Ive used taxi terrys for a couple years now but this morning when i got in the cab the driver went 45mph down n Garth ave then after flashing his brights at the red light several times for no reason i asked him to stop he then proceeded to run the red light! Stating he had another call to get to. He then argued with me on the directions before asking if i even had my license l. I said yes and told him theres no reason he should ever go 35mph on the hill of Procter st. When i called to complain i felt like no one took my call seriously but i refuse to pay money again for rude unsafe services.! I hope from now on they will screen there drivers better.

TLDR; dont rely on them in a time-crunch, or theres a real chance youll be (unknowingly) left out to dry. Waited 45 minutes for a cab today, given no heads-up on the long wait for the first 30 minutes (until I called them up again).Full story: Booked them today for a quick trip across Columbia. Had called asking for an immediate pick-up, which they said would be fine. 25 minutes later, I call them back asking about the cab, because theres no sign of a cab and no contact from them. The women on the phone says yeah, weve been busy today and my drivers are running slow; should have a driver to you within 10 minutes which indicates that she know about it, but couldnt bother passing that information on to me. Fifteen minutes later, the driver finally shows up. Obviously, if it happens that youre swamped, I want to be understanding, but at least give your customers a heads-up that theyll be waiting around for 45 minutes before you get a cab to them. Lucky that it was a trip BACK from a hard deadline, instead of needing to get somewhere ON the deadline. Ended up paying $15 for a cab fare that I could have walked more quickly for. Doubt Ill be using your services again.Disclaimer: that being said, the driver himself was a gem (although pulling out in front of someone in a roundabout... man, it was a trip with your company today).

Just want to give a huge shout out to Taxi Terry’s for safely getting my MIZZOU freshman daughter to her volunteer location today! The gentleman who picked her up was prompt (at 7:30 am!) and this same gentleman also returned her back to her dorm in the afternoon once her volunteer shift was over. Kuddos for a job well done!! I was charged $24.00 for a 7 mile trip. I dislike companies that price gouge Especially when theres plenty of other companies that have services.

I have used their service several times last week for business trip. Unlike other two companies I called, they always have some one to answer your phone. They provided good service, clean cars and most importantly, they arrive on time. Because my company paid the trip, I have no complain about their price (university to the airport $30 plus tips).

Great customer service. I live in Texas but my parents are retired in CoMo. My parents werent feeling well and needed an item from the store. The gentleman who answered the Taxi Terry phone, was very efficient, helpful and responsive. My parents had the needed item within 20 minutes. It is so nice to have this helpful business available to us in Columbia.

We called for a ride from the Holiday Inn Executive center bar around 1:15 am on a Friday night. I was told the waiting time was approximately 30 minutes- absolutely understandable. I called around 15 minutes later just wanting to confirm that I made the request correctly and that they were coming to the correct hotel. The woman on the phone rudely explained that I was being impatient and needed to trust the drivers. Not the reason why I called, but whatever. At 2:00, roughly 15 minutes late, I continue to try to contact the service to check the status of the cab. No answer. I understand it is a busy time for a Friday night, but it had me a little concerned. My friend finally reached an operator and she explained that the cab was pulling off of 70 and would be there shortly. 20 minutes later, still no cab. We call back and they told us again that the cab was pulling off of 70, still. Long story short, we found an alternative way home after being stranded at the hotel until 3:00 am. Many attempts to reach Taxi Terry ended in conversations cut short because I was hung up on.. multiple times. WIll not be using this service again any time soon.

Very Nice Dispatcher, Mon through Fri. The weekend Dispatcher not so much. Very Nice Drivers, clean Vehicles. A bit on the pricey side.

The dispatcher needs to be re trained I called a hour before I needed to be at work said they be there shortly which usually is but it was 40 minutes in I called they was backed up. If ya can call when ya here why not courtesy to say we backed up or call back and say we running behind

A great company to work with! For our daughters wedding they made up cards that we gave to our guests for complimentary rides. We secured it with a credit card and Angie worked with us. It was much more flexible than using a bus and much cheaper! Our guests loved it! Include them in your gift bags and you dont pay for rides people dont use, plus they can come and go to the venue on their schedule. It was a win, win.

Working in the hotel industry they are my go to taxi service when a guest is in need. Personally I think they are the best. If you dont have uber or lyft I think Taxi Terry is the most reliable. They are always on time and are able to help at all hours of the day. For anyone needed an earlier time I have always found it easier to just call ahead and schedule a taxi. I love Taxi Terry.

Taxi Terry is a good taxi service, the drivers are really sweet and kind, and the prices are pretty good depending how far your going.

I called this morning, the day after an ice storm, to see if they could take me to my stranded car so I could get it home. They agreed, and got to me within 30 minutes, despite the terrible weather and traffic. My driver was able to get me all the way to my car, even though she was a little worried about it, she really helped me.

Tried to just order a cab from the casino in booneville to Columbia and was denied service. The guy was rude and asked if they took me to it and he said no they didnt witch I know they did. Please dont use these people. I was just told to down load a app called Lyft and order with them, and to not call a cab company as they dont care. So, Im pleased that I listen to the boat employees and I have a ride on its way from Lyft. Please people dont call these people. Just do as I did of download Lyft and order people who want your service. This company has poor customer service and rude people. Please save yourself time and down load Lyft and go through Lyft.

Ive never been a customer, but Ive had many drivers almost hit me because they ignored stop signs or ran red lights.

We called from booches after the game. Heavy traffic downtown. Good experience, very timely.

A driver with a flat bill backwards cap, that smoked, dropped my mentally handicapped neighbor off. My neighbor went grocery shopping. The driver took the bags out of the trunk, and began to smoke. I should have asked the cabbie if he wanted a tip, and could help him take the groceries to his apartment. I took it upon myself to do so, and avoided conflict. Most expensive cabs in town. I suggest take Uber or Lyft. These guys cost as much as cabs in Chicago.

I was charged $30 from the Grey hound to the hospital. A 6 to 7 mile ride. He didnt turn on the meter.

DO NOT TAKE THIS TAXI SERVICE! I have driven and also taken other taxis from the greyhound station to my apartment more times then I can even count. And the many times I did take a taxi I never was charged more than 28-30 dollars. I used this service and they charged me $42! The driver basically went into a big circle to get to my place and when I told him he was going the longest way possible( which trust me he was) he got snippy with me and told me how long he has lived in CoMo and how many times he has driven to my apartment complex before, yet he kept forgetting and even ended up pulling into the wrong complex after I told him around 5 times where I lived. This experience really upset me and now Im broke. Please save yourself the stress and save your money. I have used other services and they were honest people who didnt put a hole in my wallet.

I used your taxi service this past Saturday to take me from my home which is on the South side of town to the Roots & Blues Festival at Stephens Park & was happy with how clean the taxi was & the driver lady was very friendly but unfortunately was very disappointed with how much it cost which was $34.00 when we arrived....that is expensive. I havent used a taxi service in awhile but do know that rate was to much for the distance I was taken & also I noticed when I was picked up the meter had already been running & asked around & spoke to family & friends & they informed me that the meter shouldnt have started running until the taxi driver arrived at my home which I wasnt aware. So I feel like I was kind of robbed....my hubby said he doesnt want me using your service again due to the cost....to much. Michelle Farris
