I have had problem nails forever but pretty nails is a spectacular salon with expert technicians who changed my life! My nails used to break within a couple days at other salons but these nails last forever! Thank you pretty nails I would refer this salon to everyone!!!

I belueve it may have been the nail technician I had. My water was so cold I was shivering. The hot towel was also cold because she shook it until it was cold. She did not massage my legs or hands. It was horrible. If I coukd give it a zero I would.

Tried Pretty Nails today for the first time despite bad reviews and my experience was great! Danny’s wife did my nails and she was very friendly, professional and she did the most beautiful flower design exactly the way I showed her in the picture. The last place I went to before could not even do that and they left my nails thick and uneven but today I walked out very happy because she filed my nails evenly and they arent thick. Very beautiful she is really good at what she does! Thank you so much I will definitely be coming back!!

The worstNail shop I ever experienced my nails look like the been done for 2 weeks my feet polish is coming off and just went there Tuesday thats y they didnt get no tip because of bad service

Yall get one star on today because thats just the way it goes when I feel as though a better job could have been done. I love this place and I’ve been coming in here for years. I showed up 6 years ago because of my wedding and my brides mates were looking for a last minute place. They took care of us and I’ve been back every month since!

Went here today for the first time, around 4:20 pm. What a lovely gem to come across! Really nice staff and owner. The service is friendly and courteous. 5 stars because my nails are absolutely stunning. This place is why ladies go to get pampered.

I come to this place all the time, but today was not good. The guy that seats up front (I think he is the owner) did a rushed job and had the young lady paint my nails (she was very nice). I may return in a month but I will have one of the ladies to do my feet. If it’s not good I will not return.

I dropped in one day to get my nails done... there were only two people working so I had to wait a while. The whole time I was waiting (probably 40 or so minutes) they had my nails soaking in acetone which completely RUINED my nails. He guy then commented on how weak my nails were when usually they are strong (probably because they just soaked for forever?). Anyways, I got a dip (which he insisted was much worse than gel/acrylic). Usually dip lasts me about a month; however, the dip I got from this place (which they topped with gel polish?) chipped on the majority of my nails after only 2 DAYS! I will not be going back.

I didnt catch her name. She is SO friendly they ask about personal lives and really love!! Cleanliness- The owner is incredibly committed to a perfectly hygienic environment. Seriously, MAKE AN APPOINTMENT! Youll leave happy!

I love going to pretty nails! Danny is absolutely amazing! He does such a great job and he will give you exactly what you want. The other amazing thing is, there’s no long wait. Danny won’t have you waiting longer than 10-20 tops & ive never seen someone works fast and do absolutely amazing work! He’s the only one I go to ! If you haven’t checked it out already, you should! Ive been going here for years. I ONLY let Danni do my manicure & his wife to do my pedicure. They are wonderful & do a great job. The other ones in there not so much their attitude, roughness, noisiness & rudeness are unprofessional. And yes their daughter is annoying.

Moving is never fun, especially when you have to acquaint yourself with new specialty services. Finding quality and efficient service can be trial and error; well I am so thankful that we gave Pretty Nails a try. After driving from one nail shop to another. They were friendly, and most importantly about there business. The best pedicure I have had in a long while, I almost fell asleep...lol. If you are new to the Harbison area, give em a try. My time is precious so glad to know, they are conveniently located to me and have realistic hours to accommodate their customers after working hours.

Came today as a spur of the moment for a pedicure. Staff nice but not please for$27.00. Less rubbing of legs and more scrubbing on heels. Will not return.

This is the worse pedicure i’ve ever had and i will definitely not be back. they did not scrub my feet she cut my nails down to a nub just everything that could be bad is bad. Not to mention the entire time i’ve been in here they have been arguing with two other customers about the quality of there work not being up to par. I was shocked when i walked in on a sunday and there were two people in the entire salon i guess i see why.

Everytime I go there is some issue I’ve been a loyal customer for over 5 years and today they lost my business I don’t appreciate being yelled at when asked for the man that does my nails. She said I do....no one lets random people do there stuff. Ugh very upset because of this. When does the owner come back

This nail salon is near my office, so I gave it a shot. My technician took her time on my design and even gave me a long hand massage afterwards. The implements were hermetically sealed in my technicians baskets -- this place is clean, clean, clean! I definitely plan on coming back!

Dont have the owners wife to do your nails!!! my best friend and i went to pretty nails to have are nails done she had a guy up front and i had a female in front. I have a typing job and and while we were getting are nails done her child was running around being loud and bothering customers I ignored it and she continued my nails before she applied acrylic i informed her she glued my middle fingers Crockett she said no its Ur nail thats turned...... i was telling her what i wanted on my design and she informed me with or without design it would be 40 so i paid and when i talked to my best friend she told me her guy only charged her 30 and we only had different colors on are nails both with 2 designs......., anyway was not the best experience. but I had to go back less then a week later the two middle fingers had huge bubbles underneath them i then asked for her to fix them and she spoke her native tongue the rest of the time but i could tell it was BS she was talking so i asked her if she would rather have someone else fix them. then her attitude really showed if i could give half a star i would.

My pedicure was awesome...but the crappy full set i got with gel was horrible... I asked for design showed the lady what i wanted...she didnt tell me that she couldnt do it until after finishing.....THEN HAS THE NERVE TO BE MAD..DO NOT GO HERE...$80 FOR WHAT.THIS IS THE ABSOLUTE WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD...I WISH I COULD TAKE A PICTURE AND SHOW HOW CRAPPY MY NAILS LOOK

Ive been going here off and you on for a little over a year. The staff is always friendly and they seem to have a lot of fun. The last time I went as a relaxation treat for myself and the lady who did my mani/pedi really gave me the royal treatment. There is also a guy in there that ladies come from all over the Midlands just because of the way he shapes the acrylic nails.

Never returning ! Charged me for a “ deluxe pedicure” but after the service couldn’t explain the difference between the deluxe or regular. Nor could they explain why they didn’t ASK prior to doing the “ deluxe pedicure” if that was the service I was wanting. Turn around they charge me $45 for medium length nails when the nail length is OBVIOUSLY SHORT when I asked for the shortest length possible due to my profession. Terrible terrible customer service. Also they began to get loud when I continued to calculate all prices they were telling me and an extra $13 dollars was UNEXPLAINABLE.

I came in for a gel manicure. Two of my fingers were burning during the manicure; I’ve never had this happen before. The manicure was around 4:30, but dinner time I had a chip in my nail. Within three days, half my nails were peeling up on the edges. Save your money and go elsewhere.

Worse experience EVER!! ... I walked in the door to find the employees and their children lounging in the lobby, the greeting I received was what you getting done I replied gel polish on my nails and toes his reply what color you want I said I need to see the colors so I can choose, he said its gonna be $45, I dont recall asking you how much its going to cost, Im thinking like just provide the services Im requesting geesh! .. Im not sure if they were about to close or what but they did a rush job that was done very sloppy, the only thing the lady who polished my feet was focused on was my Tiffany bracelet, I almost thought she was going to steal it off of my wrist, the other guy who was possibly the owner did my nails and although I didnt get a mani he didnt even bother to file my nails, the gel polish on my nails and my toes was on the sides of my nails too, very sloppy work! I usually tip even for mediocre service but I didnt this time because it was blatant extremely poor customer service and sloppy work! I will never return and I would strongly advise anyone who is reading this to beware!

Pedicure by older lady was done great, only reason Im giving them two stars . Danni on the other hand took constant smoke breaks . nails were done so bulky . Will have to go to someone else to repair . Will never go back . Dont waste your money, SERIOUSLY .

Went in to get a pedicure with my wife. First time experience for me but won’t be a last.

I did not enjoy my time at Pretty Nail. The man that appeared to be in charge seemed really short and borderline abusive with the women working. This salon is not for me. I gave 3 stars because in the end I got a gel mani and pedi for $57 before tip and my nails looked ok.
