I went to get my nails done with ACRYLIC but instead the nail artist did it with gel. I showed her a picture of the nails I wanted and she said she could do them but while she was doing my nails she was questioning what she was doing, plus all the workers were talking about the customers in rude ways. Once I told her that I didn’t like how my nails turned out she tried fixing them but she just made the nails worse. Since she didn’t do a good job she said I didn’t have to pay for my nails only for the pedicure but when I gave her my card to pay, she charged me for both nails and pedicure. I definitely do not recommend the place.

I went with my sister and mom to do mani/pedi. I am low maintenance and was only doing this for fun quality time with family. The lady who did my pedicure was fine and friendly at first. I think they skimped on the massage which was supposed to be 15 minutes because it definitely felt like less. The reason I am giving it one star is because the way they treated other people in my family. They were super impatient, very unprofessional (heard the worker say omg, and continue speaking in their native language after my mom went to go show my sister the nails and get her opinion). They tried to sell my mom on some type of gel that was more expensive and kept insisting after my mom told them she only needed the polish for a day and would remove it. And after telling her to go wait and let them dry for 15-20, never came by to tell her it was good for her to go. Just left my mom at the front of the store to wait, and my mom wasnt sure when she could leave. Some workers didnt speak any English so it was difficult at times to communicate as well.Overall, I would not recommend this place since I their professionalism and quality of work was some of the worst Ive seen in the service industry. Others may have good experiences, but if this is your first time, I recommend going somewhere else.

Everyone is nice but my pedicure could of been better. Very spotty. The man could barely speak English and communication was an issue.

Okay so the lady is super nice and shaped my nails well. But when I told her that I wanted gel she used powder. She charged me 50 bucks and I used my real nails. I told her that I wanted a darker pink and she told me it was too late.. I go to my other nail salon and they do hand massage, gel and cuticle cleaning for the same price. I came here bc I was in a rush.. no thank you. I didn’t feel like they listened to wanted I wanted..

The staff were friendly, the place was clean and my pedicure was nice...I’ll give this place that.But, I was/am so upset about my manicure that I can’t give this place any more than one star.I got a full gel set and wanted it painted a certain way (I had a picture). I rarely get my nails done, but it was New Year’s Eve and my boyfriend was taking me out to a really nice dinner that night, and I wanted to treat myself and surprise him by looking extra nice.My gels looked like they were going well but I didn’t really get to look at them until they were done. But the polish job is HORRIBLE. My nails look lumpy and misshapen...he painted really far out to the sides and I even had polish on my skin afterward. He also didn’t paint all the way to the cuticle, leaving ragged uneven lines of polish that look like they’ve already grown out two weeks since I’ve had them done. And the special glittery ends I wanted barely have any of the glitter at all. I also had a lot of glue on my fingers and realized the gel nails were really wide in spots. I didn’t really take a good enough look while I was there, and ultimately paid $100 for everything. As soon as I got home and noticed everything looked terrible, I cried. I don’t have money to just treat myself like this often and I just wasted it and now had really horrible looking nails. I got to work trying to get the glue and polish off my skin, and tried to file away at some of the really misshapen parts. I made some small improvements but it still looks so so bad. I didn’t have any time that day to return either, as I had to get ready for my dinner date. So now I’m out $100 and was too embarrassed to even let my boyfriend see how bad my nails were.I do not recommend this place at all.The pictures are AFTER my own slight fixes, that should give you an idea of how bad this was. And yes my hands are ragged...I’m a nail biter that has an outdoor labor job. But even my hands looked worse in general after visiting Le’s.

I walked in for SNS and was taken almost immediately. I went with Amy and she did an amazing job. She was very thorough and paid close attention to detail. I will be back the redness around my cuticle in the picture is because its winter and my hands hate me

I got a manicure and pedicure,the service was okay,they are over priced and unprofessional,when I gave them a tip they didn’t say thank you,I won’t be going back there.

Since I was getting a manicure done without colour I was expecting them to do a good job at shaping and cleaning my cuticles. The lady who helped me first was rough and was doing extremely poorly at my cuticles I was almost walking out when she stopped me and made me sit down with another person he was no better. This place is a sheer waste of money.

I come here at least once a month for a gel pedicure and SNS manicure! Will and Lynne the owners are great!

I have only gotten my nails done once this year because of covid. I went in thier building before other customers and it was very clean. I am picky and have odd requests because doing nails in a shop isnt my thing. But they listened and accommodated.

I went in to get my eyebrows waxed and they did a fabulous job. Will definitely come back!

It’s a shame the pictures that are seen on the review are subpar because my experience here was nice for a first timer. The friendliness of the staff I saw (not every staff member was there obviously but it was a good group) was exceptional and even though the man I got didn’t speak much English he was very patient and understanding. Got my nails done for prom and they were pretty nice with only one minor chip and lack of fill on one nail but I believe that was my fault when they were being dried. The manager was sweet too. There are a few things they could work on customer wise and it wasn’t the cleanliest place in terms of look (the tools and equipment were clean however or else I wouldn’t have let them do my nails) but overall an 8/10 experience.

Biggest waste of money ever! i was charged for gel polish and paid $100, simple right? WRONG. I was given regular polish that peeled off the minute i stepped out of the establishment. The polish was old and smelled horrific. they also used old tools. i was overcharged, but thank god i make good money so i can take my patronage elsewhere.

Came here for a gel mani and pedicure. Pedicure was great, and so was gel manicure except for a few days later when the gel started melting off. Has never happened to me before. I came back to get the nails fixed, but unfortunately theyre coming off again. Only two stars because when I called to have them fixed they did it quickly with no charge.

The service here is amazing! Immediately when we walked in, someone was able to help and they were patient with my friend and I when we were looking for colors. On top of that my nails look good! Kayla was the one who did it!

Went today to try and get a pedicure (Im a African American woman). The staff ACKNOWLEDGE me, told me to sign in and take a seat. Two women came after me (White), they acknowledged them told them to sign in and take a seat. No one bothered to service me, but, they took back the two White women. I politely placed my nail color back on the shelf, scratched my name from the list and left. I refuse to spend money where Im not welcomed or overlooked because of the color of my skin. Were they friendly, yes. But, was this right? No.

I came for a manicure and pedicure. The Gel for my manicure started coming off less than a week after I got it which in my opinion is ridiculous considering how much more expensive it is for gel. I do plan to go get it fixed and will consider adding a star if they do it no charge and no questions asked. The two starts there are all for the pedicure which is definitely the best one Ive gotten.

Always had my nails done here when I lived in Columbia. I would still come back, I do whenever I’m in town. Will always did my nails and he was amazing at it EVERY time! He knew I liked my acrylics thin and natural and he never messed up once. The staff is also friendly and work hard. They also keep a clean environment.

I have been going to Will to get my nails done ever since he was at a different salon in the city. For about 10yrs now I haven’t thought about going to anyone else! Therefore I don’t mind traveling to Columbia for service. He’s very welcoming as well as his wife Lynn The new salon is very peaceful and laid back, the way a relaxing experience should be. I’ve changed from gel nails to sns and I love it. Will is the best ever!!! Might I add.....the color variety is awesome!!!

I came here for a pedicure with my boyfriend. All of the staff was very friendly and attentive. We were promptly greeted as soon as we walked in. We were then sat in the pedicure area which is nicely dived from the mail salon area. I want to emphasize how clean everything was. The chairs were very comfortable with personalized massage settings you could control. Very nice.We opted for the regular pedicure this time. Our technicians were Michelle and Kelly - both very good at what they do! We will make sure to ask for them again next time we go, but the entire staff was very friendly.If youre looking for a luxurious salon but with an affordable price look no further than Les Nail and Day Spa!

Came in for a pedicure and although I was seen pretty quickly it was probably the worst pedicure I have ever gotten. The woman was very nice but she was very new. She did not cut my cuticles or the skin around my nails. When using the buffer and when also massaging she was very light maybe cause she was afraid of hurting me. When painting my toes she made multiple errors causing her to constantly touch up and correct the paint on my skin. Its been sometime since Ive been here but needless to say I wont be returning.

My friend and I had a walk-in to get a full set done.We were seen as soon as we walked in, and still given time to look through our options and make our own choices. The environment is warm and friendly, and we were able to talk freely like old gals.

Tried this place out on a whim and it has been my go to place ever since! The service is great and they always do a great job. I come in for pedicures and my pedicures typically hold up until my next visit. Me and my friend have made it a tradition to come back every month now.

They do a decent job but the atmosphere is a little rough around the edges. I like to be relaxed while getting a manicure and pedicure and the owner is (charismatic) but super loud. It’s more like hairdresser experience - if that makes sense. Not really a spa. Also, many of the chairs are in disrepair. The place could use a little TLC.

I love coming here the people are always so nice and get you seated quickly! Definitely recommending this place to others, such a wonderful salon !

Le’s Nail & Spa at Columbia Crossing is fantastic! Since moving to the area about six months ago, I haven’t had any luck finding my new usual salon until now. Tiffany just moved to this location and I’m so glad she did! She does an amazing job and is so sweet. They are lucky to have her! I can’t wait to visit again. Thank you to the entire staff for being so friendly and personable.

The BEST service in Ho.Co.Ive lived here for twenty years and spent time in most of the nicer nail spas, but never found one that was consistently excellent. I finally found it! My favorite salon professional is Will; he is supremely talented at his craft and his company is truly pleasurable!

Had a great 1st time experience! I just got my very first sns polish done and Helen was great! She did a great job and I am very happy with the result!! Just a side note, I am extremely picking with the way my nails are cleaned; cuticles must be clean to the T...i see myself coming back :)

Came to this location on Saturday as soon as I left my nails chipped, went back to get them done over and they only wanted to fix 2 nails! Worse service ever! Will never return! The older lady did the nails and the guy 3 tables back wanted to charge me $20 more to get done over.

Walk in on a Saturday morning, staff was friendly and got me right in. had SNS dip powder nails done and they are BEAUTIFUL. I have had them one other time at a different salon and they were thick and bumpy and broke off in less than 2 weeks. These are much more carefully and professionally done. and only $40! I will be returning to this salon from now on!!

Very relaxed and friendly place. Wish I could remember the young man who did my Mani pedi. He took his time, did a great job. He doesnt understand English that well, but he is talented.

Experience was average. Staff was pleasant. Somewhat satisfied with pedicure and eyebrow wax. Massage was nice. Appreciated the extra coat of polish to give opaque finish I desired. Mask and callous treatment didnt seem worth the extra $10 charge. Needed a couple of polish imperfections fixed post sitting at dryer. Wasnt offered any beverage options though I did hear some staff offering other customers water, or wine? If that is supposed to be part of the experience then it needs to be adhered to consistently across the board. Massage chair seemed broken, giving a weak poke or press in one spot/area regardless of my attempts to increase intensity/ area or type of massage. Eyebrows thinner than I would have liked at end of waxing to clean them only which I requested. I also had to point out to my technician that the cover on the wax table pillow needed to be changed from last customer as there were obvios stains / oil impressions on the paper. She hadnt noticed I suppose before she instructed me to lie down. So, for all of the above I give them 3 stars...average..not motivated to return any time soon but might one day. This was my second visit & I dont remember feeling as disappointed the first visit. Today may have been an off day.

Paid 45 dollars for my nails to be done. One of my nails broke within in an hour. I returned to get my nail fixed and they told me it would be a 40 min wait to get my nail replace. Manager refuse to acknowledge my request. I will make sure i add this on my veteran page to let everyone know about this place. All I need is my nail replaced for my event. Terrible service!!

I moved back to Maryland about 4 years ago, stumbled upon this place while shopping at the center and have been a loyal customer since... so loyal that I now reside over an hour away and make my biweekly trips because when someone does something the way you want it AND makes your experience relaxing and fun, you sacrifice the distance/drive.I read on another review that the client felt Will (the manager) and his wife “had their favorite customers.” I have to say this is such an unfair remark. I am not the only client that drives far out of their way for the exceptional customer service & treatment this team provides. So favoring, unfair. But do Will and his wife and the rest of their staff build rapport and enjoy building long-term relationships with their clients? Yes. Isn’t that the foundation of sales and business? This started out as me needing a last minute mani/pedi. Years later, I am making 2 hour commutes back & forth to not only have my nails done but to see my friends, drop off holiday and birthday surprises, check in on their lives and health. Last time I checked that is not favoring- that’s establishing and maintaining life long relationships that make your life a little extra special.

Went to get a pedicure. Paid extra for callus and my feet are still very rough. The water had other peoples skin floating in it. I could see the pumps stone he used on my feet was used which is illegal bc of how unsanitary that is. He didnt turn on the lights to dry my feet and seemed to be rushing me out so I left with wet nails that obviously were ruined. It looked nice. I was expecting more.

Love my nail tech, hate management. The wife and husband duo are beyond rude. They cater to certain types of people (not found of young, black and educated) women. Dont ever request lash extensions!!!! I hate the absolute worst experience ever. My eyes looked like they had fans attached to them. I had to ask to have them removed, the same day they were done. The absolute worst customer service ever. The husband was rude and the wife was worst. Ive moved on to a much better salon. I feel bad for my nail tech, she was such a great artist.

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place and LEE specifically!!!This place is INCREDIBLE. Great service, clean environment, friendly staff. I had gone to bangnjens Crystal Nails right before and they did a horrible job and my graduation was in a few days. Les Nails not only re-did my entire full set but worked with me to make sure that I left completely satisfied with beautiful nails for my event. The gentleman who greeted me when I walked in looked over my nails and agreed that they were terrible and he put me into a chair immediately even though they were very busy. My tech LEE did a FANTASTIC job, reshaping all my nails, sanding them down to a more natural thickness, and walking me through 3 or 4 different patterns to be sure that I had one that was perfect. They saved my big day and Im so thankful that they cared even though I was a brand new customer who had never been there and it wasnt their mistake to fix!

I would not recommend this nail salon.I almost never get my nails done, so I looked at Google reviews when I decided to treat myself last night. I found Les Nails had good reviews and decided to give it a try.Unfortunately, I do not agree with the existing 4+ star Google reviews rating. I got a regular manicure, no polish. I waited 10-15 minutes which wasnt an issue since I didnt have an appointment, but my whole manicure was done in under 10 minutes. It was rushed and low quality. I had to file sharp corners of my nails when I got home, and my cuticles are not groomed, which a manicure should provide. The cost was $15 + tip, and it was a waste.

This is hands down the best place for a manicure! I do regular mani/pedis there sometimes gel sometimes regular but this is the only place I’ll ever go to and I’m 30 min away! They take their time and are very detail oriented. The staff is very nice and have great sense of humor. Not to mention they massage your legs and hands no matter what level service you get. Professional, clean, and enjoyable service every time and I’ve been well over 10 times and had with many different employees.

I started coming here about 6 months when I moved back to Columbia and I thought this was my “place.” The last time I got my nails done it was for a wedding, so I picked an SNS color for my nails and found a good match for my toes. While I was getting my nails done, I noticed that I could still see my old color around the edges in places, but I kept thinking she would fix it. While I was up washing my hands, her next client came and sat down with my purse and shoes still there, and she informed me someone else would finish. She told the other tech that I only needed a top coat done, but she hadn’t filed my nails or anything yet. I also noticed at that point that the color looked off, but I didn’t realize how off (like we’re talking totally wrong color) until after I’d already paid. Anyway the 2nd tech did her best to fix the mess, but when I went to the pay the owner could see that I was clearly upset and not satisfied. She offered to redo it then, but I didn’t have another hour to spend, so she agreed that my next visit would be free.Fast forward to today and I went back to get my nails done. The owner I had spoken to previously wasn’t there, but the other owner, her husband Will, was there so I talked to him. He called her and put me on the phone to help her remember, so I said there were several issues, including the color being totally wrong. She remembered at that point and told her husband it was fine. So I went to pick out my color and I hear Will talking about the situation in a rude and condescending way to his client or maybe another tech. Whoever he was talking to, I could hear him...talking about me, a customer, while I was there. I tried to just ignore it at first, but he wouldn’t shut up about it. So I got up, told him I could hear him, and walked out.They clearly don’t really care about keeping their customers. Anything that appears that way is just lip service. Don’t waste your time with this place...I mean unless you want the owner to talk **** about you.

Bianco O, I have to disagree with your post. I am an educated, young, African American lady, and all of my experiences at the salon have been awesome. I adore the husband and wife duo, and they give the beat pedis in the world, and I am well traveled (worldwide).

I went their this Friday and they had horrible customer service and the guy that try to do my nails was rude. I told him what I wanted and he got mad at me because I wanted it a certain way so I told him I will never come back.

One of the worst gel manicures I ever received in my life! I should have gone to my go-to spot, Pinky Nails, but they werent open and I was in a rush. A gel manicure and toe nail polish change turned into a 2 hour and 10 minute ordeal. The base coat was not smooth which made the polish lumpy. They kept saying it was because the polish was light in color. Then, they tried to apply almost 5 coats of polish on my nails, but it was still not smooth. The nail tech was nice, but she didnt know what she was doing. The manager should have addressed the issue because he knew I had been there since they opened at 9:00 am and was the second person in the shop, yet I was still sitting in the chair after 11:00. People that came in after me left before me. I have natural nails, not acrylic. I should not have been in there that long and my nails look sloppy and unprofessional. Horrible experience! I will not be returning here anymore.Update: I just read the remarks about the husband and wife management team that were rude and pretentious to other customers and I wholeheartedly agree with these comments. I definitely felt the vibes and how they catered to certain customers and not all. If youre in the Columbia area, do yourself a favor and visit Pinky Nails or Elegant Touch Nail Spa if you want a professional nail experience.

Despicable service! Not sure if the nail technician is an amateur, but for this place to be called a nail salon is ridiculous. I was in the town center and decided to do my nails. I thought the overall decor and ambience was nice but I asked for a refill and ended up paying for the price of a full set...Now one week later, the acrylic is coming off and one already fell off. Finally, it is rude to continuously stare at the customer hinting that they need to pay once everything is done (my nails were drying) and leave the establishment. I do not know if it was racially motivated as I am African American but I also observed giving “other” clients preference

Horrible experience! I went as a first time customer on Sunday for SNS nails. I’ve been getting SNS nails for the longest time now so I’m use to the same routine. (I only went here cuz it was closer to home than my usual salon). This salon wants to drill on the nails first then wrap in acetone cotton ball and aluminum foil. I’m use to soaking in hot water and acetone. So i was just asking the guy saying oh y’all do it different here y’all don’t soak in hot water. So the guy wasn’t understanding me so the lady next to him says no no we don’t do that we do this. So I’m like okay. That way just takes too long. The guy finally starts doing my nails and takes FOREVER! Super slow. I was so ready to go once he was finally done. I let the receptionist know before i left i didn’t like my experience and i would never be back.Lesson learned: stick to what i know. Trying other places lead to disappointments.

I love there services as well as the atmosphere. Very clean very inviting. They use pedicure tub liners to protect your feet they have updated products that are very well stocked. Love them!
