I’ve been trying to get in touch with someone about a move in date which when I go to the website there’s some available! I applied and was approved bit when I spoke with someone they told me they didn’t have any units move in ready and when asked to look at a unit they don’t have any to show this place is a joke and you can never get anyone on the phone! Some lady kept referring to the picture on the website! Like no I would like to see an ACTUAL unit...only good thing about the place is the short term lease option. Go elsewhere if possible

Ive had trouble with this property ever since I moved in. I met with the new property manager Kitty and I can say that she was amazing. She seems to really care about the complex and residents and was just a joy to speak with. I am thrilled to have someone in charge who communicates well and wants to improve the property. The new maintenance shows great potential. I met Carlos and he helped with a request on his first day on the job and I couldnt be happier to finally have a maintenance staff who really cares and even explains what was fixed and how. I cannot wait to see what this new crew will do to make this place a pleasant and functional home. :)

Wish I could give this place 0 stars. They have changed property managers twice and now theyve change the whole property management company as well. I havent even been here a year yet. I have placed maintenance requests that get ignored and no one here knows how to communicate properly. I gave a nice review a month ago since i thought the new property manager would actually do something about this community but yet again I was mislead and disappointed. Do not move here. The buildings were built in the 70s and it looks like they have never resealed the doors or windows and the wooden steps/breezeways and balconies are all rotten and stripping etc etc. Stay clear.

Honestly not bad apartments. For anyone moving here it’s worth taking a chance and signing a year or so lease with them. This was our very first apartment and though the experience wasn’t perfect it was good overall. Management does it’s best to fulfill maintenance requests, rent is very reasonable for what you receive and the apartments are pretty nice. Area could be better as I got my car broken into twice in a year but that isn’t managements fault that’s some lowlife with nothing better to do. In all honesty give this place a chance. I had a 2 bedroom on creekbend side and it was a pleasant experience.

This place is one of the worst places to live. We been waiting over an year for the A/C to get fix and they just keep telling us lies. We call and email all the time and nothing. They do not care if you and your kids just sit in the heat all day. This place should not even be open. They don’t fix anything and they don’t even came to work and when they do all they do is sit in the office playing on there phone and sometime haves the office door lock. They have very rude staff. (Nice to you when your applying then rude and lazy when you live here) Don’t live here if you can help it.

This has got to be one of the worse places anyone could move. The first 6 months was bearable but after that its been down hill. I have maintenance request 5 months old. Its sad I had to put my kids in a hotel because temperatures reached 98 degrees. The only thing they do is give false hopes. Ive seen multiple people move in and regret it immediately. Run run run

Came here for a tour . Loved the property but was waiting over an hour for my tour no answering the phone or at the rental office . I said I wanted a 2 bd 1.5 bathroom townhome then I was told that was available then I applied and got approved then a week later saying no more was left n I’m basically out of $150.00 then I’ve been waiting for a refund for over 3 weeks definitely a ghetto community

The community looks well kept but I applied back in June did not sign a lease decided on something else TO THIS DAY I HAVE NOT GOTTON MY DEPOSIT YET OF 100 .00 . I call and call no answer. Poor business. I just want my money

Do not expect any answer from calling or emailing the office. Complete negligence.

Honestly im grateful to have a roof over my head. My family has lived here for a really long time. The apartments where terrifying when we first moved in. Wholes and water damage in the ceiling, damn dark moldy basements, but enough of the negativity. Since then the new owners have done a fantastic job getting the apartments ready for human life.

Have not had a good experience with Hidden Creek apartments. Problems never get fixed, our concerns are ignored. Multiple problems with our apartment and after filing many maintenance request nothing is fixed. Been here 10 months and since day one they’ve done NOTHING. We are only able to use half our stove, our dishwasher leaks, the outside light is broken on the stairwell. Maintenance doesn’t show and the office staff are never here/ don’t answer the phone.Horrible place to live! Don’t do it .

It’s super dirty, the tenants treat the grounds like their own personal garbage cans. The maintenance person rarely picks it up. Grass hasn’t been cut in nearly a month so most of the pet owners have no place to walk their dogs. No wonder people complain about having mice between the vegetation and trash. The office is supposed to be open until 6PM but if you get there before 6 it’s hit or miss if they’ll actually be there. The previous management company had landscapers put in fresh mulch and flowers last season but nothing has been done this year. I guess the new company decided there’s no point in putting lipstick on a pig. The walls are super thin and there is no parking most of the time. The two bedrooms don’t have washer/dryer connections so you’d think the laundry room would be an option. But not really because it’s usually a mess and on many occasions the washer hasn’t worked but will take your money. They office staff is full of excuses why things are not taken care of. Spend a little bit more to avoid this place!

I applied to this apartment complex despite all the bad reviews. What I have learned, believe the reviews. This place is poorly ran for lack of better words. The $100 holding fee for your apartment seems to be staffs commission for doing absolutely nothing. This place is a joke and I am glad I realized it before making a bigger mistake. Save your money, and the headache of having to deal with the unprofessionalism, do your research, and go elsewhere. You have been warned.

This place is a joke!!!I was actually interested in renting out an apartment here because a friend of mine signed a lease last year. At first he said it was so nice which really got me interested, but as you can tell by the low overall rate of the facility, he was a little too eager to share his excitement.He’s had many run-ins with pests such as mice and roaches. (Literally just messaged me about finding three more!!) His lease is up soon and he is trying to pack up but as you can imagine, he doesn’t want these roaches to hitch a ride to his new place.Maintenance has “taken care” of these pest many times but nothing is working. This place is filthy. It took until the middle of May before they even brought out a lawn mower to make their facility look pleasant.DO NOT RENT HERE! SPEND YOUR MONEY SOMEWHERE ELSE!

Horrible experience living here. From maintenance to customer service in the leasing office. It has all just been a mess. The leasing office was always extremely hard to get ahold of when problems surfaced. They’ve change management 3 times in the duration I lived there and I have only lived there for a about 2 years. So glad I am no longer under lease with them. I could not wait to move out. Beware, folks!

BE ADVISED:This place is crashing and burning by the way they run it lately. The previous management company spent money trying to update and upgrade the property and it was nice with the granite counter-tops and new cabinets and cupboards and flooring, all with an affordable price, but that all is going to waste with the new management company. Ive had a bathroom vent broken for over two months and they have known about it but cant even come up with an excuse why they still wont fix it. Shortly after notifying them about the bathroom fan being dead (approximately a week later), the dryer vent clogged up and wouldnt dry my clothes. That was more important and they did get it fixed, after four separate visits (each on different and random days) and a month later. Turns out that water found its way into the vent and clogged it up. Keep in mind, the dryer vent ducts run through the attic.The manager is NEVER there and there is there is only one young fella running the place otherwise. He has no support and there is absolutely no higher management doing anything about this. My opinion is that their maintenance crew run their own shift the way they choose. This place is a last ditch effort to keep yourself under a roof without living in actual slums. All said and done my lease is up and Im out.

The reason I am not giving 4 stars is because the laundry room is a joke. For the rent we pay we should be provided with better washroom facilities. The floor is always a mess, trash can piled high and the machines are a nasty mess. Although management needs to do a better job.. Some of the tenants are downright nasty and dont care a hoot. The grounds are cared for by landscapers and not badly maintained but its winter now so not much to review . I find Hidden Creek to be pretty quiet.. A few outbursts here and there from tenants with the cops being called.. But thats normal within any community. These are few and infrequent. They definitely need to upgrade maintenance because the current one (s) are a joke. Theres more to be done especially with the laundry room but overall not a bad community.

My air conditioner has been out for two months and they haven’t done a single thing. Btw it’s the middle of July. It gets over 90 degrees in here. Not to mention my wife is pregnant however the lady in the office doesn’t seem to care much. There’s mushrooms growing out of the floor in my daughters room. This is probably one of the worst places you can rent. They didn’t even clean the apartment I moved into. There was still cat hair/food and Bobby pins in the carpet. But if you don’t mind living with no air conditioner and like ice cold showers then this is the place for you. I’m calling the city of Columbus today to have a inspector come out and hopefully shut these slum lords down.

Where do I even begin to talk about this place... i don’t know where to start. I have been almost a year, and we have gone through 3 management changes. and I understand why. this place is gross. the people around don’t take care of the parking lot or the place.next on to the price. the apartments are overly expensive for no reason... and they are not worth the service or the look of the place.finally let me talk about the pest. i have had mice. and i have had roaches here. and they don’t do anything. I told management many times where the mice where coming from and to close the hole and they havnt... and guess what the mice are still here... because they don’t care. this place just wants your money and could care less about the people who lease them.finally. i would recommend no one to live here. there are better places around. that are cheaper than this place. don’t waste your time. or your money living here. i wish i would have listened to someone earlier about this place.edit:so here i am writing an updated review.... because after my review i thought things we would be better... but boy was i wrong... let me tell you...first of all the roaches and the mice have not fully been dealt with... Blake from Environmental Pest Control has been on his A game and he has been wonderful. But here’s the thing... it is pretty obvious this place is infested because, they keep coming back. when you have an experienced exterminator snake his head and not understand how they aren’t gone we have some issues. the people that live here are gross. i shouldn’t say the people that live here. i should say the people that live next to me. and they don’t care to live with roaches apparently... so they never report it. and it’s the same with mice. all of the sudden they started popping up. once they “clear” the roaches the mice come back it’s a never ending cycle here.Alex the property manger is probably the best this place has done. Alex is great guy. he needs some help because he can’t do everything.but be advised this place is awful.

Started out well enough then a change in management companies changed everything. Now Ive rent increased with no notice or amendment to my lease, added a water bill that was originally included in the lease and one day notice of pest application which is a fine except Ive pets and gotta scramble and call in a favor to temp house till treatment is complete. Overall this company managing us now has some rather strange, unprofessional and legally questionable ideas as to how to do so.

This place is a nightmare. Ignore the hours that the office says they are opened because its like playing roulette. I was locked out of my home on a day that they closed late, thinking that I could get in my home. They apparently had left a few hours early so I was outside for over 4 hours in 30° weather waiting for my husband to get off from work. I had called emergency maintenance to open my home and nothing. I didnt even get a call the next day.Then on our first week of moving in, our toilet leaked and caused water damage to the floor where they need to replace it, along with a light hood that had fell on me while I was cooking. It has been almost 6 months and only fixed the leak, everything else is still broken.It feels like we have to pull teeth to get somebody to do something here. Its ridiculous.Add on:New management seems to know what they are doing. And are actually fixing the major problems in the complex.

Well was contacted quickly by managment and they did let me know of changes I was not aware of that will hopefully result in alot of the issues getting fixed.Have an appointment to talk to the Property Manager Friday to hopefully come to an agreeable solution. So 3 start for now may go to 5 depending on how things turn out.New maintenance showed up repaired what they could, took pictures of what needed a contractor, or new part, explained how things he couldn’t get fixed would be fixed so I felt better it would get fixed.Hopefully these are signs of improved living here, didn’t really want to find a new placed after being here 4 years.

Looking to move back to Ohio and this is one of the places I visited! The staff there was sooooooo nice and I really liked the model I saw. The professionalism of the staff is honestly what has this place in my top 3 contenders

Bugs everywhere. Bad area. The neighbors will knock on your door to ask for cigarettes even though you told them countless times that you dont smoke. Dont give you the same apartment you originally apply for. They wanted us to live in one where the basement was extremely moldy and stairs were crumbling in the basement. I have poor health issues and am extremely allergic to mold. They made us wait another week before moving us into a different one again which wasnt the one we seen either. Office lady was very snide. Will charge you for anything.

Back in 1998 it was under a different name and seems to be now under new management. I know a person who lives there it looks better since the remodel. The maintenance crew is very nosy. They are eager to evict people left and right. The places are small for the money. They had mice years ago. Hope they dont now!

I am SO GLAD I MOVED!!! That was the worst place I have EVER lived in. The management is horrible. In the year I was there they went through 4 different office people. And no one knew what the others had done. The current people in the office are rude and dont care if you stay or go. The people there need classes on how to treat people. They refused to let me renew my lease because of upgrades. Which meant they would jack my rent up to live in nicer looking crap apartments. The police are there several times a week. I looked out my kitchen window one day to see that SWAT had surrounded the place across from me. The walls are so thin you can hear conversations your neighbors are having, among other things. When I first moved in the apartment had to be sprayed for bugs every two weeks for 3 months!! Roaches and bed bugs. GROSS!!!! Parking is a joke and dont even get me started on the dumpsters that overflow so bad you have to drive over and around trash to get out of the driveway. Run away, fast. I will NEVER endorse living in that place I refer too as the armpit of the state. If there were a no star option, Id have clicked it.

Some of the reviews taken are fake Im glad I read reviews before moving in now the Sam Basser guy Id one of the property managers. And he is writing and giving his own company 5 stars of course u would do that for your business. When I live in Mayfair Apartments which too by the way were not worth the money charged. Anyway Mayfair was just a mess and Sam offer me 5 off my 700 rent to give a google review with and rate 5 stars. Which I didnt I move in in June and it was December before the started working on my list

Our lease was up at our place so we had to move quickly and these were the only ones available at that time so we moved in. Within the first week someone offered to sell us drugs and our stairs caught on fire. My mom can’t even drop my kids off without seeing a drug deal happen in front of my apartment. There’s cigarette butts everywhere also. We want out as soon as our lease is up. Do not move here!!! Update, have had roaches coming from abandoned apartments, mice, gnats, bed bugs, it’s horrible here. Better buy your own AC because yours is guaranteed to not work. 99% of the lights are burnt out so parking lots are pitch black at night time. Office didn’t seem too concerned about it but yet they installed cameras instead. Hope they have night vision on them. Buildings desperately need power washed and painted. Total neglect here.

No one wants to do their jobs! We paid our rent with a money order two weeks early, I got a receipt or copy of the money order, had the property manager sign the copy. They never applied the money order to my account. Two weeks into the month I get notice to vacate paper on my door. Now my husband has to go in on Saturday morning and bring receipts showing we paid our rent because they just didnt do their jobs! Towne Properties. Avoid at all costs. We are out of here in May.

Office workers are shady, they lose maintenance requests. The quality of the maintenance work when they do come in is non existent. there have been 3 shootings in 2015 and already 1 in 2016. if you like the ghetto ass bullshit, aspen place is for you. it is not worth 750 a month.

My lease will be over in 4 more months. I’ve heard that not many people leave reviews if it wasn’t a bad experience so I thought I could write a good one. Although it was my first apartment, it wasn’t bad experience. Never had a bug or mice/rat problem, nor experiencing breaking into cars or apartments. I’d say a positive response would be that even though they’re going through new management some of the staff are really caring, they’ll take their time assisting you without an appointment, nice & helpful. One person who helped me out the most was Alex. A negative would be a day where I smelled something kinda awful in my bathroom, looking under my sink I saw mold the size of hand. I don’t exactly know how to get rid of it but maintenance did come the next day but only to just paint over it?

I have live here for almost 2 years. We have seen 5 management companies in and out of here. Right now, we havent had hot water for a week and the mgmt is never in the office, and they refuse to do anything about it. There have been roaches and bed bugs here, and the environment is terrible. Super thin walls and ceilings let us hear everything and anything that our neighbors are doing. There are obvious drug deals in the parking lot, and there are drug dealers in a lot of the apartments. The traffic in and out of the apartments around me is ridiculous and keeps me up at all hours of the night when I am a hard working woman who works 45+ hours a week. All the stray cats spray on everything from the AC units to the cars. Like I said before, the management is impossible to get a hold of and they do nothing to help. The rental office takes forever to process the requests for maintenance, and stuff never gets done, or at least takes months to get taken care of. The place is a dump. DO NOT RENT HERE. As soon as my lease is up I am moving far away from here.

Consistent problems with maintenance, without AC for 2 weeks. Began charging water after new management came, complex is covered in litter, trash is piled up on side of building, rent keeps going up. Do not fix maintenance issues. Definitely turning in to slum lords. Will probably face retaliation for this. More for your money elsewhere.

Worst apartments I’ve ever lived in. In the span of a year we have had three different property management companies. None of them want to take ownership of the problems tenants have brought to their attention. Always excuse after excuse about why things aren’t done and it’s always someone else’s fault. I asked the property manager why the grass hasn’t been mowed in a month and she responded “I can’t pull a lawnmower out of my butt”. I’ve contacted corporate regarding the condition of this community and they give excuses and false promises as well. Stay clear of Hidden Creek, you’ll regret it.

Every sense the new property company came in this place has went down hill. If something needs fixed they dont fix it. They just give u excuses. If u call the emergency hot line no one ever returns ur call or comes over. Our AC has gone out numerous of times. And of course it goes out today one of the hottest days and no calls or comes to fix the the problem. We are going on our 4th year here and have went through 3 management companies and this company by far is the worse. We have never been late on our rent. So I guess we will be putting our money in escrow this time. Im so sick of it. So dont rent from them. Plus there is mouse problems as well. They dont do anything for that either. There are so many vacant apartments. So whatever u do dont rent from them. Unless ur ok with nothing being fix.

I applied for an apartment 11 days ago and was declined. They told me on Tuesday of last week it would take 3-5 days to receive my 100.00 fee to hold the apartment and it’s been 7 days already and I still haven’t received my money. Beware!!

I would give zero stars if it was possible. we have been here for six years and the last 10 months have been terrible. when zinger properties was the owner they actually cared about the property.the grass was always cut, now it looks like this place is an abandoned property. grass has only been cut three times since spring, the weeds are growing so tall they may be trees by the end of summer. the management company, Beztak, has no idea what they are doing. i have emailed a representative for the owner, andmark corp, but hasn’t yielded any results. residents treat the property like the dump that it is becoming because management doesn’t hold anybody accountable. there are four of eight washer machines in the laundry room that are broken, the garbage in the laundry room hasn’t been emptied for two weeks. i could go on, but nobody who should be actively involved in this property doesn’t care, so why should the tenants. if you rent here, you will regret.response- this is a bs response. you didn’t address the issues i raised and i come home from work and the property still hasn’t been touched. for what us residents pay in rent, we should have a nice looking property. take action and maybe i will change my review.

Weve lived here for about 5 months. Its pretty standard. I havent had a lot of the problems that others complain about. Roaches are sprayed for every couple of months, and the maintenance guy has been on it. Our town home is inexpensive and is updated. Yes, the walls are thin, but Ive never really experienced anything else in apartment living.The apartment isnt very well insulated, but it has been fine. The only real complaint I have is that we moved here because they said we could have a grill on our patio. Two months later they changed their minds. If we knew we couldnt have a grill, we would have moved somewhere it was allowed. We were told it was because people were keeping their grills too close to their walls. We were not, so we asked if we could work something out. I am not sure they even tried. Meanwhile, a lot of others still have their grills out, and nothing has happened. 🤷Update 8/3/18After living here a year, I definitely have some complaints. This is by far one of the hardest property management companies to get a hold of. Sometimes they arent there when their hours are posted. Sometimes they dont respond when they say they will. There are always notes on my door saying they are going to come into the apartment, and that we have to lock up our animals and pull everything out of our cupboards. We go to all the trouble and they never show up (this has happened so many times, we just started leaving all our stuff out of the cupboards. Sometimes our maintenance request are responded to, saying they will be there, and often its days later than they said.The grill thing is still a problem. Our neighbors still have theirs out and nothing has happened. We just signed a lease for another year, thinking we would be here for school. Then we had some catastrophic news that has made it so we have to leave the state. The managers havent been understanding or helpful at all. In fact, it has been hard to reach them at times to even discuss it. They offered to let us pay a month to month rent price that was more than our original leasebreak price, so we said no thank you.The last straw for me is that we signed our new lease, I didnt look it over very carefully, because it seemed to be the same one from last year. Almost everything was exactly the same. No one informed us or even gave us an inkling that we would now be covering utilities in addition to rent, until we saw the bills. It used to be included in our rent. We signed our lease online, but we also went in to talk to people, and I think that would have been helpful information to give. It is literally the only thing that is different about our lease this year. It feels like they were just trying to sneak it in there without letting us know.Also they said theyd be updating the property, but Im not sure that is ever actually going to happen.So if you have read this far, please know that this is a super mediocre place to live. The insides are updated, but Im really not sure living here is worth the hassle of property managers that dont care about you at all. Maybe this is just a stop on the way to your next place, but it sure isnt your forever home.

I lived here about 5 years ago and it was sold to Town Properties. I was a resident and left there to join the owners in another state as a leasing agent. I was told by the former manager at that time that he was glad we were moving and that the place should be condemned back then. I was told that the whole place is structurally unsafe and the floors from the above neighbors could collapse at any time. My rent was cheap at the time. I paid around $550 for a 3 bedroom. I called back about a year later and was told it was over 800 and I was shocked!!! That place wasnt worth paying that much even then. We didnt have any roach or bedbugs back then either so Im not sure why people are moving in there and paying sooo much with pest control issues. Good luck is all I can say.....

I have lived here for almost 3 years now. And Towne Properties now runs it. The people they have running this place are a joke. And if you need something fixed dont count on getting it fixed in a timely matter even if its an emergency. They act like ur bothering them when u ask for anything. They never answer their phones either. We have never been late on our rent and we pay alot to live here. We will be moving as soon as our lease is up in Aug. Do NOT rent from them. Just letting everyone know.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! moving here was a really bad decision, i was angry every day until i moved out .they will literally charge you a late fee every month even if you pay on time . i was tired of calling the office to ask them to remove that charge off my bill before paying for rent .I moved out almost two months ago and i am still waiting for my security deposit to come in the mail,i called yesterday and left a message, no one called me back, so i decided to stop by just to find out they are under a new management company.here is a summary of my life when i lived at hidden creek.1)there was a young couple partying all night, arguing for hours inside and in the parking lot as well and it was particularly uncomfortable because a few weeks before they moved in, a tragedy that involved another young couple took place in the same apartment.2)lower floor apartments are very cold and your electric bill will be very expensive. there will be bugs inside of your apartment, no matter how clean you are !!Deadbolts/lock did not turn when it was cold outside. had to call off work one time because door did not close and key got stuck !!3) neighbors would leave their trash sit outside for weeks and raccoons,stray cats and dogs would come and eat from the bags and drag the trash everywhere including your porch . called the office to complain nothing was done.i had to get rid of a nice pair of shoes because someone did not pick after his or her dog .4)parking is not assigned, visitors are allowed to park anywhere and leave their cars there for days and even weeks because first come first serve !!5) had to call the cops twice the first time, during the winter, there was a stranger roaming on my porch, the second time two strangers knocking on my door at 5 am .6) l could not even breath because my apartment stunk like weed and cigarettes for the most part . dish washer kept breaking and had to call emergency maintenance once because the ceiling in the hallway closet was about to collapse due to water accumulation.

EDIT: Since the reply from the “owner” using, probably a fake email I still have yet to hear anything.Wish I would have read the reviews. I applied last week the 19th of March. I was told I should hear something Monday or Tuesday well no one bothered to call... so I took it upon myself to do so. When I first looked at them I told (Alex) that I needed first floor and need it by the 23rd of March. He told me that it would most likely be done by the 23rd... The little dude (Alex) that thinks he’s a big shot assistant manger making 15/hr is very Arrogant. No one kept in touch so finally I was told I’d get an email with everything I needed to setup the utilities. Well a day went by so I tried calling... that’s a joke so I went in and then he proceeded to say oh the email came back... a simple phone call would have fixed that issue. I finally got the paper and he put me on the second floor and said it would be ready the 26th when I stressed to him I needed it by this weekend due to my lease ending the 27th. So I went back in and he was busy with a renter that go figure wasn’t happy either. So in the mean time I talked to an older lady that tried her best to figure it out for me. Then finally she took me to him and the first words out is mouth was you said you’d be fine with the 26th and I never said no such thing, with the lack of communication from this dude even though he swears he’s super busy.. and that’s he’s reasoning although every time I’ve been in there it was dead. So dead he was watching a basketball game instead of working. So finally I flipped on him and demanded my $99 hold but now I’m told I have to wait 3 weeks to get that back because they already deposited it I’m not giving money away for free. This place and dude are a joke. STAY CLEAR OF THIS PLACE.

This is the worst. They take months to come and fix anything in the apartment. One has to keep calling to get anything fixed. My neighbors smoke so all that comes into my apartment. Neighbors dont pick up after their dogs. Its just nasty. Cant wait for my lease to be up.

DO NOT MOVE HERE. When I first moved in I couldnt do my laundry for 2 MONTHS because their machine to put money on the laundry cards was broken. Its over priced, I pay $700 a month for a 1 bed 1 bath that is the size of a hotel room. Now that I am moving out theyre charging me $200 because I gave a 40 day notice instead of a 45 day notice. They will charge you for anything and everything they can. The management staff is BEYOND RUDE. They dont care about any of the tenants concerns and will argue with you over anything you have to say. Ive lived at multiple apartment complexes and have never dealt with a more rude set of management. This place and their people are not worth your time or money. If I could give them 0 stars I would.

They dont stick to anything their contract says and arent accepting my service animal because of the breed!! Their whole office staff has attitudes about everything and they honestly could care less about their tenants Bc either way theyre still getting paid !

Do NOT move here. Maintenance has no clue what theyre doing, my air conditioning is currently out for the 8th time, the office staff has a serious communication problem and the whole place is infested with roaches that they cant seem to get rid of, dispite treating weekly. We are literally counting the days until are lease is up and thanking God its only a year.

Ive been a tenant here for a short time, but from day one management has been very nice, helpful, and professional.

So moved in about 7 months ago and this by far is the worse renting experience ever. Maintence is horrible and they have had several offices managers since I been here. Nobody stays here due to the fact that the owner doesnt want to fix anything. There are beg bugs, roaches that come from boiler room down stairs, mold all throughout your apartment, leaks all throughout and just overall terrible. DO NOT AND I REPEAT DO NOT MOVE HERE! They will tell you anything to get you to move here, but once you do you will be dealing with this now. The kids vandalize everything, be in the boiler room knocking on hot water tanks and etc, knocking on your door thorughout the day and night, and then stabbing that just happen, and COPS out here all the time, kids fighting in the open filed like when I mean to tell you this place is horrible. I have filed numerous of complaints with office and now its time to go the next step above. If you move here you have been warned, but that is your decision.

Worst properties management ive dealt with for as lonh as i can remember. Sharri isnt as nice as she may seem if you look at the area and apartments. And Danielle is rude and disrespectful. They all judge by the person. Dale is the maintenance man and is wondeful very respectful and nice. I was the person a year ago that reviewed this company under the name Z Success and I moved less than 8 months after moving in. Everyone was great the first couple of months but soon I agreed with all of the other reviews posted here. I ended up having to withhold my rent payment so that management would repair dangerous parts of my apartment. After a month of requesting the repair I found just days after it was promised to be fixed that the manager had up and left and new management had been brought in without notifying residence. The new manager told me that it wasnt her fault and shed work on it. After contacting them over and over every few days I received a notice to vacate. I walked into the office with my video on my phone recording and asked why the repairs were not completed and when they planned to have them done and the manager on video stated she never planned on fixing anything. Next I scheduled a walk through of my unit since I couldnt trust them and they sent the new maintenance guy in to look over my place. He said my apartment was move in ready and thanked me for being so kind and I went to the office and had the manager sign a note stating my apartment was perfect and I wouldnt be charged any fees. Next she told me I was still responsible for the rent during the time they refused to fix the needed repairs. She got a Corp/owner on the phone who lost his temper and called me a liar and accused me of trying to pull one over on them. I calmly told the person on the phone I simply wanted out of my lease and wanted my deposit back. He began yelling and cussing at me and then ended the call. Little did he know that I again recorded everything. If youre going to deal with these unprofessional people, make sure you document everything. Checking my credit today to make sure they didnt send me to collections for anything! I have a fantastic lawyer if they did and plenty of evidence. Stay away! Youve been warned!Also! If you meet a resident named Stephanie lowe stay far away! Shes a prostitute and has 6 kids. Her and her daughter Kayla cause so much drama and problems for everyone! They are the main reason for the cops coming to the property often!

There is a vacant apartment under my apartment and the plumbing is messed up and sewage gas in coming in my apartment it’s been like this almost a year now.

I have lived here since October, and cant get a single thing fixed. Everything that has been fixed, Ive fixed myself. Security is a joke, the people that live here behave like animals, the police are here several times a day, and management refuses to fix anything at all. Im just hoping one of my ignored repairs causes me injury so I can sure the hell out of the place. Trust me, dont live here. Management are maintenance are a complete joke

I find it really messed up that if you call maitenance to fix something their excuse seems to be well we could fix it but why should we since the apartments are all getting redone. No matter how small the problem, IT SHOULD BE FIXED. My current apartment will not be renovated until like 5+ months from now. (each apartment is taking over a month to finish, theyre already behind) They dont care about anyone that lives here already, they treat you like your needs dont matter. Hopefully my new apartment they put me in doesnt have problems...when ever that day finally comes. If you decide to move here, good luck.

Came here for a scheduled show My and the leasing agent was 30 minutes late. We walked around before he got there and were disappointed by the graffiti and general poor condition of the buildings. We were shown one unit that smelled strongly of smoke, however the leasing agent said it didnt smell to him......very disappointed.... I would give 0 stars if I could.

This is the worse place to live. I am a single father who works two jobs to make ends meet. I have lived here over a year planning on moving in March when my lease is up. Anyone thinking about moving here let me give you many reasons not to1. I have been without water in my apartment for over a week, they repaired the water and it lasted one day we are now again on day 3 with no water. When calling emergency mantance we never get a call back. Called the office was told water would be fixed by the end of day here it is day 4 with no water.2. The stove half works. You have the option of using a burner or the oven but not both at the same time or it will blow the fuse. Brought this to the office attention for over a year and still after being told I would have a new stove multiple times its still not replaced.3. The fridge doesnt stay shut and it leaves water flooding the floor. Again has been happening for over a year and was told I would receive a new fridge and it still hasnt been replaced.4. Do you like nats... the dishwasher has standing water causing nats for over 6 months. Was told it would be replaced it still hasnt been. Went to the office about it again the office says they will have someone out to remove it but wont put another one in for awhile yet thats still not done.5. Its cold outside yet we went two weeks with no heat in the apartment. Called emergency mantance again multiple times a day for two weeks and no call back. Finally after two weeks mantance comes and fixes the heat.6. Lies are all you will get from the office. They lose work orders, make promises to fix mantance issues within a day or two but it never gets done. They make excuses of why emergency mantancr hasnt returned calls back because the mantance guy got fired. States they cant replace the stove or fridge or remove dishwasher until they hire a second mantance guy unless you are willing to help remove and replace the appliances. Once you agree to do it they never contact you back .The office people are only here to collect the rent yet they wont fix anything. Since I have been here we have went through multiple owners and managers and still nothing gets done. Its sad when people in third world countries live better then we are at this apartment complex

I wish i could give this place 1/2 star... But unfortunately not...I have been here for 2 years come march, this place is despicable!!! I dont know where on earth the so called mgmt comes from. Since i have been here mgmt has switched 3 times and i watched 3 full cycles of new residents, might i add every time mgmt was changed no one bothered to tell the residents. Every time u go into the office its a surprise, u have no clue who you will see. I have made several attempts with all three mgmt companies, staff, ect to fix these issues i.e. SHOWER MALFUNCTION, ELECTRICAL SOCKETS, LEAKS FROM UNKNOWN SOURCES, WATER LOGGED CABINETS, MOLD (Black), and ROACHES !!!NO RESULTS, just empty promises and BS.im patiently waiting on my tub to cave in or the kitchen ceiling to drop on my head... and I dont know why people trying to pump up management like they doing big things cuz they not they dont even come through like they supposed to. hell you cant even call him by phone and get it direct connect. Im going to rent escrow soon, but meanwhile im starting the process to buy my own home, at least i can blame myself for my house falling apart and being consumed by roaches... Takes forever for anyone to do anything. The crime rate is horrible. They are moving people in and making them pay less rent for the same thing we pay $50-100 more for. The kids out here are bad as hell and will cuss you out if you say anything to them. They stay out all hours of the night making all kinds of noise and vandalizing whatever they can. Someone gets stabbed out here and the suspect is still out walking around the cops didnt even really look for him. Then when we got to the office to address them about our concerns theres nothing they can do for us. So if you are planning on moving out here because the rent is cheap..dont! Heard it from the mouth of the property manager today she plans on raising the rent she just has it cheap so people will move in. Oh and dont even try and get anything fixed or ask them to fix anything...it might fet done before you move out...and if you want to wash clothes better put money on your card before they close the office for the day..or whenever they do decide to open the office.

First off, let me say that the leasing office staff and management along with the maintenance very friendly and professional. That being said, friendliness does not make up for the things I have had to deal with in my (less than) one month of living here.While chatting with Darla whilst signing my lease, she informed me that my Aprils rent was free, which I thought that was awesome since I just moved across the country and my kids could use some new furniture. Come to find out, I log on to my account, and it says I owe Aprils rent, along with a late fee. Convinced this was a mistake, I emailed office to remind them to credit my account for April. Shortly after, I receive a call saying that promotion didnt apply to my apartment. The management is still working on this issue, so I will be sure to leave an update on how it is resolved.When I first came to check out my apartment before moving my stuff in, it was clear to me that there wasnt a thorough walk through conducted. I emailed a list and pictures of things that needed to be addressed, and they were all addressed the next day. And although the maintenance at this property is outstanding, he (one guy) is being ran ragged because of the contractors lack of attention to detail.A few examples:The outlet in the bathroom does not fit correctly in the wallHinges were missing from the doorsHinges are painted overDishwasher tipped over after 2 usesDeadbolt was very difficult to lock/unlockSliding doors were not on tracksHot/Cold were not hooked up correctly on bathroom sinksAll of these issues were quickly fixed. A+ for maintenance!Here are some things that are out of the hands of maintenance, some of them likely created by the contractors:The new vinyl floors are already warping because of lazy installation. (They were not sealed or pressed)The new carpet is loosely installed; it is not stapled to the floor.My upstairs neighbor’s use of the garbage disposal drained into mine.I have a new bathtub, but my shower is old and unappealingANTS ANTS ANTS! I have had pest control out twice already, and I am a clean freak. It’s NOT for lack of cleanliness.My back patio is crushed and cracked concrete.I only have working cable in my living room, the bedroom cables are not working.The floor plan on the website for the “Ian” model implies that the closets are all the same size. While one is pretty spacious, the master bedroom closet is very small.There is hardly any storage space in the bathrooms.Also, a couple of the amenities that I was attracted to that are advertised on the site are not available. Like Night Patrol and the fitness center. Apparently the fitness center is “phase 2” of the reconstruction, but the contractors are already a month late on finishing “phase one”. They probably wouldn’t be so far behind if they didn’t spend most of their day in the parking lot smoking. And they have their stuff EVERYWHERE. It looks terrible.All in all, this place is absolutely not worth $916.00, even with the renovations. They raised the rent about $200 for the “Ian” model to help cover the cost of the renovations, but they are hastily and cheaply done. If the renovations were done correctly and with care, and the Night Patrol and fitness center existed, I would be willing to pay that. But it seems like every day I’m dealing with a new problem.
