It dropped me without apologies. I had used this company before and had been emailing ahead to reserve pick-up to get to and from airport. After I picked up my bags, I called and was told that the driver was stuck in traffic and possibly another 30 minutes late. Within next minutes, I received a text that I should get a taxi on my own. My responding text was so whats point of reserving ahead. An official text said that unusual traffic beyond our control and subsequent text simply Thank you for your business.

Prompt and courteous staff, I have used this service several times to Dulles and Reagan airports and would highly recommend it!
