Great place to get your nails done!

My wife has had the best experience with Paintbase, everyone is nice and welcoming and my wife’s nails look amazing. It’s so nice in there as a man I don’t mind sitting around and waiting for my wife to get pampered! Well worth the money!

DO NOT GET YOUR EYEBROWS WAXED HERE! Diamond took off a layer of skin from my right eye both above and below the brow. Not only is it extremely painful but it looks awful and probably will for quite some time. It feels like a really bad burn. I left a message 2 days ago for the manager to call me to discuss what happened and left feedback when I got the “Your feedback matters!” text but have not heard from them. TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE! On a good note, Leah did my pedicure and she was wonderful.

I have been coming here for about 6 months. I really enjoy the services provided. Relaxing atmosphere, professional technicians, efficient service.

I went in not really knowing what I wanted. I spoke to Lex and she was extremely professional and ask a lot of questions to help me find not only colors but a great nail length for my day to day activities. I will be back

I’ve booked two appointments and both times Paintbase was unable to perform the scheduled service.I had a gel manicure scheduled 12/6. Thirty minutes before my appointment, the front desk called to say that the technician was running a few minutes behind and to come a few minutes late. Not a big deal. I understand that sometimes services run a little longer than expected. I arrived five minutes after my scheduled appointment and checked in. The receptionist said it would be a few more minutes, that I was welcome to wait but if I needed to leave or got tired of waiting, they would understand if I left. That seemed odd to me so I asked how long I was expected to wait. She said, “45 minutes, but probably an hour, maybe longer.” She encouraged me to come back the next day. I was unable to wait the extended time or come back the next day. I had made the appointment a few weeks in advance to fit into my schedule.Two weeks later, I got a text reminder of a gel removal appointment I had made to go with my 12/6 gel manicure. I canceled the gel removal via text (as I did not need that service having not received the gel manicure) and called to book a gel manicure for 12/22. I spoke with a receptionist and she confirmed another gel manicure appointment at 1 PM on 12/22. When I went for my appointment, I was told I did not have an appointment and would need to come back at 3 or 4 PM and they might be able to take me then or come back the next afternoon. Again, I had booked the appointment within my availability. I was unable to rearrange my work schedule to go back 2-3 hours later.I was really excited to try Paintbase as they are open on Sunday, when my usual nail salon is closed. Perhaps they are still working out the kinks, but I need a salon that can honor their appointments.

Love this place! Esther is the best and always takes her time. I go monthly and love it.

Easily the worst manicure/pedicure Ive ever received. I cant believe I paid $60+ for the service. Three of my toenails are only half painted and my fingernails had several air bubbles in them. The nail tech claimed she had been doing nails for 15 years but messed up on ever nail and had to go back and fix it. Steer clear of this place.

The atmosphere is lovely and upscale. I enjoyed my service professional a great deal. However, I got the gel mani and instead of lasting 3wks like usual, it barely made it to 1 without a chip. Wah wah. Maybe it was a fluke, so I would certainly try again. Having a glass of bubbly while getting your nails done never hurts either :)

Worst ever. My sister and I had ours nails done here. Her nails are still peeling and mine are infected. Neither of us have had our nails done anywhere else to blame for the issues except here. The polish wasnt even neatly put on. Looked terrible. Just dont go here it isnt worth the expense of medical issues.

Very friendly. Absolutely the worst quality mani pedi ever. Manicure was gel and peeling by day 2. Pedicure looks like I did it myself with my eyes closed. Most expensive mani pedi I’ve ever had. I would never go back.
