I have been attempting to coordinate a simple pick-up with this company for going-on 3 weeks. They schedule pick-ups and never show. They even lie and they showed up when they didnt. Someone is always home at my house and the dogs go nuts if you ring the doorbell. They are absolutely the worst shipping company ever. Do not use them.
I rarely leave reviews, but I felt obligated to do so after my experience. I ordered a dresser from Wayfair nearly a month ago. I received an email saying it was delivered, but it was not. Wayfair was very helpful & sent a replacement dresser. I received a call on the morning of the 12th of August from Speedy PAC saying it would be delivered within 30 minutes & I didn’t need to be home. When I got home from work that afternoon, the dresser had not been delivered. I called Speedy PAC & they insisted it was delivered. Later, I had a call that they delivered it to the wrong address & were on the way with it. That evening, I never received a call & it was never delivered. The next morning, I called & left a message for Carli to call me back because it hadn’t been delivered. She never returned my call. I called a few more times, and there was no answer, so I left multiple messages. This was on Friday, so Monday morning I called Speedy PAC. Carli told me that the dresser had been stolen & seemed very irritated that I would call to inquire about the dresser since she reported it to Wayfair. I was wondering why she didn’t just call me to tell me that since she I left a couple of messages Friday. When I called Wayfair, they had no notation of this, so they did a 3 way call with Carli. Not only was she unhelpful, she was rude. She said she had reported it to Wayfair & she could do nothing more. (She could have called me back to let me know) She did not even offer an apology. I understand that things happen, but I should have been notified. And it doesn’t cost anything at all to be kind. So now, Wayfair has sent a third dresser. Hopefully they can find a new third party delivery service. Also, with the poor attitude & service I experienced, I was interested to read any five star reviews, as most were either 5 star or 1 star. One of the 5 star reviews was written by a “Carli.” This made me wonder if they are writing their own reviews. It may be worth looking into.
I rarely leave reviews on any company.. but the Speedy Pak experience had me chomping at the bit to write one. One of the most unprofessional services I’ve ever had to deal with in my life. Avoid.
I was given a delivery appointment of 8 am to noon today at my home on Irmo.I called the office Monday to confirm, the girl who answered was very helpful. Today the driver called at 9 to say he was reroute. He arrived within 20 minutes. I found both men to be courteous and careful with my furniture.I am very pleased with the service I received.
They lied about calling when the delivery was already late. Then lied to my wife about the couches being to big to fit through the door. I had to leave work to make a trip home and carry the couches in myself, which fit through the door. Incompetent and LAZY people!!!
Said they called on the original scheduled date, but no record of a call and no message. Rescheduled 2 days later and probably could have gotten furniture into my house through the garage. Gave half effort and quit.
I was very surprised to see the negative reviews. The two gentlemen (Mike Mickle and Tory Jackson) were on time, very courteous and professional! Thank you so much Speedy Pak! Highly recommend!
I would give negative if i could. One week late. I recieved 2 calls in the morning saying they were on their way, hours later after not showing up i called them and was told they never called me and would be there hours later.
The only good review is fake!!! Carli crocker is Carli Crocker-Operations Manager at Speedy Pak Inc/Consultant (per LinkedIn profile) .. The drivers are pure thugs! They were dressed in knit gym sorts and just a regular tshirt. Unbelievably unprofessional. I paid extra for the unpacking/assembly fee for furniture ordered through Wayfair. Speedy Pak website states that they provide white glove service/ residential service with two man unpacking and light assembly and clean up. The driver completely lied! The driver would not unpack the items. Then the driver purposely left the door wide open allowing my pet outside in pure spite after I asked him to please shut the door. He said hatefully I dont care about your dog, and then walked out leaving the door wide open on purpose. Additionally: completely late outside the specified delivery window. Warning: Dont use Speedy Pak, do not let these people on your property. What a terribly unreal customer service nightmare.
Ive been waiting all day for them to call me they were supposed to deliver this morning from 8 to 12 is now 306 and I have not heard anything
