Our temperature was taken. Hand sanitizer was available and all staff were masked. Professional service and quality pedicures.

Very clean and sanitary. Very nice people. My lady didnt really listen to me though. I asked for a full set of acrylics and she just gave me a basic manicure/ polish. She didnt understand when I protested.

I have been searching for a shop that does dip nails for the longest time, and finally found a local shop that does them. Theyre $40, but they literally last 3-4 weeks which is totally worth it. I had a pedicure - which was phenomenal! Lisa convinced me to remove my lifting acrylics and try the dip nails. She took her time removing the acrylics, making sure that my natural nails remained in tact. The previous nail tech who did my nails filed them thinner than Id hoped, so I lost length on two nails. Lisa just added two faux nails and kept it pushing! She let me pick my shade of black, walked me through the entire dip process, and made me feel like a valued customer. I rarely get my nails done, but after working so hard, decided to treat myself. I truly value excellent customer service and Pro Finish CAME THROUGH! They work together as a family, and each party thanked me genuinely for my tip. You do NOT get customer service like this in a nail shop often. I always get compliments on my nails, and I cant wait to go back! Totally worth a visit!

Worst acrylic set I have received in a long time. The tips are not fully attached to my nail, there is glue on my skin, the lengths are not even close to being even and the surface of most nails are wobbly-looking. They look cartoonish to say the least! 1/13/20

Tina, was warm and wonderful as she was on my first visit to Pro Finish. I decided to remove the acrylic shields from my nails and try something different. That turned out to be powder dip. Im pleased with my first day. Im very curious to see if it last 3-4 weeks.

I went in an hour before closing and my nails were rushed (she was done in literally 15mins) even though it wasn’t too busy in the shop. My nails looked decent when I left but the gel was peeling off after the 2nd day. Maybe if I go in earlier during the day the service will hopefully be better *fingers crossed*

They do a great job, pricing is reasonable, and you can schedule appointments.

Worst manicure Ive had in Columbia unfortunately. Super rushed and my nail lengths are super uneven compared to each hand.... And much more expensive than anywhere Ive been to around here

I called to make an appt after work one day and they fit me into their schedule so fast, on a Saturday! When i walked in, everyone was sooo nice. Every employee acknowledges you and gives you a hello smile. I got a dip nails manicure and let me tell you- they have a ton of color choices and the lady who did them (didn’t catch her name, but her station is the very last one) was so patient and careful, my mani came out BEAUTIFULLY. I’ve never been so satisfied with a mani like this before. I’m definitely going back when i decide to redo my nails. Wonderful people really.
