I needed a small area of mold removed. The clean up team was very prompt, friendly and did a great job. They always showed up exactly at the time that they said they would and they recommended a great handy man to repair my drywall. The only downside was a price discrepancy in what I was initially told vs the final price. The owner, Dennis, was very nice and sent me detailed invoice after I requested it. Im not really sure what the miscommunication was, but despite the price difference I was overall happy with the work.

During the February freeze, our sprinkler system pipes froze, spewing water all over several areas. Kelley Klean carefully evaluated the carpet to see if it could be restored or should be replaced. They then carefully removed baseboards to check for water damage and all sheetrock. After removing the water, they used commercial fans and dehumidifiers, moving them throughout the space as needed. Finally, they submitted an insurance approved invoice that carefully listed all services. We appreciate their professionalism and dedication to quality customer service! Very highly recommend!

This company is amazing, I would highly recommend them! They came in and cleaned up an attic of bat poo, for us and did an amazing job, completely sanitized and health and safety approved! They were amazing at meeting our very short time table, two weeks notice, and they were supper friendly! Kelly Klean was also very reasonably priced, I got a quote from another company (Servpro) and since I guess they thought we were a big business we had lots of money and their quote was over double for the same service. I was so happy with there service I have also asked them to come back to clean our duct work out of mold and just dirt from several years of no attention! Plus the quote was FREE!!

Just got to thinking about these folks as I prepare to have a new contractor come out to fix what they fixed twice then stopped returning calls on.Short version: had water damage on a 30 year old home, replaced a few panels of drywall, and gap between two panels keeps cracking open. They fixed once then it happened again. The second time, they blamed it on foundation settling and stopped returning calls. One single gap in the whole house is settling 30 years after being built and within a year after being repaired. Ok then.Nice folks, did good work for the most part, but like everyone else, theyre too busy when things dont go perfect. I wouldnt use them again, obviously, but I wouldnt hesitate to recommend them to someone unassociated with me or my home. I think Im just an anomaly they didnt feel like wrapping up anymore.

The cast iron pipe that goes with a drain cleanout lasts about 50 years.My house is 60 years old. If the pipe breaks under the concrete, the water that has gone down, bubbles back up around the drain pipe carrying soil and whatever lives in the soil. To repair it requires jackhammering the concrete, putting in new pipe and cleanout to stop the leak, and then the disinfecting and cleaning that one would need after a flood. The removal of drywall, carpet, and tiles and disinfecting were what Kelly Klean did and they did it well.I didnt even know the cleanout and pipe were there. They were for a separate drain that came from the kitchen and washing machine and were totally enclosed by sheet-rocked walls and the water didnt smell. The lower level of my tri-level was completely finished out with carpet and pad in the living room, ceramic tiles in the half-bath and laundry, and vinyl in the computer room. My first clue that there was a problem was when the carpet at the end of the stairs was wet and it wouldnt dry. My daughter and I eventually removed sheet rock in the laundry to uncover an awful mess of standing water, mold, and mud..Water and mold had flowed under the tiles and carpet, and had been absorbed into the sheet rock, moldings, studs, and footings. Kelley coordinated work with Master Tech plumbing, boxing books, moving furniture into the garage, tearing out carpet, and scraping up tiles before the jackhammering even began. I didnt have to leave the house during work by either company because they screened off the work areas with plastic sheeting and had very large air scrubbing filtering systems. After the pipe replacement and concrete pouring, Kelley returned to remove drywall and contaminated moldings and disposed of them, to vacuum contaminants from walls, ceiling and floor, and to disinfect studs and footings and wet-clean the floors, and then dry out the downstairs. It looks and smells clean and is ready for the restoration part.Sharon

They did an ok job of cleaning the tile and grout and sealing the grout. There were several places where we thought they could have cleaned more thoroughly but they did go back and clean when those places were pointed out. All the workers were polite and good to work with. We are satisfied with the job they did.

I have used Kelley Klean for a number of years and have had positive experiences each time!I first used them to shampoo and detail my SUV years ago after pets! The car looked spectacular! Then for a regular carpet cleaning-you really do get what you pay for...Dennis and team got out all of the stains and they didnt resurface either!Then our house was broken in to and the fingerprint dust from the police investigation was left all over the carpet- nightmare!! But once again Dennis was able to remove the stains.Then we lived in a townhome that shared a wall with another unit that had a massive fire. There was no fire damage on my side but water from the fire hose seeped over and the smell was AWFUL! Dennis brought over a massive air cleaner right away to clean the air, and also remedied the water so we never had to move out. We were able to stay put comfortably the whole time!Dennis is also trustworthy, communicates well, and is very kind.I would highly recommend, no matter what the issue!

We had water damage on the clay tiles in our solarium. Kelley Klean came to clean the tiles and a white residue emerged. Dennis, the owner jumped through hoops to find the remedy. He was committed to making it right. In the end, buffing and 4 coats of sealer did the trick. Out 1950s tiles look brand new! In addition, our sewer backed up and flooded our utility room. I called Kelly Klean to have them clean the house after the source of mold had been identified and removed. I had a cleaning protocol from the company that identified the mold and tested the air quality of my home.The communication within Kelly Klean was poor, at its finest. When I set up the appointment I was told that they did not need to see the cleaning protocol before our appointment and that there would not be a fee for the estimate. Upon the day of the meeting, the company representative arrived looking for an active source of mold and was NOT made aware of my situation or prepared to do the estimate. We were told, “ the is a much bigger job than we were prepared to give an estimate for today and this will take a couple of hours. We will have to take a look at this protocol and get back to you to schedule another appointment.” We were also asked if we were prepared to pay the $150 dollars Which Kelly Klean charges to have that initial visit!I explained the original conversation I had the person when I called in, therefore, the man said he would waive the charges for that day, look at the cleaning protocol and get back to me. Almost a week later, I have yet to hear anything back from them and have not received return phone calls that I have made.I am Very disappointed in the lack of communication, follow through and professionalism of Kelly Klean! They have been of no assistance in helping me get my home cleaned up after 15 weeks of being displaced. Kelly Klean appears to be a company that simply makes money and does not have any awareness or compassion for the homeowners!
