I got a pedicure done yesterday. Gel polish...and today I wore closed in shoes. Please tell me why my gel polish looks like I put my shoes on without letting my toes dry. Im so disappointed. Because I thought the young lady did a good job. I believe this gel polish must be old because my toes look a mess. And again I got my toes done a whole day before and I got gel polish.

I only get manicures 2 or 3 times a year for special events. I like this place because the gel manicures are about $30 and last for over a week before getting chipped. I like the fact that they take walk ins. Ive never made an appointment. They also dont push extras on you the way other places do.

Beautiful atmosphere, great menu, and good service. They offer a variety deep tissue massages in addition to nails. You can even get a snack and a drink while youre there!

Very nice ambience. Very clean and great with covid rules. Relaxing and everyone displays great hospitality. They cant get very busy so I would recommend calling for an appointment.

The shop is beautiful, they serve wine, its very relaxing. Its hit or miss with who does your nails. My friend and I went together for a pedicure. Her male nail tech didnt say a word to her or ask her anything. Mine was very friendly and kept checking in with me on everything. I wish the pedicure was more foot massage than calf massage though. My toes looked great. My friend, I could tell was unsatisfied.

It was a nice salon, with nice staff. My nail tech seemed to have everything clean and sanitary. I just thought she was a little rough when cleaning up the skin. I bled around my cuticle and it hurt a bit. I wish they would take their time during that part of the manicure.

Two weeks later amd still looks good!!

What an amazing job Hellen did! My nails have NEVER looked better and my feet NEVER felt better! Helen used sterilized tools and took her time. The hand and feet massage were heavenly! I live up in Harford county and she is well worth the trip down!

Had a really bad experience here for my nail fill in but it was followed by a great one. Mimi communicated with me for weeks on setting up a time to fix my nails that a previous person from there did. Not only were my nails great afterwards, she even did a little extra and it was on the house. Julie did my pedicure and I’ll be seeing these ladies in the future. I really appreciate when someone goes out of their way and MiMi really did that for me!

Coco Nail Bar is excellent! It’s very clean and they are serious about Covid precautions. Everyone there is friendly and kind, and I’m always happy with my nails when I leave. Sophie is the best!

The place is very clean. The selection of colors is enormous. Everyone is very friendly . I love getting my nails and massage there. I also love to be pampered by them😍😜😝😛😘

Really like Coco Nail Bar! The set up is nice and they offer complimentary beverages, including wine, and snacks. Be sure that you clearly state what you want done as sometimes the language barrier plays a role. Highly recommended!

Please don’t go here they are so messy they don’t care about costumers needs they just over charge you for everything and complain when you say you don’t like it. My nails look like a 5 year old did them ridiculous.

This has to be by far one of the cleanest, beautifully maintained nail salons in MD!! Private pedicure booths! Offered free beverages and snacks! So relaxing! Prices were perfect! I was actually expecting to pay more for the service I was offered but they were very reasonable. I will be returning!

Disrespectful workers. Made rude and unnecessary comments that had the only intention of being disrespectful. Gel was thin and bad quality . She painted one nail on each hand at a time and just switched back and forth from both hands which was very odd and made the nails come out very uneven and patchy. Don’t listen to you at all.

Amazing service. They treated my friends and I so well, were reasonably priced, and we all walked away feeling refreshed and relaxed after our pedicures and eyebrow waxing.

I went in with 6 people and they made sure to take care of all of us together for pedicures. They give us a little wine which is sooo nice and they are super friendly!

They were very rough and cut me a few times. On top of that I would have completely overcharged, and at the end when I went to pay the lady told me that the tip was not enough! NEVER again

Omg!!! The environment and people are clean. You must wash or sanitize your hands upon entry. Staff also does the same. They take your temperature and contact trace. The ambiance was relaxing, peaceful, and safe. Staff members were very friendly, helpful, and ensured guest were comfortable to include my paramour. They offered beverages (water, soda, etc.) on the house. Immediately after my services were complete, she sanitized the erea we used (plexiglass, chair, tabletop). We also witness other staff sanitizing equipment between clients.

I absolutely loved this place!!! First time where the nail tech actually listened to what I wanted when it came to the length of my nails! I wanted shorter tips because I work with children and I like for them to be rounded squared, normally previous nail techs would dismiss my request for short length, and end up giving me coffin shaped. The ambience was lovely, the woman answering the calls who was also the greeter was amazingly sweet. I also like how they offer you water, or drinks and chips to snack on! I would definitely go back! I am going on my 3ed week with my dip powder nails with tips and none have broken or damaged!

First time here, and I’m actually impressed, I had a great experience. Space looked clean and new guidelines are in place for COVID safety. I felt welcomed and the employees were very friendly. Definitely coming back! Thank you Mimi!Follow up, unfortunately the quality has gone down since I first started. I make an appointment but have to wait over 30 min to even get seated. Feel rushed every time now and the last 2 times I was there for 2 1/2 hrs for a mani & pedi:(

This nail salon is wonderful and so is Hannah. She gives excellent pedicures and I always leave with nails/hands that look like they came straight out of a magazine! When I’m unsure how to get my nails done Hannah can always come up with something that I end up loving.

I have been all over Columbia and have had horrible experiences. However, when I stumbled upon Lili My problems were resolved. She takes her time, listened to the problems I was having, and actually did my nails the way I exactly wanted. Sigh. My first set stayed on almost a month. So impressed. I give 4 stars because When I returned and she was unavailable another tech did my nails for me but they were thick, bulky, and lifting at the base the same week. The manager did rectify by fixing the lifted ones and said that tech had been let go but the whole set should’ve been soaked off and redone as they continued to lift and ruined my real nails and length. So devastating.

I chose to do a pedicure and was set up with Sophie. I had a pleasant and relaxing experience. The music was relaxing, volume was just right. The main lighting in the pedicure area was off - which I love as I find it allows me to further de-stress. Once the the detailed work began she turned the work spotlight on my feet so that the lighting in my face was dim and relaxing. Beverage options are included in the with the 40 & up pedicures. They also offer snacks, included as well. Every color you could ever imagine is available as a selection. I think they have done a wonderful job so far to make your experience as pleasant as possible. There are plenty of price and services offered for a variety of folks. I am satisfied and would return again.

Have you ever paid for something, with tip, and then kicked yourself about it? Yeah. This was way overpriced especially considering the poor quality and skipped steps. I’ve had enough salon visits to know what happens when you get a pretty straightforward service.Cons:Didn’t use lotion or massage hands until asked and this was after the polish was applied (and still wet).No cuticle oil.No opportunity to wash hands after trimming.Didn’t clean nails at all (not under or without a brush).So much red polish on my fingers and cuticles that my fingers look like they’re bleeding.One nail is darker than all of the others because there was some kind of dust on my nail (maybe because they weren’t buffed) and rather than remove it nail tech kept painting over it.Didn’t pluck strays after eyebrow wax.Didn’t trim eyebrows at all.Literally rushed me from manicure table to drying table then within seconds (with still wet nails obviously) back to have eyebrow wax.Didn’t let me pay before nails were painted.Pros:Nice facilities.No wait.Lots of color options.They may offer you a drink of water. Maybe.Cost with tip: $35.Not worth it when I had to go home and finish everything myself—especially since my hands looked worse coming out than when I walked in!

I came as a walk in looking for a gel mani. They were very polite and got me squared away within 10 mins. Ivy did my manicure and she was great!! I will be back ☺️

Worst customer service ever. The technicians are very rude and the product provided is not worth the price. I went to get gel polish and they charged to remove the previous color. In addition, my nails had several air bubbles and the polish only lasted two days.

I love this place! Mimi does such a great job on my pink & white ombré, and even added glitter to my nails today. She is one of my favorites & I’ll continue going to her! :)

I went 3 times and I never could get the same nail tech. The price was different each time for the same service. The owner is rude. They ran out of the specific color and tried to pass off a different color as the same one. Very unprofessional, the last visit was the worst, the gel was peeling off hours after the visit! I will NOT return.

Yesterday was my first time at Coco Nail Bar. I have mixed emotions about my experience. An older woman who I’m assuming is the owner made my experience awkward the second I walked into the door. Instead of coming close to talk to me she talked across the room. I told her what service I wanted and she told me the cost several times(even though I never asked) before she told me to have a seat or pick a color. Every customer in the room had the same look of confusion on their face while watching our interaction. I was offered water or soda (not wine like some other customers) and after a few minutes she yelled for me to sit at a booth with her back turned which was confusing. The highlight of the visit was Daniella she fixed a nail nightmare I received at another shop with patience and care. I would give this nail bar another shot because of the tech alone, however the owner could use some work on her people skills and mannerisms.

I will never go hear again. I made an appointment PRIOR to my arrival. I came there and they allowed two people (who didn’t have appointments) get their nails done. Meanwhile I’m sitting there and asking questions confused and they keep saying “you next”. The whole time they had other techs sitting around on their cell phones. They lost a big tipper and any future business. I’m making sure I and anybody I know goes elsewhere next time. Noooo proper communication at all either. I was there confused as hell.

Clean, friendly salon. Dip (SNS) powder mani lasts for 4 weeks without chips/breaking/cracks, even through activities like weight lifting, dish washing, cleaning, you name it. Highly recommend Ivey! She does an amazing job.

My nails were a mess from previous trip to nail shop across the street but Ivy fixed them and I was definitely happy when I left the salon!

Had a pedicure done a week ago and it was the worst i have ever had. It was done by an older male tech . Did not scrub my feet, did not clean the cuticles, the polish was all over my toes. It took him all of 10 -15 minutes. $35.00 . I left with pieces of cuticle hanging off. The worst!

Got the gel manicure, you can see my nail threw the polish, not enough polish, there is residue on my fingers, and the nail is not fully covered. Not worth it.

I visited Coco nail bar today. I had a pedicure and SNS manicure. Lauren did my pedicure and I was really disappointed. I paid $45 for an upgraded pedicure, my pedicure way about 20 minutes long and she seemed really inexperienced. She had nail polish all over the place. There was really no massage envolved. I was about to leave after that but decided to stay for the manicure. Lee did my SNS and I loved her, she did an amazing job and gives the best hand massage. She was doing a basic pedicure ($30) next to me when I was having mine done and she was really giving a good massage and it was much longer than mine ($45). I gave 5 stars solely on my experience with Lee. I will definitely return to see Lee.

You guys shoved a flyer into my window jam and it rained, now its stuck between the glass and the door. Tell your people its bad enough to put it under someones wipers. But to damage someones vehicle is horrible.
