We replaced our 27 year old furnace with a new Carrier system. The installers, Jake and Bill did a great job installing the unit and explained how the new furance operates. I asked for the A Team and I got it. Both men were professional, friendly and knowledgable. I would ask for them again.
Our AC unit was not working and I had an appointment for AC service this afternoon. The technician came early (it is good!). After looking over the the AC, he said the AC needed refrigerant. After working on it for a while, he told me our AC had a refrigerant safety cap and he did not have the tool for it.He started to call his company, trying to solve the problem. I did see him send the photo of the cap out via phone. After several calls, the technician said he did not have the tool and nobody else in the whole company had the tool. He simply drove away and left us in heat wave.The universal refrigerant safety caps key is a common tool for A/C technicians (it is readily available).By the way, the technician also did not put everything back as before.Follow up: Thanks for the owners response here. He made an effort to locate the key and came to get AC running Saturday (yesterday). I really appreciate the owners extra effort to help us during the hot day and he is a great guy!I should rate 5 stars for the owner, but as a whole incident I change the original one to four stars.Five stars go to the business.

We used quality air a couple of times before and had good experiences. When our furnace had problems, we asked them for a quote. Ryan was very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. He offered us a great price and informed us all the existing promotions. When I told him we got a lower price from another company, Ryan was cool and matched that price without any problems, which made the decision of selecting them very easy. Alex and Lidio did an excellent job installing the new unit. They both were very friendly and courteous. Overall, another great experience. Highly recommended!

I called Quality Heating & Air, after our heat went out in January and our regular HVAC company told me we needed a whole new unit. I wanted a second opinion, and Ryan was incredible. He came out within a few hours, told us what we did need and what we didnt. Gave us so many more options than the first company did, in terms of units and price points. We ended up being able to fix the furnace, and didnt need a new unit (yet), but Ryan still called and checked in to see how things were going, and even gave me some tips on how to keep our furnace running through the winter. We were so overwhelmed with having to make such a quick and costly decision, just because of the circumstance, and Quality was super professional and super informative. When the time does come that we need a new HVAC unit, I will no doubt turn to Quality Air.
Nick / Jeff and Team spent the good part of a day tracking down a persistent leak that was initially hard to find. After replacement of the A-coil and a fresh charge, its up and running again. The team was very nice and mindful of the interior and exterior while working. Will check back and change to 5 stars if this fix holds the charge.

Weve had a few technicians out over the last few days as our furnace has been having complicated issues. In the end we decided to replace it. All of the technicians were friendly, knowledgeable, accommodating, and professional. They spent so much time with us going over the options and figuring out the appropriate pricing for our needs. They were so honest about what they felt we need - and didnt necessarily need. They also rearranged schedules to make sure we got our new furnace installed ASAP.We felt like we were in such good hands and are so pleased with the service they provided. Came home last night to a hot house. Called my reliable people over at Logan to see if they can come to my house for an emergency call. It happened to be 5:15p. The person on the other line said that “well we don’t schedule emergency calls. For that you would call after 6p.” So given that I have a wife and pets their best was to schedule me for next Wednesday. But they will place me on an urgency list for anytime these next few days because they’re booked up. So after hearing that my wife and I did some checking and called Quality. The person on the phone was very pleasant and connected me with Nick. I explained to him what had happened. He had me check the furnace which was running and then had me check the unit outside and that’s when I saw the blades weren’t running. He suspected that it’s the capacitor. Had me shut down the AC for the night to let the system cool down and he’ll be by in the morning to replace that part. Nick was hear bright and early, replaced the capacitor and son of a gun I’m getting air in my house again. Money well spent. Quality Air now has my business.
Nick from Quality Air Heating and Air Conditioning came to my house today (91 degrees) within 2.5 hours of my call and got my AC unit up and running again -- without trying to sell me a new unit. I was extremely happy with his professionalism and the companys pricing is really competitive. I used to have all my HVAC needs addressed by another company that lost my business over the winter due to unprofessional conduct.I called my real estate broker when I had the AC problem today, as he owns multiple rentals and I figured hed know a good company to call. Without hesitation he said, Quality Air, they wont rip you off. That was all I needed to give them a call. I recommend you give them a call too, as my broker said, They wont rip you off!Seriously, they seem to be a good, locally owned company that hires good people. Give them a try, I doubt you will be disappointed.
Our heat went out on a Sunday and Quality Air was there the next day by 1 PM. Matthew was very professional and arrived in the time frame they stated. He was able to figure out the problem, get the part, and had my furnace up and running within an hour. Ill recommend them any chance I get!

Nick was the guy sent out to attend to my AC unit that wasn’t working properly. He was very professional and explained everything he was checking and how things worked and specifics/options that needed to be done to fix the unit. He explained the information in terms I could understand and took extra time to answer all my questions. Quality Air installed my AC unit as well as my furnace and put all the duct work in my house back in 2004 and they always have treated me right, I highly recommend them and they’re my go to company for any furnace or AC concerns. We love the work that these guys did for us. We got a new HVAC installed to replace our 35 year old one. Everyone on the team who was involved was very friendly and the price was very reasonable. The workers even did a few extra odd tasks to accommodate for our home at no extra charge.

Last year my furnace went out. Ryan came out and told me I didnt need a new furnace after other companies gave me overpriced estimates. He was very honest. Fast forward to this year, was getting furnace serviced by another company. Found out I had a cracked heating exchanger. I remembered Quality Air and called. Ryan came out again and was honest about what was going on with the furnace. I decided to replace the furnace. What I paid was less than all the estimates from last year. It was affordable and a good price point for me. Very honest company.

They came out the very next day got my heat working and educated me on what else needed to fix instead of like other companies that will be like there you go all good then two months later it goes back down
We had them install a ductless system in our upstairs master bedroom. Great job overall and system works extremely well cooling the upstairs and even helps to take the load off of the central HVAC.
Everyone we worked with from Quality Air was wonderful from the sales rep. Ryan to the installers Shawn and Rick. We could not be more please with our new system and the service we received from Quality Air. They worked on our old system for years doing repairs when needed, but when it finally bit the dust for good this winter they were able to get a new system installed in less than 48 hours. My furnace died on Thursday night. I called them Friday morning and had a new furnace installed by Friday afternoon for thousands less than quoted by another company.
Today I went over to my moms condo because she said the heat wouldnt go over 58 degrees. So I called Sears Heating and Cooling first and they said they couldnt get to us until Monday. I remember I had a friend Nick Hart was in the business and he said here call Quality Heating and Cooling so I did and they were out within the hour that I called. Alex showed showed up and within an hour he had my moms condo almost at 70 degrees. They will have a customer for life now... I highly recommend them for your Heating and Cooling needs!!!!

The igniter went out on my furnace over night on a night where we got four inches of snowfall. We called Quality and they had a couple guys out with parts within three hours with 4 inches of snow on the ground. They had the parts swapped, and the furnace back up and running in 20 minutes. Fantastic service!
Nick came out next day after I called when our AC quit working and 90 degrees outside. He found the problem right away and fixed it. We were quite pleased with his work and customer focus. Great guy.

We woke up to a 56 degree home on December 26th, 2013, with temps outside hovering at 10 degrees. Our furnace had gone out during the night. I called Quality Air at 7:30am, and we had our heat back up and running by 8:15am. Fast and professional service in a pinch.

Quality Air Heating and Air Conditioning is my go to in any emergency situation.When our Air conditioner went out last summer, he had two guys to our house in less than 2 hours. We had air in 4 hours. This has happened three times in the last 10 years, and their quick response time is very professional and lifesaving.I also think they have fair prices and I would not even consider calling anyone else.
What kind of heating and cooling business doesnt bring supplies to clean the coils? Had money for it, an extra 99, but they didnt have the supplies for it? Who wants a furnace serviced over 2 different visits? I noticed most reviews are done by 1 time reviewers, everyone knows that usually indicates fake reviews. Just saying...

The Quality Air Tech lied and exaggerated to try to get me to buy a new AC. Wasted my time and money. I tried to contact QA about this and they refused to return my calls. I would never recommend Quality air.I had someone come out to look at my AC which wasnt running as strong as it had in prior years. After 5 mins of looking at it he said it needed to be either replaced or recharged. I asked for an estimate of each he told me it could be as much as $900 to recharge the AC and he wouldnt know until he started and I would be committed to paying it once he started. On the other side he told me a new AC would only be $2k - $2.5k.Based on this information I decided to get a quote from his team member on a new AC and not recharge it. Why risk spending $900 to recharge it if you can buy a new one for $2k right? To get a quote for a new one I had to take another day off work and meet with another individual from QA, long story short the estimate came back at $5.5k - $7k for a new AC, not even close to what the original guy had led me to believe.I eventually had another company look at my old AC and they recharged it for $200, and it has worked great since then.After all of this is was evident that the tech that originally came out from QA had an agenda of getting me to buy a new AC. He misguided me and in some cases flat out lied. I tried to contact QA to get my $90 refunded for this Tech call that was really a sales call but they have refused to return my calls or my money. If you want to work with an honest, responsible company please do not use Quality Air.
