Watley Heating and Air just replaced my air conditioning system. I priced it months ago and drug my feet on getting it done until the weather got warmer. Of course, I was then competing with others that had the same motivation! Somehow they worked me in and made it happen the very next day! They also made a couple of recommendations to improve performance, and executed those changes as well. We had a whole system changed out in a matter of hours. They also had the best price! Fast, reliable, reasonable, professional, and friendly service - I wouldn’t use anyone else for my AC needs. They also take care of our spring and fall service, and offer a great program for that. You can’t go wrong with Watley!

I called Watley after a different company serviced my a/c unit. The other company really did nothing. I called Watley after hours, and they called me back first thing the next day and had a technician out within the hour. The technician was outstanding! I was so impressed with the service we received from Watley Heating & A/C. Working with Steve was seamless and he took care of installing the water heating and the heating & A/C unit with no issues. Their cost is reasonable, the work was exquisite, they are an honest company and they provided excellent customer service. Watley Heating & A/C will be the only company that I call to service my unit. I am now a customer for life.
The tech was very professional and kind. He serviced my Air conditioner and found a slight problem with the capacitor and he replaced it immediately.

My AC went out over the weekend. I called Watley on Monday morning and they came right away. The technicians were extremely helpful and actually assisted with identifying another issue I was having in my home that I was aware unaware of. The technicians receive 5 stars. Later when they ran my credit card the office admin called to inform my card was declined. I work for a payment processing company and have a strong customer service background so I am fully aware of what you should do when a card is declined to be customer friendly. As I was trying to validate my card information, I was cut off and informed that “the machine” tells them if the card number is wrong and cards decline because there is no money available. After providing another form of payment and checking my online accounts I called customer service for my card to determine the reason for decline as my online account showed funds available and no payment due. It turns out that the office admin entered the wrong expiration date for the card. Before you insult someone you should take take the time to validate you have the correct information. While I understand you enter numerous card numbers daily it is customer friendly to not make assumptions about decline reasons. The office admin receives 0 stars. Which is why the overall rating is low.
Shout out to the after hours team. Im terrible with names but thank yall so much. Fix was simply a blown fuse per your technicians recommendation. I will happily refer you all in the future thanks again.

I cannot say enough good things about this company! We bought our home 2 years ago...brand new. When making the switch from renting to owning I was certain on the fact that new was the way to go. I didnt want to worry about things breaking down and the upkeep of an older home. Boy was I naive! One year and two months after purchasing our home (2 months out of the builders warranty), I was home with my six week old and 3 year old when our air stopped working! It was misery. My newborn had severe reflux and times were stressful enough with all of the new adjustments and the sleepless nights, then here we were in 90 degree temps with no A.C.We reached out to the builder to start thinking we are 2 months out, at least maybe he will try and work with us.... He put us in contact with the company that installed our system upon the build and he supposedly contacted them as well on our behalf. No budging, no help...strictly business! We were still within the manufacturer warranty which meant that the compressor (which was at fault in this case) was covered. The labor and coolant however were not. The original installers wanted to charge of $150 more than Watley to fix our A.C.Certainly we went with Watley and wrote the other people off. Fast forward 9 months, with temps in high 90s plus high humidity...A.C. stops working. We called Watley of course and they hurried over that afternoon. Another crucial part had broken. They ordered the part, replaced it and the part that had broken months ago locked up and also needed replacing (again).Suspicious of what was really going on with our unit, we were contacted by Mr. Watley himself. He as well as other higher ups in this company have went above and beyond to help is through this. They felt we have been wronged and spent a lot of time trying to help us right those wrongs.Moral of the story... look into the person that built your home, even if it is new. And go to Watley for all of your heating and air needs. They are truly a good company that will not exploit you in your time of need in the name of business .
Total jerks to my wife. We have a respected home Warren that we use for a new hot water heater and again for our garage door opener and they refused to work with them. This tells me they dont stand by there work! I do NOT recommend!

I was able to get a same-day appointment and the techs arrived 10 minutes early. They were extremely courteous and professional. There was no up-sell; they fixed the problem for a reasonable cost. I highly recommend Watley.
I came home one afternoon in July to find that my A/C wasnt acting right. I called a few heat and air companies in Columbus, GA to hopefully get someone to come to my home as soon as possible. Some were busy, and one wanted an extra $30 just to drive to my house on top of the $70 fee just for looking at my A/C. Fortunately, Watley Heating and Air Conditioning answered the call, and one of their technicians was at my home within an hour.The Watley that technician serviced my A/C did a great job of showing me what was wrong/repaired while he explained it, and offered suggestions for future maintenance without pushing high dollar products on me. I was also very satisfied with the price...I didnt feel overcharged. I would recommend Watley Heating and Air Conditioning to anyone who needs their home unit(s) serviced.
I arrived home yesterday to no air after being out of town for the weekend. After calling energy savers(who I had done business with before) and being told they couldnt come out because I wasnt a priority member and couldnt become one over the weekend, I called watley. Rex was very helpful. He got here a little sooner than he projected and fixed my air in no time. He was pleasant and professional and I would highly recommend them. Added bonus: I was able to become their version of a priority member on the spot for half the price of the other guys! Thank you Rex!!
Came out to fix AC over holiday weekend. Cost was low compared to others, service was fast. I had issues after the service and they responded quickly and resolved the problem.
I have never wrote a review before but I felt like I should do this because of the great service I received today. I have had my unit worked on the last three years, and I have never had anyone to take the time and throughly explained things like Ken and Joe. The best thing about the service is that he was honest and very time efficient. I will definitely continue doing busy with Watley.
My A/C died yesterday morning. It was June 27th and hot, Hot, HOT outside in this beautiful place we call home.I work in construction and actually know a few A/C companies that we use in our business. I called the one we use the most and was told no one can come help until tuesday and that I would have to give them my credit card to even hold that appointment open for me. That was unacceptable to me. Called another company we use and got a busy tone each time I called.Finally I found Watley Heating & Air Conditioning. I called and they said someone would be out this afternoon. (I think I heard angels singing at that point!) Sure enough, true to their word, they were here, and they instantly figured out that the circuit board had fried.They had the parts on hand in the warehouse and would go get what they needed and come back. 20 minutes later they are back, repairing my system, and even a cosmetic problem that has been driving me nuts since I moved in.I expected to be gouged on the price of the repair but was very pleasantly surprised when it was low and affordable. The technicians were polite, friendly, and knew their craft.From now on, Watley H&AC will be the first and only company I will call; and they will be put on the top of our list at work now too.
Called to have an emergency late night visit for water leaking from hvac. Long story short they just recommended keeping the fan on. I later on personally go up in the attic and look around the box and see that there is condensation about. I take a closer look and see that 3 pipes coming from the box were not even connected. Meaning I was feeling cold air in the attic and it was coming from the ac box. I went to lowes bought some hvac tape and sealed it all up the best I could. Havent had a problem sense but i give 1 star because this was blatently obvious to me and something that xould have easily been fixed. More like careless oversight and not truly inspecting the problem and just coming up with something that might work traditionally just to write a bill up, collect and leave. Would definetly not recommend Whatley to anyone.

My heat went out on New Years Eve and they took care of me within 2 hours and at a fair office price. Ill continue to use them.

Our A/C went out yesterday evening around 6pm my family & I tuffed it out through the night but today 7/22/2018 was unbearable with temps reaching 85 degrees in the house! After trying to reach and ended up waiting for a technician from Indoor Solutions to never call, I ran across the wonderful people of Watley Heating & Air when I say wonderful I mean from the young lady who answered the phone and promptly put me in touch with Mr. James who was just as friendly and courteous! He even showed up 10mins after we hung up! He was very knowledgeable and fixed what ended up being a bad contactor now my family is home relaxing in the A/C!! Thank you Mr. James & staff at Watley Heating & Air!!
Amazing experience! The employees that came to my home were friendly, knowledgable and professional. I called and within a few hours they had someone at my house to fix my upstairs A/C unit and within a few hours (due to what was wrong) they had it running again and when I went upstairs I couldnt even tell anyone had been there. In the event that we ever have issues with our HVAC system in the future I will definitely be calling them back.

First of all, Im a real person!! This really just happened to me!! My hvac went out and everyone I called said there was a separate hate just to diagnose and a flat rate to fix. Watley charges 80/hr or 72/hr if your sign up for their maintenance plan ($60 for 3years!) so hey come out and fixed it in 30 min and all I paid was $80!! I almost hired someone who wanted $75 just to tell me what the problem was!! God is so good to lead to me watley! I was so worry this would cost me an arm and a leg but watley made it the best outcome possible for a broke hvac!! What a blessing! Oh, and I signed up for their maintenance so there is no weekend fee or late night fee if anything else were to happen and 10% off service and 10% off parts for 3 years for $60! I mean, there is no one else who I would ever call after they just fixed my hvac in 30 min for $80! So signing up for their program was a no brainier! Yes Im real, I have a two year old, we are military, our dog is Hoggle and we really appreciate watley heating and air!!!!!!!

I called this morning 2-10-2015 and they went out within 2 hours, completed the job and called me with the diagnosis and to tell me it was fixed! I couldnt ask for better service! I will never call any other Heating and Air professional other than them!!!
