go around and feed you complete lies. We had a huge ventilation issue from the beginning where the entire home would always smell musty and there was mold in the bathrooms, showers, windows, vents and dishwasher and when brought to their attention to fix this their only solution was to caulk the shower/bathtub/window again which was a short term fix. The overall issue that was never resolved and effected our health was cigarette smoke moving through the vents and filling our home with the odor and ruining our belongings let alone our health. The office went round and round with us on how they tried to fix the issue but never fully did- we sent constant complaints and follow ups and were promised the property owner would be in contact but NEVER reached out. I have photos of how “yellowed” some of our items had become due to damage from the smoke along with mold all over the apartment. Also, good luck in the winter as they do not plow the drives/shovel sidewalks and the “maintenance” of their grounds is less than subpar. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

If I could give them less than one star I would. DO NOT RENT HERE, the attention of the office is the worst. I worked as a leasing agent and I know what it is to approve an application, HOW TO TREAT A FUTURE RESIDENT, customer service and EDUCATION. My parents applied here on a Thursday and we had no response from the application until Monday that I called to see what had happened, they told me that they WERE APPROVED but that their account statements had to show a little more money, we came to the office to check what had happened since they do not have a fixed monthly salary and we realized that the account statements they had were incomplete so we decided to go home and print everything, underline their payments, add everything, and specify the salary for each month. The person at the office told me that she was going to call me that afternoon or the next morning and she never called me until I called her the next day to see what had happened, I did not get an answer from them until 10 minutes before closing the office. office where he told me that they could not approve them because one month was under the amount they required (but the other two months were above what is required). I asked them if I could fill out the application in my name and they said yes, I told them I had a job offer and since they called me almost when they were going to close the office I had to come the next day, the manager attended me and I showed him the Job offer before applying to see if they could use it, YOUR ANSWER WAS YES, I SEE EVERYTHING RIGHT. Today I receive a call saying that they cannot accept my job offer either. Keep in mind that I work as a Leasing Agent and Assistant Property Manager and I know how to work an application, I KNOW THAT I SHOULD NOT WASTE ANYONES TIME and be aware of my applications (do not wait when I leave to call a future resident) . If you are going to work for Leasing Agent, first learn about education, courtesy and professionalism.

Ive had so many issues with the Liberty Crossing office beginning with simply not returning calls or emails, ignoring requests, and their office hours changing. I lived there for 12 months and during that time we reported that the cars were broken into and asked if anyone else had reported to the police or if the property had cameras to provide to police. We never received a response to this inquiry. Secondly, the office staff attempted to begin fining people for leaving the outdoor garbage cans outside. This was not disclosed in the lease and we were paying a $20 monthly fee for valet trash service. Maintenance requests were not fulfilled after we stated there was a mold smell. They simply said they couldnt smell it and left the apartment. Most recently, I moved out 2 months ago and have still not received my refund from them. I have emailed and left messages multiple times to resolve this issue with no response. This is the most unprofessional office I have ever worked with.

Since moving in I have loved it here! My apartment is spacious and full of light, plus the patio is an added bonus. The biggest downfall is the tiny kitchen since I love to cook and bake. Yet the neighborhood is quaint and quiet. The park next door is amazing. Add in my super close work commute and proximity to amenities and it’s amazing! I cannot wait for the pool to be open to make some amazing summer memories.

Great place to live, many grocery stores near the complex. in general all very good, but if you need high speed internet, this is not for you. A single internet plan of 25MB $ 60 per month for the first year of service. In 2021 when your life depends on high speed internet.

Amazing Place. Beautiful community, with a pretty little common area, gorgeous pool, and amazing staff. Wonderful Place to live for young professionals, seniors, college students, and families. The neighbors are kind and the grounds are well maintained. I love it. So many amenities! If not the pool, the small park (Highbluffs Park) would be two of my favorites. Youll have no difficulties here with maintenance, response time is exceptional! Office holds many fun events, and the staff is also very kind and helpful. I feel safe here at Liberty Crossing and in times like these that is of the utmost importance. This place will certainly exceed your expectations.

Liberty Crossing is a wonderful place to call home! The management and maintenance team care about their community and residents and that is very obvious when you step onto the property. I would highly recommend checking it out if you are looking for a place to live near Polaris!

My first experience living on my own in an apartment for 10 years and the staff has always been extremely kind and courteous to my children. My only suggestion is to have more community outings amongst tenants, families, and staff.

I’ve been at liberty crossing for almost a year and have nothing but positive things to say. Angela (property manager) and Heather (Lessing consultant) are helpful and friendly. Maintenance staff, on the few occasions I’ve had to call them, were timely and polite.

The leasing specialists and maintenance crew at Residences at Liberty Crossing are just wonderful. Ive always been able to call with any pressing issue to have it resolved quickly and professionally. This is a friendly community to live in and I love the nearby coffee/smoothie and restaurants that are within walking distance. Ive met most all of my neighbors and they are just as wonderful. Its not uncommon to make an evening out of hanging with new found friends with very similar interests. I feel at home living at Residences at Liberty Crossing and Im thankful to have such a professional staff at my call.

I signed a lease with Liberty Crossing a few days ago and found the entire process to be pretty awesome. I just sold my condo and the search process for an apartment was starting to become exhausting.I got a call back from Kendra at Liberty Crossing and was excited to know they were offering a really great discount on their one bedroom apartments. The property is well maintained, Kendra and Melissa are both very friendly and were willing to play 20 questions with me, thanks ladies! If I had to find something that I would wish different, is just a little more green space for the dog, but thats nothing I wasnt aware of before making my choice to live here. The move in was smooth as glass, my unit had literally nothing wrong with it. It was clean and the little bit of paint that was on the blinds was fixed within 24 hours. While its been a solid 6 years since Ive rented, I dont remember my last apartment and initial leasing experience being anywhere as easy of this was.

Living on the bottom floor was a complete nightmare. Just like the thin walls, the floors are just as thin and I heard literally everything the 3 women and a child did from stomping to banging no matter what time of the day or night. I filed complaints with the leasing office but nothing ever got resolved. During the warmer months due to the poor construction of the unit the insects creeped in the living room and both bedrooms from the space under the baseboards also under the front door where there was a gap under the door. They came out to “spray” once. The most upsetting experience that sent me over the edge was the fact I found mold In my unit in multiple areas. 7/4/19 I found mold in the utility closet. I made a report and maintenance came out to paint over the mold. After speaking with the leasing manager I was told my only option was to move out and term my lease early due to them having no other units available in the community to temporary move into until I found a new place. Two days later 7/6/19 I found more mold on the adjoining wall In the bathroom and more in the living as I moved my belongings out of the unit. Again the guy came came out to paint over the mold again. I was informed the mold was due to leak from the above unit. I’m not exactly sure how paint and resolve an internal issue. I normally wouldn’t write a review but I’m disgusted at how little my health along with my newborn child’s health was valued at this point. Along with having to pay rent from the 7/4-7/12 for a unit I couldn’t live in. I have reached out several times to the corporate office who has yet to return my calls here as of 8/2/19 (3 weeks after moving out). Needless to say as I am moving out and looking for other places to live. I look online to see the office had put my unit up as an available unit to move into for July 12th the day I was scheduled to turn in my keys. So I’m not sure how the mold issue could’ve been resolved that quickly.

Avoid this place! We lived there for a year. We couldnt wait until our lease was up.Getting maintenance done was always a hassle and when they did come, they really didnt know what they were doing. The apartments are very cheaply built. The walls and ceilings are super thin. So, you here any little noise your neighbors make. They make you sign a mold addendum before you move in, which means you are responsible for cleaning the constant mold build up due to the cheap windows and materials they used. There other reviews are correct that the staff, overall, is pretty rude and unknowledgeable. They always act super put out when you talk to them. They are super nice until they lock you into a lease. Then, they could care less. Its a really terrible place to live. We were so glad when we moved out!

I have lived here for a year. My move-in experience was horrible. Make sure if you have a roommate on the lease with you youre both present to sign the lease at the same time at move-in or else they will refuse to let you in. They never told me that until my move in date when I came and had everything packed up but my roommate was at work so they wouldnt let me in, even though I told them when I put down the deposit my roommate wouldnt be moving in till the following month. Plus the leasing lady refused to let me even look around the actual apartment. With that being said though, since Ive moved in the experience has been fine, havent had many issues and when we have they were fixed within a day or two. Carpet is cheap and all electric apartments have high utility bills. Mostly moving because of the location and all the traffic / construction on the highway.
