I went a couple months ago and the nails looked horrible she then made me get out my phone and give it a 5 star review. they were rude and were super rough with my nails. they also filed it down way to much

Been coming here for years and they’ve always been very nice to me and my girls! We always leave feeling better! They also have a tone of colors from gels and dips, and the best pedicures around!Just try and call ahead because they get busy in the evening!

Ive been here a few times before and its been ok, but this time i am VERY disappointed with how my nails turned out. Me and my sister wanted to get our nails done for graduation this weekend, but the nails arent even presentable. Even with multiple example pictures and polite corrections they look nothing like the photo. Instead they look chunky, the polish is smudged, and the overall quality is bad. We could have done better ourselves. Would not recommend! It is NOT worth the $40

If you’re looking for natural nails this this is the place to go if you’re looking for acrylic or any designs then you may want to find a different place. I showed them a picture and ask them if they could do it they said yes and the results came out nothing like the pictures even with me asking nicely for corrections. The pedicure was OK but sloppy and missing spots. I wouldn’t recommend this salon unless you are getting dip or reg polish nothing special tho. There Service is good but the quality is terrible.

I don’t usually write reviews but the manicure quality was so poor I have to let people know not to waste their time and money here. I made an appointment and they got me right in. The place was relatively clean and everyone was very nice but my nails look horrible. The acrylic is lumpy, the ends of my nails are not smoothly shaped and the color is streaky. They kept switching the employees working on me and telling me that I was getting pampered by three different people but not a one of them gave me quality work.

This place is the worst nail salon I have ever entered. Came in on Tuesday morning first customer upon opening needed fill in, two nails where lifting by Thursday and one fell off by Friday, they charged me 40 dollars for a fill in and I left a 10 dollar tip. So my Tip to any one reading this is...FIND ANOTHER SALON!

Very friendly people, they have a huge selection of gel colors including magnetic cats eye which I havent seen around here. Really reasonably priced. Clean. I got a hand massage after my fill which felt amazing and left my hands so soft because of the oil.

They re-use the nail files for the pedicures and didnt bag the tub for soaking. I soaked for over 20 minutes before they even got to me so I didnt have time to get my nails done as the other 2 people with me were done with a pedicure and manicure by the time my pedicure got finished. They cut my friend and cut my cuticles way too much. Would not recommend!

The guy cut my toe. the polish is all over my feet. terrible service. i waiting over 45 minutes for anyone to start. 3 different people worked on them. will never come back.

Please dont go here!!! I went for a full set of acrylics and it was terrible! She nicked two of my fingers with the drill and made me bleed, she got glue literally all over my hands that wont come off, and the nails are just terrible. I asked her to fix them and the first time she said no. Then the second time she did fix them (they still looked awful) but told me that they looked bad because I didnt get gel. I ended up having to come home and redo them myself. What really makes me nervous is that she nicked me with the drill and then proceeded to use tools that did NOT look clean. Please please dont go here.

I have very very thin natural nails, and hate the damage tips create. Their dip powder on natural nails has made them stronger, and longer than ever before. Pedicures are great, and owners are always appreciative.

3 strikes ur out! Have tried to go to this nail shop on three separate occasions. The first time I went, they told me it was by appointment only. So the nxt time I called to try to make an appointment, they told me I could come in at any time. So I asked her what about now. She stated she had an appointment coming in. So I said forget it. Went the nxt day, and asked for a fill-in. Nail technician was doing nails and told me that the lady who does nails was not there. So I asked,”you don’t do nails?” She said she had an appointment coming in, so I left. I’m not going to argue or beg anyone to take my hard earned money. I felt like I had already done that. So I tried to see how this nail shop did nails and three times they refused service to me. So I will definitely never go here ever again and spend my money elsewhere!

They used the same items for EVERYONE!! Nail file and the clippers ! Cut my cuticles on my feet and fingers!! Cold water!!NOT CLEAN!! wouldnt recommend at all!!

I don’t usually write reviews but I’ve gone in multiple times, and each time I get the older lady. She rushes through and does a poor job. My nails are never fully painted and to be honest they look terrible. Disappointed in the amount I paid for the service I received.

While they may have the best selection of dip powder in the city, it’s not worth it. I had three different people work on my nails and rotate through several times. Sometimes I sat there with no one doing my nails because they double booked appointments and took walk ins at the same time. It’s been three days and my nails are already chipping. Will not go back.

My son is graduating boot camp, so wanted to get them done before I fly out. I got off work at 6pm, and they got me in at the end of the day. They were there past time they closed working on my nails. She didnt rush them. She took her time and they came out beautiful. Im so happy with them! Also, the place was clean and the staff is friendly. This was my first time here, and Im impressed. I will be coming back to get my nails done again.

Such an exceptional experience I recieved‼ Upon arrival you are accommodated with masks if you dont possess one. I was VERY impressed with the level of cleanliness demonstrated which shows the extra care given in protecting veryones safety while displaying preventative measures against the virus. My nail technician ensured everything was to my liking & took extra care in massaging my hands to massage my hands with oil & lotion. I truly enjoyed my time there. I had my nails done for the first time at Como nails today. It was a great experience. They were prompt and did a great job on my nails. The staff was very professional and all the utensils were cleaned and sterilized. I can’t wait when Ito go back with more time to spend because they also offer pedicures and waxing.

At first I was concerned about getting ombré nails but when I got there I was just fine! There wasn’t much of a wait and being a teenager I always am a big critic on my nails, Tina did a wonderful job on them and I couldn’t have asked for better! There was a problem with one of my nails being crooked so she re did the whole thing making sure I got everything I wanted! I will definitely be coming back thank you so much!

Had appointment at 1pm. We got there at 12:30 and they were busy, so we said we would be back at 1. When we got back they had seated 4 walk ins about 5 to 1, so we would have to wait until they were done. Why make an appointment if they dont honor it. We left. Wont go back.

The pedicure was great.. but the acrylic nails weren’t. I got these done before my rehearsal dinner. I left plenty of time for a normal pedicure and acrylic application. But here it took 2.5 hours!! With no wait!!! There was two people there one working on me and one working on my sister. The guy would do something to my nails then the lady that was there would come over and redo it. I think he was training which is not who I want to do my nails before my wedding. The lady was rushing because they were past closing time and cut my finger with the grinder not 1...but 3 TIMES! I was late to my own rehearsal dinner which was a bummer but even more so was that two days later my hair started catching at the base of my nail like it does when I’ve been wearing them for weeks! They look grown out and awful. And today (day 6) the gel polish started peeling off. Was definitely not worth the $90 I spent on them and the pedicure. I can’t wait to take them off. The only reason I have two stars instead of 1 is because the pedicure was pretty decent.

I went to come nails when I needed someone to help me with my life. I was recently dumped from a long relationship and I needed the confidence boost to get back out there and get a new man. Thats when I went to Como Nails to get my nails done, (I hadnt had them done in a while) I met an amazing lady who gave me such good advice and support. She did my nails to perfection, and now I go there every time I need someone to talk to and get my nails done. They do their work so swell up there and have no mistakes. If you have a request they will absolutely nail it!! Ladies, if you need to get your nails done and looking marvelous, go to Como Nails!!

I dont typically write reviews but I just have to let everyone know about my experience here! I absolutely LOVE this nail salon and the people who work here! Especially the owner! I had previously had a bad experience at another nail salon here in Columbia and they fixed me right up! I had gotten them done a week ago so I knew soaking my nails off would be an annoying process but the ONLY thing they were concerned about was me having to spend money yet again to get my nails done (not to mention, we didnt get done until after close but they did not rush at all. They made sure I was well taken care of and that I loved the finished product). I can tell that they are all about customer satisfaction and I highly recommend this establishment to everyone!

Not worth the time! They have a lady there that is so rude it cant even make up for how sweet the manager is. The older lady messed up on my nails 3 times and mind you this was the same set. First she did awful shaping which was sloppy then she made the way to short. Afterwards the acrylic was so thin that my nails kept breaking doing simple task, like cleaning. Overall I would not recommend this place it was disappointment after disappointment

First off I would like to say they are very nice and friendly people. BUT they reuse dirty tools on the natural nail and the enhancement. Thats how you get nail fungus. I was there a while because I like long nails so i saw it at least 7 times or more I saw them drop tools and reuse them. Sweep e-file bits up with abroom and then reuse them. reuse the sanding bands on at least 4 different people including myself when I left they still hadnt changed them out. Same with the hand files.So i will not be going back.***** in response to there comment ****I was a walk in so there was no appointment. Instead of excuses Fix your sanitation issues.

Wasted my money and wasted my time here. I kinda wish I could give 0 stars for a reveiw. I have never been to a more unprofessional nail place. The whole time the lady was doing my nails she was talking to the other nail technician. Having a full conversation and not paying attention to my nails. I saw her do actions two times, and generally mess up. She did not communicate with me why anything was happening. The other nail technician is the only one who can do the acrylic part and so I was waiting for her to finish with her other client so I could move to her, but my lady never told me that and I was just waiting for 15 minutes pissed. Then because both technicians were talking the second lady did the worst acrylic application I’ve ever seen. I wouldn’t recommend this nail shop.

My feet and my nails were not in good condition after the next few days due to dirty equipment. My toes she did under the desk while someone was doing my fingernails. You probably could imagine painting with your eyes closed. Unsanitary had to soak my nails and toes in peroxide for several days and apply triple antibiotics. They were sore and hadnt had them done since because they have been so tender

This place just opened and I’m so suprised of thier work. The people there are really friendly and gives great service. This place is located near my side of town so I don’t have to go that far to get there. Overall I would recommend this place for those who are looking for a pedicure/manicure.

I did NOT like this place they did a really bad job in leveling out the arcylic and the paint is all over my my finger. over all i did NOT like this place and i will not go there again.

Seriously disappointed, very poor customer service and treatment. I felt more like an inconvenience and nuisance than their customer as they never speak English. Place very cluttered with employees drinks and cigarette pack. It started with a 25 minute wait, ok cant be helped. But I noticed that there were more technicians than licenses posted on the wall. Then the station wasnt cleaned as she waved/motioned for me to go to her station. Then acted irritated I folded the dirty towel and move it to the edge of the table. Nothing came out of anything sanitizing, she just pulled it out of her little box, nothing in packages from being cleaned.She completely did not care about the service she was providing and I have bubbles, and smears... At one point she just wiped my finger nail clean with her bare hand and smeared the polish all over my skin, without cleaning it off. I left there after a manicure and gel nails with hangnails, polish and bubbles and smears. My experience was horribleand I will not return. Nor will I recommend them.***In response to their reply:Sorry to say that this is a totally fabricated incident. FYI, all of our licensed technicans speak English fluently so If you can show your true identity then we can discuss any subject concerned.Thank youIt is not fabricated, I was the one with the hurt leg in a brace, and your response truly shows how unproffesional your business is and how you treat your customers. I was only charged $25 for a $28 service so she knew she was doing a shitty job, although I still tipped her. AND, if all your technicians speak English fluently maybe they should do it more, or speak their language when its more appropriate around customers because Im NOT the only bad review about that.Ultimately, you have rude technicians and a dirty unsanitary shop and equipment, I wonder if your due for a drop in state inspection?... but, who cares. I will never return to your business and will never recommend you to anyone. Ever.
